Evening Prayer I Shift out of Anxiety I God is My Business Plan

A short evening guided-prayer/meditation by Keira Brinton aimed at shifting participants out of anxiety into higher-vibrational states through breathwork, chakra visualization, and a three-part gratitude exercise adapted from Rhonda Byrne's The Magic. The speaker leads grounding breaths, invites angels/guides and divine light to cleanse senses (ears, third eye, lips), then guides listeners through naming things they’re grateful for, stating reasons, and repeating 'thank you' to amplify gratitude; closes with a blessing.

Happy evening, my beautiful friend. How are you? Ah. Let's just breathe together for a second. I want you to breathe all the way down into your lower belly. And breathing out and breathing in. And out. All right? I want you to imagine any fear, any anxiousness, anxiety, stress, worry. As we breathe out, you're gonna let it drop off your body, and it's gonna go into the earth to be held, to hold you. So, ready? Breathing in and breathing all the way out. Letting it drop off your body. All the way down. All, all the way down. We're gonna breathe in, and we're gonna breathe out. Letting go of all the anxiety, all the worry, all the fear, all the stress. Last one in. Letting any leftover remnants leave your body. They have no. All right, let's call in all of our angels and our guides and those who are here to support us, specifically you in your work, your purpose, your mission. We're going to invite them all in and through the divine light to come and hold space with us. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear. Hear God, hear guides, hear our angels, hear our divine truth. We're going to ask that light will touch our third eyes, will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Take a nice breath in. So tonight we're clearing out anxiety and worry and stress with gratitude. So once you place your hand on your heart, I want you to just breathe in, and I want you to feel. Ah. We're gonna feel gratitude. So I want you to say, I am so deeply grateful for. What's the first thing that comes to your mind? I am so deeply grateful for this warm blanket. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Now, we're gonna up it by saying why we're grateful for it. So I'm gonna say I'm so deeply grateful for my heat blanket because it makes me feel comfortable, comforted, and safe. Thank you, thank you, thank you. So this practice is from one of my favorite books called the Magic by Rhonda Burns. So I want you to do it with me. So I want you to think of one thing that you can be grateful for. We're going to say we're grateful for it, why we're grateful for it, and then end with three thank yous. Okay? So. Breathing in. Breathing out. I am so deeply grateful for. Name it. Because. Name it. Thank you, thank you. Thank you. Breathing in. I am beyond grateful for. Name it. This is a new thing because end with. Thank you, thank you, thank you. One more breath in. I am so happy and grateful for. Name it. Because thank you, thank you, thank you. Breathing in, expanding your heart, expanding your third eye, expanding your crown, expanding you all the way down through the root chakra of your body, which is the base of your spine. We're allowing it to just wrap you in the most delicious gratitude, reminding you of how blessed you are. Even when you're in worry, even when you're in stress, you can always remember why you're grateful. And you feeling gratitude will actually shift the vibrational scale, which means that you move from a low vibration of worry, fear, stress, up to the higher vibrations. And. And when you're in a higher vibration, such as gratitude, you are in the vibration of miracles, of wonder, of joy, of abundance. So whenever we find ourselves in a lower vibration, gratitude is the scale up to the higher vibrations. I love that. Breathing out. One more in. Breathing out. There we go. Wrapping you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet. And so much love and so much wonder. I will see you in the morning.
