Happy evening. Welcome to this beautiful evening. Practice. We always begin by getting into our bodies and out of our minds. Tonight it feels like we're doing some drumming. It's been a while since we've drummed, so drumming is a really great way to get into your body. I want you to breathe in on the sound of the drum. Ready, and out. And in. Fast breaths. There we go. Oh, it just gets us into our bodies, right? So powerful. All right. It feels like tonight I'm supposed to pull a healing card. So this is my card deck that I wrote created, and we're gonna pull from it tonight. But before we do, let's call on our spiritual team, shall we? So I want you to close your eyes. We're gonna pour light through you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet, cleaning off anyone else's energy that's not yours, letting it go. We're gonna breathe in the light. We're gonna breathe out and activate your heart. Ah. Your gifts, your magic. All right, we're going to place a beautiful shield of light around you to protect you, to infuse you with light. Let's ask the divine light to touch your walls, the ceilings, the floors, the doors, the windows, and everything that's in the room that you're in that'll be completely cleaned and clears and activated to the higher vibrational frequency, the frequency of miracles. Ooh. Tonight is a night of miracles. I'll always take that. Let's call in all of our angels, our guides, those who are here to support you specifically with your work, your mission, your purp. We're gonna invite them in and through the divine light to come and hold space with us. We're gonna ask. The light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken, breathing in and breathing out. All right, so we're gonna pull from my healing deck. So what I do is I spread the cards out, which is kind of tricky because I have this very big fur rug in front of me. Let's see. Okay. And then I place my hands over the cards, and we're going to see which one feels hot. And whenever one feels hot, that's the one we're going to pull from. Okay? So we're going to pick out what healing do we do tonight? Healing is one of my greatest tools and success. There we go. Oh, we got, we got a hot one right here. Which one is it? Okay, we got like four, so let's see which one it is. All right, so I just move my hands back and forth. All right, here it is. Have we done this one? Feel like I've pulled this card with you guys before. I mean, that's only if you've done all my videos. So if you haven't, this is new for you. This is the third eye chakra. That's right here. This is the chakra that all of our spiritual gifts live in. Our intuition, our gifts of seeing visions. This is where all of our spiritual gifts live. This is why we always bless the third eye chakra when we are dropping in before we do practice. So this one says, I breathe out and surrender all of my fear and resistance to my spiritual gifts. I breathe in and receive. I accept all of my spiritual gifts in and through the divine light. This is a powerful one because actually the reason why most people don't see visions or hear God or work with their angels is because they've been resisting their spiritual gifts. Everybody has spiritual gifts. Everybody can actually tap into this realm, but we resist it. One, because we're not really taught how to use our spiritual gifts. Number two, people think you're crazy. There's lots of reasons why we resist our spiritual gifts. We don't know how to use them. We're afraid of them, all the things. But when we release the resistance to them and we breathe them in and accept them, everything gets easier. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. Like, I resisted my spiritual gifts for years, and life was a hard battle. And then when I just accepted that I'm a medium and I accepted all of my spiritual gifts, life got so damn easy. Why? Because they're here for us. Your gifts are here for you. And when we stop resisting them. Oh, the energy it took for me to resist my gifts, it took so much of my energy to resist them. Now that I receive them, I can use that energy to actually create success, to go out and make an impact. Right? We have like a certain amount of energy we get every day. Where are we placing it? Are we placing it and resisting? Are we placing it in activating? So I want you to close your eyes and go into the third eye, and I want you to just breathe in light into the third eye, imagining it power washing all of your spiritual gifts, gifts. And we're going to breathe out all the resistance to your gifts. I forgive and let go of all the resistance to my Spiritual gifts. Breathing in all this light. Breathing out and letting go of all the resistance. Say out loud, I forgive and release all the resistance to my spiritual gifts. I let go of fear. I let go of resistance. I let go of the unknown that keeps me bridled. Breathing in and final breath out. Letting go of any leftover resistance. Asking the divine light to come and gather it in, seal it up, take it to where it needs to go, leaving your body. Okay, Breathing in. This time, you're going to breathe in and you're going to say, I breathe in and receive all of my spiritual gifts and into the divine light. Ready? Breathing in, breathing out. I receive all of my spiritual gifts in and through the divine light, letting it land in your body. Breathing in. I breathe in and receive all of my spiritual gifts and into the divine light. One more Breathing into your cells. I breathe in and receive. I breathe in and receive. Ah. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. There we go. Magic. All right, my friend. Now we're going to ask our divine light. We're going to ask the divine light to come in and activate all of our spiritual gifts in and through the divine light, that our gifts may be used for our good and for those around us, that these gifts may become a miracle in our world and that they may become a place of grace and ease. One more breath in. All right. Ooh. As you sleep tonight, I'm going to invite these gifts to just go in and wrap you you and hold you and love you. They are here for you. Let them in, my friend. All right. I'm going to ask that the divine light will pour through you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet, activating your gifts and wrapping your nervous system in a deep, nourished place.
