Evening Prayer I Momentum = Balance I God is My Business Plan

A short guided evening prayer/meditation led by Keira Brinton that uses breathwork, calling in guides/angels, and a visualization of learning to ride a bike as a metaphor for personal and professional growth. The core teaching: momentum (taking action) creates balance and confidence; listeners are prompted to ask for one concrete action to maintain momentum and write it down. The piece closes with a blessing for rest and continuation.

Happy evening, my friend. I want you to take a nice deep breath in with me. Breathing all the way down to your toes. Breathing in and out. And in and out. Just being with you, being with the stillness here. In this beautiful place. We're going to call in all of our angels and our guides and all who are here to support us. I want them to be here for you to help you feel supported, to help you feel seen, to help you feel known, guided, directed and in through the divine light. We are going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eye. That will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. You're going to roll your shoulders back and you're going to soften your heart. Place your hand on your heart. Breathe all the way down to your lower belly, getting into this beautiful space. The practice tonight is so beautiful. So with your eyes closed, I'm going to take you through some imagery. I want you to imagine whether it was you or just you see this, a little kid trying to ride a bike for the very first time without training wheels. And I want you to see what happened. What happened when the mom took the training wheels off the bike? At first, the little one probably wobbled, fell, maybe even skinned their knee. But soon enough they were able to learn that the faster they pedaled, the more balance they had, that the momentum of their action gave them more balance and then they didn't fall. Now, I want you to imagine this is you right now. Maybe this is you in business. This is you writing your book. This right here is part of the path for you. It's you having your training wheels taken off your bike. You're going to fall, you're going to skin your knee and you're going to feel hopeless, but you're going to keep going. And you're going to learn that the more momentum you get into, the less falls you have, the more balance that you have. So you're going to take a nice breath in, and I want you to let that message land in your body, that wherever you feel wobbly right now, this is you having your training wheels taken off. This is you being entrusted to learn how to have balance within the energy of momentum. Balance does not come on a bike unless you are pedaling. Otherwise you'll always fall. Balancing only comes with the momentum of pedaling. So right here, right now, I want you to actually ask. You're going to open your palms and you're going to ask to receive. What are the actions I need to do tonight that's going to keep me in momentum, which will then give me more balance and more confidence. So listen in, listen in and receive. Whatever you see, whatever you hear, you're going to write it down and this becomes your action tonight. There is one thing that you can do that's going to keep you in momentum, and you're going to hear it and you're going to receive it, and then you're going to do it. All right? And every time you feel wobbly, do this practice, come in and ask, what is one thing I can do that's going to get me into momentum right here, right now? Because momentum is what helps you stay balanced. Momentum is also what helps you gain confidence. So this is the focus asking, what's going to help me stay in momentum? Hear it, receive and then do. You're going to take a nice breath in and you're going to breathe out. One more and out. Allowing your body to feel taken care of, supported. You have everything you need now. You just need to step into the place of divine inspiration and wild action. That creates momentum, and momentum creates balance and confidence. All right, my dear friend, may you sleep well and I will see you in the morning.
