Evening Prayer I Heal the Heart I God is My Business Plan

Happy evening, my friend. Let's get into our bodies, shall we? What are we gonna do tonight? You know what we haven't done in a bit? I haven't done the gong. Let's gong this. That always makes me laugh. I hope it makes you laugh. You wanna gong this with me? Let's do. All right. Take a nice breath in. And out. Out. All righty. Moving. The sound moves energy through our bodies, especially at the end of the day. We have, like, lots of itchy energy and chaotic energy. Sound moves it out of the body. So I want you to place your palms up on your knees, your shoulders back. Open that chest. Open the chest. We're going to pour light through the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet. Breathing in and breathing out and breathing in and out. One more, in and out, letting go of everything that's not yours. All the way out the soles of your feet. We're going to bring your nervous system into this beautiful plan place of velvet. Okay, that's what we're gonna do. I'm gonna go into your nervous system, and I want you to imagine it all melting, and it creates a soft, velvety energy in your body. And it's like this grounded energy. It's a soft energy. It's peaceful. It's full of love. It's full of compassion. It's full of light. There we go. All right. So in this space, we're going to call in all of our angels and our guides and those who are here to support you specifically with your mission, your purpose, your work. We're going to ask that they come and hold this space with us tonight. That they sit in this circle, in and through this divine light to lead and guide this session. That will be in the highest good for you. We're gonna ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. That light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. And out. All right. I have no idea what the practice is tonight, so let us open up. It's just the heart. The heart, the heart, the heart. Right. So this is a constant practice over and over to soften the heart. And this is because the heart is the place where you receive. This is where you're going to receive abundance. It's where you're going to receive yeses from clients. This is where you're going to receive love. It's all the same highway. But what happens is when we open our heart, we get vulnerable and then it gets shut down. The cement walls come in, but then everything gets stuck and everything gets stalled. So what we get to do is all the time, if you've been with me in these practices, you know, we do this work at least once a week where we soften the heart again. We open it up, we make it soft, we let. Let yourself feel safe and receiving. Okay, so how do we want to do this today? Tonight? Let's see. Okay, I want you to get your hands. When you get some energy going, it feels a little stale. So you're going to breathe in and breathe out. You're going to breathe in and out. Place those hands on the heart. We're going to let that energy start to break the walls and we're going to. We're going to. I'm going to ask that you be shown a vision in your mind of all the things that have happened in the last few days where you walled your heart up. And when you start to see these experiences happen, you're going to release them from your body and return to love. I release and return to love. See another image. I release and return to love again. I release and return to love. One more. I release and I return to love. Now we're going to ask the divine to place a beautiful shield of light around your heart first to heal it. So while you sleep, we're going to ask your angels that they'll come in and heal your heart. They're going to heal the places that feel wounded, the places that feel shut down, the places that feel broken. Ah, we're going to ask that they be healed and made whole while you sleep tonight. And that when you awaken, that your heart will be soft, that you'll be ready to receive, receive miracles, receive abundance, receive new clients, receive love, connection, hope, belief. I am open to receive. I am open to receive under grace and in the most perfect ways. All right, my friend, as you sleep tonight, know that this will be continued, the healing will continue. And as you awaken, I want you to actually wake up tomorrow and say, I am open to receive miracles under grace and imperfect ways. And then you're going to say all the things that you want to receive. I'm open to receive love under grace and imperfect ways. I'm open to receive connection under grace and imperfect ways. You name it, just bring it in. Yes. All right, my friend, I want you to imagine this divine light coming through you from the crown of your head. All the way down to the soles of your feet, bringing you into a place of wholeness and rest. And I will see you in the morning.
