Evening Prayer I HOPE I God is My Business Plan

Keira Brinton leads an evening prayer using breathwork and visualization. She frames your struggle as a bulb cracking open before spring, invites you to place hopelessness on an altar, and asks God for a sign of hope when you wake.

Happy evening, my friend. I'm so excited to be here. It is midnight and I have to get up in literally five and a half hours. But you know what? This is a non negotiable for me. And I'm always so grateful, so grateful to get into this space. So I want you to just breathe in with me and breathe out. Can we. I don't want to wake up my kids. We're going to do a little bit of sound, just small sound. Okay, There we go. So I want you to visualize this beautiful light right above the crown of your head. You're going to breathe the light in and it's going to go in and it's going to clear out any grief, any sorrow, any stuckness that's in your body. So, palms up, shoulders back, soft heart. We're going to pour that light in all the way down. Clearing out the grief, clearing out struggle, clearing out suffering, clearing out stagnation. Breathing in and out. There we go. All right, so we're going to call in all of our angels, our guides, our leaders, those who are here to support you, to support me and our work, and into the divine light to come and sit with us the whole space with us. Take a nice breath in. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, so we speak only what needs to be spoken. Okay. Ah. All right. There's a visual we're going to go through. So I want you to close your eyes and I want you to imagine these bulbs. They're flowers. They're seeds of flowers. They're called bulbs. And I want you to see, they. They come like this clump. This is like a brown ball of roots. And I want you to imagine that you have this bulb that is one day going to be tulips. But right now we're going to plant it into the ground. That is hard. And winter is coming. So we plant bulbs in the fall, right before winter. And it's really interesting because these bulbs, they actually have to stay under the ground in freezing temperature to crack open so that in the springtime these beautiful tulips can grow. But if I were to plant a bulb in February, it wouldn't be ready for spring because the bulb actually needs the whole winter of freezing cold weather to crack open the roots. And then the flower can grow up to the sun in the springtime. So the Message tonight is about hope. I want you to go into your heart and just feel this. That right now might be your winter. This might be where your roots are cracking open, because it is winter for your soul. But it is preparing for the most glorious, magnificent burst of flowers in the spring. Just really letting that land. That tonight is a night of hope. That if you feel hopeless, if you feel like you're in despair, if you feel like hope is the furthest thing from you, I want to reframe it with you. That your roots are going through the winter to crack open and be ready for the most glorious spring ahead. Okay? So that could be in business. That can be personally, that can be relationships. Wherever you're feeling hopeless, I'm going to invite you to have faith that it just needs to go through the winter to crack open. And then you're going to have the most magical, miraculous spring of life. Okay? So place your hands on your heart and breathe out and in and out. There we go. I want you to take this area that you feel hopeless in, and we're going to wrap it in light. We're going to put it on the altar and ask God to take it. And ask that God will give us strength through the winter and understanding as these roots inside are cracking open. And we're going to ask God to show you in your sleep right when you wake up, a sign of hope, Just a sign of hope, allowing it to wake up inside of you. So breathing in and breathing out and breathing in and out. All right, I'm excited for you to receive this sign of hope. Look for it. If you look for it, you'll always find it. What you seek, you will find. What you seek, you will find. All right, my friends, I want you to just breathe in. We're going to ask the divine light to pour through from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet, wrapping you in love, both momentum and profound, peaceful hope. I will see you in the morning.
