Evening Prayer I Healing Grief I God is My Business Plan

A short guided evening prayer/meditation led by Keira Brinton focused on healing grief through breathwork and visualization. The session opens with a 4-4-4 breathing exercise, grounding cues, invocation of angels/guides, and an oracle-card message equating tears with the melting of heart-ice (framing grief work). Participants are guided to visualize warm sunlight melting icicles in the heart, allow spiritual tears to cleanse and seed new growth (flowers), feel lungs expand with mindful breaths, receive a golden waterfall of divine love, repeat the affirmation "I am loved," and close with a gentle send-off to rest.

Happy evening, my dear friend. I want you to take a nice deep breath in with me, all the way to your lower belly and out. We're actually going to do the four, four, four breath. So I want you to breathe in for four, hold for four, breathe out for four, hold for four. Breathe on the sound of the drum. Breathe in, hold out. Hold in, hold out. Hold. One more. Hold. Ouch. Hold regular breath, Letting the sound clear off your day. Clearing off. Ah, the slough of the day, the stress of the day, the exhaustion of the day. Whatever is there, we're going to clear it off. I want you to get into your body, move your sit bones, wiggle your fingers, whatever you need to do to get into your body. We're going to call in our angels and our guides and those who are here to support us in our practice tonight that they will come and hold space with us right here, right now. So I pulled a card, and this is the card that I pulled. And it seemed very important that this is what our practice is tonight. So this is from a really beautiful oracle deck. I don't know the name of it. I'll have to look it up. It says, tears are what happens when the ice in the heart melts. Tears are what happen when the ice in the heart melts. And the top here says grief. So it feels like tonight we're going to work on melting some ice in the heart and allowing yourself to process grief. Ah. So we're going to move in to a visual. So I want you to close your eyes. We're going to ask. The light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. We're going to ask. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. We're going to ask that our gifts of seeing, hearing, feeling, knowing will be brought all the way up to the surface. And then we're going to ask. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. The words that we speak may manifest power and light and gifts and uncover your brilliance. Oh, I like that. So we're going to breathe in, breathe out. We're going to go down into the heart. Placing your hand on your heart, coming into this space, coming back into this space. I want you to look around your heart. What I want you to notice, is it pretty icy? Are there sharp icicles poking out or is it soft? Is it warm? Open. Again. You see it, you feel it. Noticing where it is icy, where you've got some Pokey Icicles. I want you to imagine this beautiful, warm sunlight pouring over those icicles. And I want you to feel that as icicles melt, they're like tears. And all the grief that's stuck in your heart right now, for whatever reason and no reason at all, we're gonna just let that grief leave your body. Leaving your body all the way down. All the way down. Letting your body cry these spiritual tears of grief. Letting the grief clear your energy field, letting it clean you like rain cleans. Cleans the earth, cleans the mountains, cleans the air. We're gonna let this grief clean you. It's going to clean off any old patterns, but it seems like old baggage. So old stories, old memories that you've been carrying around that have been weighing down your energy. Okay, you're just gonna breathe in, and you're gonna let all this grief leave your body, letting it just be cried off of you. I want you to look down at your feet where all these tears have landed, and there's going to be all these new flowers that have sprouted. Your grief, when released, can become the seed for creation. I like that. We're going to do a deeper breath into your lungs. So I want you to actually feel your lungs move. So place your hands right on your lungs. And you're going to breathe in, feel them move, and breathe out. You're gonna breathe in, and you're gonna feel them move. And breathing out. One more. I want you to close your eyes still and imagine this beautiful golden waterfall. This golden waterfall is of the most divine love. It is the love that loves you, for all of you. It is the love that can encompass every piece of you and see it, hold it, and love it. You're going to breathe in. You're gonna breathe out, and let it just move down your body. There we go. I am loved. I am loved. I am loved. Say those words. I am loved. I am loved. I am loved. Just taking notice of your body. You feel much lighter. Much lighter. More aware, m more present, more grounded. Your grief has cleansed you, and it will become the seeds of new creation if you allow it to. You have beautiful work to do. You have a beautiful heart. Keep it soft, keep it open, and miracles will continue to flow in. All right, my friend, sleep well. I will see you in the morning.
