All right. Happy evening. I'm so happy you're here. I'm so excited to get into this beautiful place with you. So I want you to place your hands on your knees. We're gonna secure that spot in. We're gonna open up our shoulders and our heart, and out. There we go, moving the body. All right, I'm gonna place them sound for you. I want you to place your hand on your heart, and I want you to let all of the noise from today, all the things that didn't get done, all the fears that you have, all the gunk you picked up to roll off of you. And I want you to literally see it like raindrops rolling on the skin. All of this just rolls off of you down into the center of the earth. Okay? So we're gonna do that. While I play you some sound, take a nice breath in, Letting it all roll off your body. Coming into this beautiful, beautiful space of just your energy, your magic, your light. I want you to just be with yourself right now. I want you to feel this divine love that just loves every part of you. All of your brokenness, all of your weakness, all of your struggles, your failures. Like this divine love. Oh, loves all of you. Loves your magic that maybe you feel like you're too much. Loves all of your greatness, your successes. It loves both the dark and the light. Loves all of you. I want you to feel that like a warm heating blanket wrapping your whole body in this love and out. So in this beautiful space of wonder, of joy, of light, let's call in your spiritual team. Let's call in your angels and your guides and those who are here to support you specifically with your work, with your purpose, with your heart. We're going to ask that they come and hold space with us. And we're going to ask space specifically that we will be shown visions, ideas, thoughts, feelings that are going to help us get exactly where you need to go today. So we're just going to really ask to be shown so that this is a real visceral experience for you and that it's all in your highest good. We're going to ask. The light will touch our ears, our third eye and our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken, that we hear only what needs to be heard, and that we can have access to all of our spiritual gifts. So you're going to breathe in and we're going to breathe out. All right? So let's ask for the practice tonight. Okay? So I want you to close your eyes, and I Want you to visualize this beautiful meadow of the softest grass. Not a thorn anywhere, not a prickly anywhere. It's soft and it's like the grass that when you step on it, it bounces right back. And you can smell the summer. Mmm, warm green grass. Smells so good, right? You can smell it. And you're walking through it, and the sun is pouring over your body. You're just soaking in that sun, just soaking it in. Loving the sun, loving the sun. It's so warm and so healing, and you can feel it just, like, activating your feel good, right? Like, oh, this feels so good. And you look, and under a tree is this beautiful hammock swing. And it's got the softest blanket. And it's literally, like, beckoning you, like, come in and stay, snuggle. Come in and find rest. Come in and be held. So you follow the pool and you snuggle into the hammock with the softest blanket over you. And you can feel the breeze start to move your hammock. And you just start to sway. And the tree is moving with the wind, and the leaves, they're dancing in the sunlight. And you feel at peace and you feel taken care of and you feel loved and you feel so, so good. And I want you to imagine this feeling and this place that you can come here at any time. That at any time, you start to feel scared or afraid. You get to come back to the soft green grass and the nourishing sun and snuggle into the hammock with the blanket around you. And I want you to feel rest. The words are, come in and rest with me. Come in and release your burdens and be held. Come in and find peace. It is when we enter into our own being, when we can sit with our light and our dark. When we can sit with all of the good and all of the bad, all of the heart and all of the wonder. And we can be within us. This is when we find the gate to our inner peace. It is in our acceptance of our wholeness that peace envelops us. We hold the hammock. We hold the grass. We hold all of this inside of us. I want you to place your hand on your heart. I want you to breathe all the way to your lower belly. I want you to let it out. Let's do one more. I want you to say, I am at peace. I am at peace. I love all of me. I love all of my mistakes. I love all of my wins. I love all of my successes and all of my Failures. I love my boldness and my fear. I love my wildness and my panic. I love my light and I love my dark. I can find rest within me. I can find peace within me. Breathe into those lungs and letting them deflate and move and ebb. I want you to feel this golden honey coming in from the crown of the head, and it's going to move down through your nervous system, grounding you into this beautiful place of wholeness that it is in your love for you, your acceptance of all of you. That wholeness becomes true. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Listen to that quietness. I want you to take this beautiful image that we brought here tonight, and I want you to put it in your pocket that at any time, you don't love. All of you, anytime you are in fear or in doubt, you can come back to the soft green grass and find your way over to the hammock with a soft blanket and the wind and the leaves. You get to remember. That you are loved. All of you. Every piece, every broken, mended, healed, tattered piece. You are loved. All right. Beautiful, beautiful work tonight. What a beautiful message that came through. I want you to take a nice second to get back into your body. So you're going to move your body, however your body needs to move. Raise your arms, breathe into your lungs, Moving it around, getting you back into this beautiful space of your body. There we go. Wiggle your toes, wiggle your nose. Oh, beautiful work, my dear friend. May you sleep well. May this peace bring you deep, profound rest. And I will see you in the morning.
