Happy evening, my friend. How are you? Let's get into our bodies, shall we? Let's do a little bit of sound. I want you to take some nice, deep breaths in, allowing the sound to clear out any noise that's in your mind, any itchy energy that's aggravating you or distracting you. Allow the sound to be a cleansing agent for your body. Breathing in, Dropping into your heart, getting out of bed. We're coming back into a place of grounded energy tonight. Coming back into the place of stillness in a world of busy. I want you to wiggle your toes. We're just bringing ourselves down to the awareness of our feet. It's one of the fastest ways to ground yourself is to just find your feet again. That means dropping your heels on the ground, wiggling your toes, stomping your feet. You want to get yourself back in your body, you move your feet, all right? That's why dance is such a powerful way to be grounded, because you move your feet to dance. So I want you to now breathe in with me. We're going to just create this really beautiful shield of light around you to protect you and infuse you with light. We're going to call in all of our angels and our guides and those who are here to support us, those who love us, those who help us, those who are here to help us with our work. We're going to invite them in and through the divine light to come and hold space with us. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. We're going to ask that light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. We're going to ask that light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken and breathing out. All right, so in this beautiful, beautiful space that we are in, let's open up in here what we do today. All right, so I'm feeling inspired to pull. These are the healing cards that I wrote. And we're going to just put them out like this. I'm going to see what is the message that we're going to do today. I just get my hands nice and warm. I put them across these cards and see which one feels the hottest. Okay. This one's so beautiful for today. So this is going to be for your lungs, your sub chakra. So we have seven main chakras. Your lungs are a sub sub chakra, and lungs hold grief. So lungs are like a sponge. And when you have Grief, the lungs get heavier and heavier and heavier, and it weighs us down. And so this is the healing phrase for grief. I don't know if we can see it here. It says, I breathe out and surrender all of my grief, my suffering, and my pain. This is gonna get me today. I breathe in and receive. I am soothed, I am comforted, and I am held. If you can feel the grief starting to rise, it kind of like gets achy, itchy, stick, sticky, staticky in the body. This is when you're going to move your ribs back and forth, Opening up your shoulders, ear to the shoulder, ear to the shoulder, chin to the chest. All right, so we're going to ask for added bonus help from our divine team, because grief is hella heavy. Suffering is hella heavy. Okay? Pain is intense, so let's not do this alone. So I want to just call in all of your divine team that are here to help you heal. We're going to invite them in and through the divine light to come and hold space with us through this. All right, so we're going to start by breathing in. I am soothed. I am comforted, I am held. And then you're going to breathe out. I breathe out and surrender all of my grief, my suffering, and my pain. And when I say surrender, it's like handing it over to God, like, I will. I cannot carry it any longer. Okay, so you're going to breathe in, breathe in and receive. And I want you to say this in your mind. I am soothed, I am held, I am comforted. Breathing out, I surrender all of my grief, my pain, my suffering. Breathing in, I breathe in and receive. I am soothed, I am held, and I am comforted. Breathe out. I breathe out and surrender all of my grief, my suffering, and my pain. Say these things in your mind, same as you breathe in, I'm breathing in and receiving that. I am held, completely comforted, and I am soothed. Breathing out, I breathe out and surrender all of my grief, my sorrow, and my pain. One more of these. I breathe in, I am held. I am comforted, I am soothed. I breathe out, surrender all the grief, the sorrow, the pain, letting it all leave your lungs, your cells, your body, letting it all go. Cleansing. Breath in. Now we breathe in and breathe out. Only the positive. So I'm breathing in and receiving. I am held, comforted and soothed. I breathe out, I am held, comforted and soothed. And as you breathe out, you're actually going to let it soak into your body. Those feelings are going to soak into your body. This is how we rewire the the system is we're allowing this to be the new code. Ready? Palms up, shoulders back, heart soft. Breathing in, I breathe in and received. I am held, I am comforted. I am soothed. I breathe out, feeling held, feeling comforted and soothed. Breathing in, breathing out. As you breathe in, feel held, comforted and soothed. As you breathe out, allow that to land in your body that you are held, you are comforted, and you are soothed. Breathing in, feeling held, comforted and soothed. Breathing out, feeling held, comforted and soothed. One more. Breathing in, feeling held, comforted and soothed. Breathing out, feeling held, comforted and soothed. I want you to feel this really beautiful warm, golden blanket wrapping around your body, swaddling you in the divine Mother's love, letting you know how loved you are, how peaceful you are, how known you are. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. All right, my dear friend, this might be a good practice to journal after, to write what came up for you to write how you feel now. To be present to being held and comforted and soothed, to being present to what it felt like to hand over your grief, your pain and your suffering. Ah. You are known. You are important. You are loved just as you are. With all the mistakes you've made, with all your weaknesses, with all your struggles, you are so profoundly loved. You are so deeply important, And you are perfect just as you are. Breathe that in. Let your body hear it, feel it, know it. Relax into that. All right, my dear friend, I will see you in the morning.
