Evening Prayer I Release FEAR I God is My Business Plan

A short evening guided meditation led by Keira Brinton from her "God is My Business Plan" series, focused on releasing fear and preparing for restful sleep. The practice includes gentle body stretches, a paced 3‑count breath technique, calling in spiritual guides (Joan of Arc, Moses) and angels, and layered visualizations: cleansing light from crown to toes, a protective shield, and a cobalt‑blue ribbon moving through the body to soothe fear held in the throat, heart, and lungs. The teacher emphasizes checking whether fear is "real right now," handing fears to God, speaking grounding facts aloud, and cultivating ease before rest.

Happy evening. Ah. How was your day? How was your day? This morning's practice was super powerful and it was one of our longer practices. So tonight is going to be just a nice tuck in. We're going to tuck in the edges. We're going to clean up anything that showed up for you today. And we're going to allow this to be just a nice soft entrance into sleep. That feels right. Feels good. So welcome to God is my business plan. The place where we heal, create success in our businesses, work with the divine. All of my favorite things. So tonight we're going to start, as always with getting into the body. The body is the wisdom keeper. So you're going to just take your arms up and breathe out. Let's do it again. And, ah. Let's go to the side. Oh, so good. And to the other side. Yes, look down. That's a nicer stretch on the neck. One more. You know what? We have not used my collie drum in a hot minute. Let's bring her up. Bring cauli. Ooh, beautiful. Just saw something. All right, here we go. We're gonna breathe in for the count of three. All right? So breathe in for three, hold for three, breathe out for three. Hold for three. We'll do it a few times. Here we go. Breathing in. Hold out. Hold in, Hold. Ouch. Hold. Breathing fast. And. Oh, there we go. Oh, I love that drum. Thank you. Thank you. So many ideas. I mean, it is like all these practices are coming in. Ah. Do you ever feel like that where you have just like a million ideas and things worrying around you and that's when we go into our bodies, we drop into our hearts and we find the thing. So tonight we're going to find what is the practice for you tonight. So let's pour light through you from the crown of your head all the way down to your toes. I want you to see this light cleaning you out like a power washer. It's just cleaning out all the gunk from today. All. Whatever it is. Just clean, clean, clean, clean, clean. We're gonna place beautiful shield of light around you. We're gonna call in all of our angels and our guides. We're gonna call in Joan of Arc tonight. We're gonna call in. It feels like it's interesting. It's a Moses kind of night. Ooh, I love it when Moses shows up. Okay, we're gonna invite Moses in and anyone else that you want to, like, really participate with you in your work and all of your guides and all of your angels who are here. To help you with your work, to help you with your purpose, to help you wake up your gifts and into the divine light. They'll come and sit with us, hold space with us, lead us, guide us. Tonight, we're going to ask. The light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. Light will cleanse our lips, so we speak only what needs to be spoken. Breathing in. Shoulders back. All right, what is it tonight? Something about the throat. So we're going to go in and clear the throat. Clear the throat. All right. Why is the throat showing up? All right, so the throat, I want you to just examine, take, take notice. Is there an area of your life where you're not speaking your truth? Is there an area in your life? We're going to work on fear. How fear can change you, change your actual energy immediately. Fear. Fear of not enough, Fear of being too much. Fear of trying your dreams, fear of anything, just fear. Ah, this just showed up. Let's see. How are we going to work through fear? Let's see. Feels like it's stuck in throat, heart, lungs. So I want you to imagine this beautiful light. This beautiful light coming in, moving into the heart, moving into the throat, moving into the lungs. And all the fear that's stuck in here. Whatever your fears are right now, we're going to just pour love into them. Then we're going to wrap them in a beautiful shield of light. We're going to ask that your fears will show you. What is it? Why are they here? What are they trying to teach you? What are they here to guide you on? All right, so now I want you to just wrap that fear, put it on the altar, and I want you to step into the realm of real. Is this real? Is this fear real? Now, it could be. Could be totally real, right? But most of the time, our fears, they're not real. The fear of being seen, it's just an illusion. There's no immediate danger. There's no bear chasing you. It's just the fear of being seen. It's an illusion that shifts and changes ourselves. But it's, like, not real. You can't. There's nothing happening. So it's like this, my sweet little one, he choked on an ice cream cone. And thank goodness he had a little brother. His older brother was there and, like, did the Heimlich and popped it right out, right? But now he's afraid when he swallows. And so we're like helping him, like, swallow soft things. And we are walking him through that. Like, this is. This is a really soft noodle. You're not going to choke on this. And then I have to teach him, like, your brain is just afraid because of what it experienced. Your brain is afraid because you experience choking. But right now, you're not choking right now. You're not choking right now. You're safe. It's the same thing for us. Maybe we had a really bad experience in being seen. So then going forward, every time we go to be seen, it pulls up, pocket right back up. And then we become afraid. So afraid in that moment. So what we get to do, this is an everyday practice, is noticing what is true, what is actually happening. So as you just breathe in, close your eyes, we're gonna drop into the throat, heart, lungs, saying hello to them. I want you to hear, what is the loudest fear for you right now? Ah. What is the fear? What is the fear? Find it, find it, find it. There's a deeper one that you saw earlier. All right, there it is. So I want you to pull it up, and I want you to just ask, is this real right now? Is this happening right here, right now? If the answer is no, then you're going to wrap it in love, you're going to hand it over to God, and you're going to place your hands on your body and you're going to tell yourself what's happening right here, right now. Right now. I'm sitting on my soft white rug, leaning against my favorite painting, surrounded by all of my favorite tools, with my sound bowls and my drums, my sacred pitcher and all my favorite things, they're right here. I love all these things. That's what's happening right now. I want you to do the same. I want you to speak out loud. What is happening for you right now? Can you feel your body release your body, come into wholeness, ease and peace? Ah. This is the practice. Every time you're afraid, drop into your body and ask yourself, is this real? Or is this an illusion that is changing my cellular makeup to believe it is happening? Is this real? All right, so in this place, I want you to just take this beautiful. It's like cobalt blue ribbon. And it's going to move through your body from the crown of your head all the way throughout your body, bringing peace and ease and wonder and healing and truth. It's this color. This is the color that I saw. This. Okay? Just letting that move through your body, bringing peace and wholeness and ease. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. One more. There we go. All right. My friend may rest well. Ah, you may have peace. And I will see you in the morning.
