Happy evening. If this is real time for you, today is the very last day of 2022. There's something so symbolic about the final day of the year. So today we're gonna see. I don't know where we go. Maybe we do something around that, maybe we don't. Who knows? But I'm honoring it. I'm so grateful to spend this last day of 2022 with you. Ah, let's dive right on in, my friends. So shoulders up and soften the heart. And again. And loud exhale. Let's go. Ah, yes. And you might hear my children in the background. Cause that's the time of day. It is. It is evening, and they're all still awake. So. So let's call in all of our angels and our guides and our leaders. We're going to invite our spiritual team to come and sit with us to hold space for this sacred practice. And into the divine light. We're going to ask. That light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. There we go. So let's open our palms. Let's see. What is the practice that we do tonight? Interesting. All right, so we're going to go through a visual. I want you to close your eyes. I want you take your eyes and drop all the way into your heart. And there's something about walking alongside the ocean. And there's. There's seashells on the ground, and the sun is setting. And you place your hands in your pocket, and inside your pocket is a note. And you didn't know this was there. This is a note that you actually had no idea was in your pocket. And you take it out. And I want you to. In your vision right now, you're going to open up the note. I want you to ask, what does this note say for you? What is this message for you? What's the first thing that comes to you? And your mind is going to make you want to think that you made it up. That's not how this goes. The first thing that comes to you is the divine guidance that is being given to you. First thing right now, what shows up? Hmm? Okay. I want you to do that note. Just place it into your heart. Receive that message. Receive that message, whatever the message is. And if you couldn't see it or hear it, know that at a spiritual level, you did receive it. And you're letting it move into your body. Mmm. There we go. Oh, it's so beautiful. So. So now in this space, I want you to walk along. There's one more. Okay. There's one more note in your left pocket. So I want you to place your hand in your left pocket and pull this note out. And this note is going to be a message for the upcoming year. So this is a message for your new year ahead. Open it up. Drop in your heart, and what do you see? It's very easy for the mind to think, oh, I made it up. Don't go there. Trust. Trust that what you see in here is real and that you were given it. So whatever it is, take it and place it in. Ah, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All right, so now I want you to imagine that you're walking along this ocean, and the sun is setting and the wind is so. It's so, like, it's very tender. It's not a harsh wind. Just kind of, you know, kisses your cheeks a little bit. And I want you to look down and something catches your eye, and I'm going to let it be, whatever it is you need. Maybe it's a seashell. Maybe it's a diamond. Maybe it's something else. Maybe it's a sea star, a starfish. I don't know, who knows? It'll be for you. But there's something that's on the ground that is for you. I want you to bend down and pick it up, and I want you to hold it in your hand, and I want you to ask, what does this represent? So beautiful. Place it in your heart, receiving these gifts, these messages. These are for you. These are for you. All right, my friend, we're going to wrap you from the crown of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes, and we're going to allow any old things that are not serving you anymore. They're going to actually start to slough off, like a snake sheds its skin. We're going to shed the skin. So, arms open, palms up on your knees, heart soft. And you're going to take a deep breath in. And we're going to do three breaths. And on each breath, you're going to actually imagine everything that has not served you up till this point point, specifically in this year. And we're going to breathe them out and ask the divine to take them from you, that you will be completely cleared of any of these things. So that tomorrow morning when you wake up, you have new skin. You have fresh skin. And you're ready for the new Year. So you're going to breathe in and you're going to breathe out. And in. Sloughing it off. This now has no more space in you anymore. This no longer belongs to you. Breathing in. This is no longer yours. It is gone. It is done. It is complete. There we go. Breathe in the light. Do one last cleansing breath, allowing all the old skin, all the old patterns, all the old beliefs to just slough right off your body, becoming an old shell of who you were. And now I want you to roll your shoulders back and breathe into your heart and wake up to be the new you. It's already here. It's already here. It's already here. Wrapping you in love. Wrapping you in light. Oh, my dear friend, it has been such an Honor to spend 2022 with you every morning and every night, creating this space together. And I'm so excited for what is ahead in 2023.
