A short evening guided prayer/meditation led by Keira Brinton that blends breathwork, gentle movement, and visualization to invite relaxation, spiritual attunement, and inner peace. The speaker calls in divine light, angels, and guides, uses a personal childhood cabin anecdote (White Mountains, Arizona) as a place-of-peace visualization, and offers a closing blessing intended to help listeners rest and sleep.

Happy evening. Let's go. You ready? I'm tired. Are you tired? Why don't we do a nice soft practice? I mean, who am I kidding? I never know what I'm gonna do on these. So it may not. It may be a really intense practice. I would like a soft practice, but we shall see what happens. So let's get into our bodies. Let's do a little drumming. Shall we? Drum. We take a nice breath in. And out. And in and out. Let's go one more. And now the sound of the drum moves through our body, cleaning out our system, opening up the heart. Shoulder to ear. Shoulder to ear. Hello, beautiful body. Oh, that sight's a lot tighter for me. There we go. Let's do a little shaking. Shake that arm. Let's shake out some energy that's not serving you. Any energy that's just not serving you. Let's put your hands on your ribs. Move side to side. Little isolations here. Let's move it forward and back. There we go. All right, now we're in our bodies. We're going to ask the divine light to pour through the crowd of our heads, all the way down the body. Cleaning, cleansing, clearing. So breathe that in, cleaning it all the way down. Out through the soles of your feet, letting everything go that's not serving you. Allowing that light to come in and wake your gifts. All the way up. There we go. That feels nice. Can you feel that? It's like this, like, activation in your body. Your gifts are here. They want to be used. They want to be seen. They want to be heard. Let's bring them up. Okay, so we're going to ask. Before we bless our body, let's call in all of our angels and our guides and our leaders and those who are here to support us, to help us with our work, to help us with our mission, to help us with our families, to help us with our own hearts and souls. We're going to invite them all the way in and into the divine light to come and speak. Sit with us, to hold space with us. There we go. All right. We're going to pour this beautiful love over your heart. We're going to soften the heart tonight. It feels like it needs to be soft. There we go. Softening the heart. Softening the heart. Softening the heart. So we're going to ask. The light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eye. They'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips that we speak only what needs to be spoken. There we go. In this beautiful space, Open up our palms. Let's see what the work is tonight. Okay? So I want you to, with your eyes closed, I want you to think of a place that was a place of peace for you. So looking through your life, noticing a moment in time, a place where you felt so at peace. Maybe it was at the beach, maybe it was in the mountains. Maybe it was in your favorite bedroom somewhere in your life where you felt so at peace. I want you to close your eyes and go to that. What's the first one that comes to you? Hmm? If you can't find one, I'm gonna give you mine. So mine was. I grew up with this cabin up in the White Mountains in Arizona. And I mean, I went there since I was 5. It was my sacred place. And it was on top of a hill. Mountain, ish. It had this mountain that went down off of where the cabin was. There was a lake and then there was a straight up mountain that went pretty vertical across from us. And I remember being 12, this is when I started doing this. I would climb up, over, down the mountain, over the lake, and then up the steep hill to get to the top of this mountain that nothing was on top of. And there was this, like, cliff that came out. And I would walk to the edge of the cliff and I would sit on this cliff and I could overlook the whole valley. I could see our tiny little cabin across the way. And it was just me and this cliff. And I have never felt more safe than I did right there. Which is crazy because I'm pretty sure there were like, bears and like really wasn't safe, but it was safe for me. And I remember sitting there and it was just me and this cliff and all the trees, All the clouds. It was just me in the sun and the sky and the trees and the rocks and the pine needles. And I was so at ease here. And every time we came to the cabin, I would stare at sneak away and I would go and sit on this cliff and I would pray, I would talk to God and I would just be me. It was the most beautiful place of love for me. So if you don't have a place, then I invite you to my cliff. I didn't know that would make me emotional, who that got me. I invite you to this place that was my place of peace, that is in my heart and in my body. I go there often. So I want you to close your eyes and imagine wherever it is And I want you to place your hand on your heart and I want you to feel it. Feel safe, feel held, loved, known, seen as who you are. And anytime tomorrow, tonight where you don't feel safe or you don't feel at peace, I want you to close your eyes and come back here with me and allow your body to feel the peace, the groundedness, the love, the intimacy within you. This is really intimate. It's like you and peace. There's an intimacy there. Just letting it really be a place for you to land, a place for you to rest, a place for you to be held. We're going to ask your angels to open up space and time for you to have these pockets throughout your day. Pockets of peace, pockets of groundedness. It's so interesting that the word intimacy is. But so loud. So it's like. Pocket of interconnected intimacy. I've never said those words before. I really like that. Interconnected intimacy. Right here, right now. Okay, There we go. There we go. You should feel more alive and also more at ease right now. This is a beautiful place to go to sleep in. So I'm just going to ask the divine light to pour through you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your fe, wrapping you in this nourishment, in this love, this grounded, peaceful. Enter. Is that what we called it? Inner. We're just making things up here. Inner, connected intimacy. Yeah, I like that. Bringing you home, inside of you. That is beautiful. All right, my friend. May this help you sleep well, and I will see you in the morning.
