Evening Prayer I Who am I to be THIS I God is My Business Plan

A short evening guided prayer/meditation by Keira Brinton encouraging viewers to ground, connect to the divine, and strengthen the "muscle of receiving" so they can enter a flow state in creative and entrepreneurial work. The piece centers on the common doubt "Who am I to…?" (write a book, be a message-giver, start a business) and uses a frozen-lake visualization to show that action (doing the work) creates clarity and stability. The session ends with an embodied affirmation (place hand on heart; state "I am…") and a brief closing benediction.

Welcome. Happy evening, my friend. You made it here. Why don't you just close your eyes, take your shoulders up to your ears, roll them back, Soften the heart, Strengthening our receiving muscles tonight. So why do we do these every night and every morning? Because if you can take time to connect inside, connect to the divine, and strengthen the muscle of receiving, you can always be in flow state. You can be in flow state with your business, with your mothering, your fathering, with writing your book. This is the place where we tap into flow. And just like any muscle, if you work it out every single day, it gets stronger and stronger, allowing you to use it every day, single, any point of the day. That's the point of these videos, is to help you strengthen your muscle of receiving so you can be in flow state. So take a nice breath in and breathing out. We're going to let go of all the noise in the mind and in the body. Gonna breathe in. And letting it go one more in and out. So we're going to call in all of our angels and our guides, those who are here to support us, those who are here to help us with our work with this session, that they'll all gather in through the divine light to hold space with us. I want you to feel that grounded energy that drops in. We're gonna ask. The light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Take a nice breath in and breathing out. Let's drop in and see what is the practice tonight? Okay. This is something that lots of authors that I work with come to me and say, who am I? Who am I to write this book? Who am I to be this message giver? Who am I to be this author? And I think every one of us who are entrepreneurs, specifically, if you are a thought leader of some form or sort, that you hit this wall. Who am I? Who am I to share this? Who am I to write this book? Who am I to build this business? But I will tell you that that phrase, who am I? Is always, for me, a sign of someone who is humble and willing to be a vessel. There's a place of humility, like, who am I to be this? And I will show up and I will let God work through me, and I will be the body and I will be the vessel. So I want you to close your eyes. Let's see if we can have a practice around helping you own who you are and your work. All right, So I want you to imagine this beautiful frozen lake. It's covered with snow. I want you to imagine that you didn't know it was a lake, that you just thought this was just snow. This was snow, and this was just regular ground. But as you start to walk on the frozen lake, it begins to become a little slippery, becomes unstable to walk on until you realize what it is. Oh, this is just a frozen lake. And then you're able to walk on it stably. And you know exactly how to test it out, because you know what you're walking on. When you didn't know what it was, you weren't prepared, and you were slipping and sliding until you figured it out. So this is the message. The messages. You don't know what needs to be done until you do it. So maybe you're saying, who am I to write this book? Well, until you write it, it's like slippery ground. But when you start to write it and when you finish it, you'll be so stable because you will know exactly how it feels to be the author of that book. Because you did it. The place that is the slipperiest, that is the most dangerous, is when we are in between, in between inspiration and action. And that place right there is where we get slippery. And that's like when you first stepped onto the lake and you didn't know it was a frozen lake. And it's slippery. But when you know what it is, you know how to do it. When you actually do what you're inspired to do, whether it's start that business, write your book, create that song, whatever it's in your heart to do, when you start to do it, you'll know exactly what needs to be done. Stop playing in the in between place and move. Because in your action, you will have clarity and surety of actions will follow. Would you place your hand on your heart and I want you to say, I am. And then speak what it is. The author of my book, the owner of my business, the creator of my dreams. What are you. Letting that land in your body? Mmm. Wrapping you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet with the surety that when you take action, you will then know exactly what needs to be done. And of course, you are the one to give this message. That is why it came to you. Of course you are the one to start this business. That is why the dream came to you. Now act so that you can hear the next steps so that you know exactly what needs to be done. All right, my friend. May you sleep well. I will see you in the morning.
