Happy evening. How are you tonight? Just roll back your shoulders, soften the heart. Open the throat. There we go. Ear to the shoulder. Roll it down. Oh, ear to the other shoulder. Oh, so good. Rol. M feels like today is just a movement day. So it feels like we're gonna just do some nice side bends, bringing the nervous system back into wholeness. Here we go. There we go. All right. Let's tap right on our sternum. Getting us into our bodies. Getting into the body. Breathing all the way to your lower belly. And in. One more. All right. Let's call in all of our angels, our guides, our leaders, our teachers, those who are here to help us, those who are here to love us, to guide us. We're going to invite them in and into the divine light to come and sit with us, to hold us in a space of love. We're going to ask. The light will touch our ears. We will spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips. We speak only what needs to be spoken. There we go. Okay, so in this space, let's open up our palms, soften our hearts. Let's see. What work do we do tonight? It just feels like this warm blanket coming around you. So whenever I feel that it's a nervous reset, nervous system reset. So we're going to pour this really beautiful golden nectar from the crown of your head. It's going to move and ebb and dance through the body, all the way down to the soles of your feet. Gonna breathe the light in, and you're gonna breathe it all the way down your body. One more in and out. I want you to imagine any. Anybody's energy that is stuck in you, on you, around you. We're going to just ask the divine light to come and unhook it from you, letting it go with this breath, letting go of other people's energy. M Now I want you to feel the peace that's in your body moving into a place of rest inside of you. There we go, inviting this really beautiful love to expand throughout your body. Expand all the way out through the crown of the head, all the way down through the soles of your. Your feet. Expanding love through space and time throughout all generations, throughout you, your cells, your DNA coding. We're going to bring you into a place of rest by breaking all this energy and having it go all the way down through the soles of your feet into the soil, connecting you in, connecting you in. Hello. Hello. Hello. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. We're gonna weave and ebb some magical love through every square inch of your body, expanding you, holding you. You are so safe. You are so protected. You are so loved. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Place this beautiful shield of light around you, sealing it up at your toes to be an added form of protection and to massively insulate you with joy, with love, and with the most delicious light. Okay. We're going to ask your angels that they will create space for you from the top of your head down to your toes while you sleep. That you will be taught answers in your dream.
