Happy evening, my friends. I'm tired tonight. Are you tired? This is going to be a short practice, so we can just get ourselves into a place of rest and receiving and be able to prepare for a magical day tomorrow. So let's start with some sound. What sound do we want to use tonight? I don't know what sound I want to use. Gong. Let's gong it up. All right, so we take a nice breath in and out and in and out. There we go. Moving the body, moving the soul. Sound moving in the breath. Loud exhale. Loud exhale. Let's get into our bodies. It's interesting. The spine is asking for us to find its way into it. Hello, spine. Hello. There we go. Let's move it side to side. Get some fluid moving through the spine. Let's move the neck at the same time. Oh, there we go. All right. Let's call in our angels and our guides, those who are here to support us in our purpose, in our mission and our work. We're going to call them all in and through the divine light to come and sit with us. Ah, there we go. We're going to ask. That light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. That light will touch our third eye. They'll have access to all of our gifts of seeing visions and hearing and feeling knowing truth. We're going to ask. That light will cleanse our lips, so we speak only what needs to be spoken. There we go. Breathing in. And out. There we go. So tonight. Tonight feels like a warm bubble bath. Okay, we're just gonna put your nervous system at peace. If you're watching this video real time, it's almost Christmas. It's a busy, busy time of year. We're around a lot of different people's energies. Sometimes we just need to have a little bit of quietness in the body. So I want you to imagine that there is this beautiful lake, and the lake is of golden water, and it's warm. It's like warm hot springs. And I want you to imagine yourself walking down the stairs into this golden, warm water. And you get to your ankles and then your knees and then your hips and then your stomach and then your heart and then your throat. And then you actually go all the way down up over the head. And then you're going to come up and you're going to roll onto your back and place your hands above your head and your feet pointed down. And you're going to be like a snow angel for a second, and you're just Going to expand your arms, and you're gonna move your arms and your feet like a snow angel. And you're just gonna move across this lake. It's a lake that's very big, so you don't have anything that you're gonna hit. And it's this golden, pure water. I want you to just feel the golden water start to move in through the pores of your skin. It's going in and it's cleaning out the nervous system, and it's restructuring the nervous system to be stronger, to be more durable, to breathe, to move, to ebb. And any worries that you have, you're going to allow them to leave your body through the pores into the golden water. And the golden water is actually can take your worries and your stresses and your overwhelms and your fears and dissolve them immediately. So just doing that breath work, letting all of your concerns leave your body. Letting all of your concerns. Leave your body. There we go. One more. All right. You're gonna flip over on your tummy, and then you're gonna frog swim under the golden water. So you're completely immersed in the water, and you're just gonna feel the lightness of the water, the ease, and then the warmth. The warmth is coming in, bringing into it a place of peace. So we're going to wrap you in this most delicious love. You are loved. You are loved. You are loved. You are loved. You are loved. And you notice right in front of you is this beautiful island. Soft, white sand, palm trees, and a hammock that's waiting for you. So you're going to climb out of the golden water. When you touch the sand, the water begins to dry. And you're going to walk over to this hammock that has a pillow and a blanket, and you're going to lay right in it, and you're going to rest. There we go. Just resting. Just resting. You can come here at any time to find yourself, to find rest, to find peace. And from this place, you're going to let your system just stay there while you get up and get ready for bed. And then you're going to meet your system there with when you get underneath your covers. So just breathing in and out. Now wiggle your fingers and your toes and come right back. And come right back here with me. All right, my friend, go get ready for bed. Snuggle into your plankies. Your plankies. Clearly, I'm a mom. You're gonna snuggle into your blankets, get cozy, and then find yourself back on that hammock. And allow yourself to go to sleep in that deep place of rest, and I will see you in the morning.
