Evening Prayer I Release the Old I God is My Business Plan

Happy evening. Happy evening. Let's dive right in. Let's end this day in a beautiful practice getting into our bodies, creating wild success spiritually. And it feels like expanding our hearts. Oh, I can feel that tonight. Okay, what's the sound? What is the sound that we use tonight? I think we're going to use the gong tonight. What do you think about that? Let's. Let's gong this. I want you to breathe in while I play this sound. Want you to let the sound move through your body, clearing out anybody's energy that you picked up today. Ready? Breathing in, breathing out, breathing in light. And as you breathe out, let it clear out anything. There we go. Clear it out. All the noise. Always clearing off other people's energy at the end of the day because it's very easy to pick it up. So we're going to clear it out. Clear it out, clear it out. We're going to call in all of our angels and our guides and our leaders. Let's call in. Let's call in Joan of Arc. Let's call in the Divine Mother and anyone else who is here to support you specifically in your purpose, your mission, your work. We're going to invite them in and through the divine light to come and sit with us, to work, to hold space with us. Oh, there we go. Okay, okay, okay. Okay. So now let's move our ribs a little bit. We gotta get into our hearts. The hearts feel. It feels just a little tight tonight, so let's just move our body back and forth. Ah, there we go. All right. We're gonna ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eye. That will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken tonight. There we go. Okay. Yeah. It's like. It's just all heart work tonight. It's all heart work. So I talk about the heart all the time. This is the. This is the avenue of success. This right here, when we close down our heart, it closes down success. We open up our heart, it opens up for success. But there's so much fear around opening the heart, right? There's just so much fear. So we're gonna just. We're gonna do some soft, gentle work to help the heart feel safe and to help you open it up tonight. Okay, so just close your eyes. All right? I want you to imagine this really beautiful, warm. I'm just seeing butter. Okay, so imagine warm butter and how Warm, like butter. When it's melted, it just. It just melts. It just melts. And I want you to feel that, like, this is the energy of the heart. When butter is out in the cold, it's hard. Very, very hard. When it's in the warmth, it melts. It becomes liquid. So what I want you to feel is the warmth of love poured over your heart. Warmth of love pouring it over your heart, Softening it, softening it, softening it. And I want you to notice where there's pain. So immediately, I just feel a little bit of pain in my back heart right here. And so I can feel like, okay, there's something really hidden behind here. That's old pain. So our old pain lives in the back heart. New pain is all in the front heart. So I want you to go into the back heart. I want you to just place your hand right on it, right there. Just, you know, a little bit on the. What are we going to call this? Right at the tip of your shoulder blade, moving over into your shoulder. Okay, we're just going to say, hello. Hi. Hi. Hi. And I want you to go into your body, and I want you to ask, what is this old pain that is blocking my heart? What is the old pain that is blocking my heart? One more. Whatever you see, whatever you hear, whatever you feel, we're going to wrap it in light and we're going to hand it over to God, and we're just going to hand it over. My favorite mantra from Florence Gobel Shinn is, is I cast this burden, and then you fill it in, right? I cast this burden of pain. I cast this burden of resentment. I cast this burden of lack on God and I go free. So whatever this old pain is, it's in the back here. We're going to cast it over. We're going to cast this burden of this pain on God and go free. So I want you to just breathe that in. Handing it all the way over, handing it over to God. Allowing God to take whatever pain you've been carrying in your back heart. And I want you to really feel the energy of freedom. And one more. And I want you to feel what it would be like if that pain didn't exist in your body anymore. Whether it's emotional pain, physical pain, mental pain, spiritual pain. What if it didn't exist for you anymore? Can you let it go? Can you let it be free? Breathing in and breathing out. What old pain can you release? Breathing in and breathing out. Letting go, letting go. Releasing, releasing, releasing. I cast this burden of pain on God, and I go free. Now. Now that we've released whatever has been hidden back there, now I want you to feel the front heart softening. I want you to imagine three things that you're wanting to receive. Maybe it's love, maybe it's money, new clients, more help, more support, more fun, more play, whatever it is. And I want you to. Those palms up, shoulders back, heart soft. I want you to breathe it into your heart. We're going to receive it in. Okay, so pick one of those things, Receive it into your heart. There we go. Breathing it in. The second one, Receiving it into your heart. Thank you, thank you. The third one, Receiving it in. Ah, thank you, thank you, thank you. There we go. Go. I cast the burden of pain on God, and I go free. I go free to live a life filled with love, connection, success, abundance, and joy. I go free to live a life with a soft heart. That's a mantra to say every day. I want you to feel that in your body. It's just. Oh, it's just landing so beautifully in the body. We're gonna invite our angels to open up pathways for these three things to come in under grace and in perfect ways, in the perfect time, in the perfect way. And then, as always, just landing with lots of gratitude for the miracles that you have, the miracles that are on their way. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
