Expanding LOVE through out the world with Keira and Rose

Well, I don't know you, which is fun, because then it really is. We get to just land in together on what's here in your soul. So why don't you just tell me a little bit about you? Like, where do you live? What is it that you. What are you passionate about in the world?

I am from Eureka, Northern California. Okay, and what was the second question again?

What are you passionate about? What do you. What lights your soul on fire right now?

You know what lights my soul on fire right now is like feeling your feelings.

Just.

How can. How can we suffer less?

Yeah. 100. Yeah. Oh, I'm excited. I'm excited. Let's. Let's dive in. So I feel like I'm not in love with my camera today. So let's see if we can figure this out. I got a new tripod because my daughter accidentally broke my other tripod. It's not the same. It's just not the same, but it's okay. Okay, so what I want to do is I want to just create some safety so that everything in your body, like, feels comfortable and safe so that we can be in this magical space together. So I'm going to play my sound bowl, and I don't know if you know the story about my sample. Do you know the story of the sound bowl?

No, I haven't.

Okay, it's coming. The story's here today, so I'm going to share the story. Okay. So this beautiful friend, her name is Katie Jo. She owns, like, a yoga studio in Utah. I love her. We collaborate all the time together. She has a guy in Tibet who gets bulls. Long story short, there was this, like, earthquake. This whole cave gets exposed, and there's a whole pile of old bulls. Wow. Ancient bulls. So I walk in, I'm in Utah doing an event, and she's like, I'm doing a sacred bowl night. So I walk in and I pick it up and I play it, and the whole room fills with monks. And I was like, oh, wow, gosh, this is my bowl. But then I saw the price. I was like, it's not my bowl. Lovely day bowl, right? And then the whole time, the bowl just kept coming and coming to me. And so I finally was like, if I can find it again, this is my bowl. And she had a man there who. He can touch things and he can see where they came from. He is really gifted. And I found my bowl and I brought it to him and said, what? Tell me the story of this bull. And he said, this bowl was made 695 years ago, and it was made in one of the first two monasteries. And a family traveled all the way to the monastery to get this bowl, take it back to their village to heal the whole village.

Wow, that is so beautiful. Like, I got goosebumps right now listening to that story.

So this, like, it's almost like it's. When I play this bowl, I want you to feel the healing properties of it coming through your body and bringing safety so that we can really dive in.

Okay?

Okay. So breathe in. Pouring light through the top of your head, coating your nervous system, and love grounding you all the way into the to the earth. I don't know if you can hear that tone. It hasn't played that tone in a while. So this is more like your upper. I could just feel it. It's like really moving in through the heart, all the way up. When you take a nice breath in, bringing light into the crown, the third eye, your throat and your heart just like, really powerfully there. Taking a breath in. There we go. That feels good. So we're going to start with the sacred creative process. Okay. So if you want to take a breath in, we're going to visualize from the crown of our heads this divine light pouring through. So we're going to breathe the light in. We're going to breathe it throughout our whole entire body. Cleaning, cleansing, clearing the path all the way out our toes. We're going to let this light exit our toes, go up and around our bodies individually and separately. See, sealing it at our toes to be an added form of protection and to infuse and insulate with light. We're going to then call in our angels, the ascended masters who've been assigned to us, those who are here to lead us, those who are here to guide, heal, and support us and our own purpose, yours and mine, individually. We're calling in both teams and into the divine light to hold this space, that we will be able to receive your book with grace, with ease, that the messages will come through with clarity and power. We're going to then ask that light will touch our ears, that we will spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. That light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Take a deep breath in. How does that feel?

It feels cleansing.

Yeah. So good, right?

Yes.

So now move your body a little bit. We're just gonna get some movement in the ribcage. Okay. So let's bring your book in. So we're gonna invite your book into the divine light to come in however it would like to show up. Normally, they show up over my right shoulder. Yours just. Yours came up between us from the earth like a flower. Like it just sprouted from the earth. I've never seen that. That's fun. I don't ever see things, that's all. So we're gonna just kind of like, watch it grow. It's like growing, growing, growing. And then the flower is gonna open, and this is where the book is. So we're gonna just like, all right. Beautiful, beautiful birth. Beautiful entrance into this space in time. So we're just gonna ask first. What's the meaning? Now, before I ask, I'm going to invite your gifts, your intuitive gifts of seeing, hearing, feeling, to be brought all the way up to the surface and into the divine light so that you can see, hear, and feel the messages from your book as well. We want to really build your guys's conversation because that's where you're going to be able to talk to your book as you're writing it. So I want you to. We're going to feel in, and we're going to ask your book, why did it come up from the earth? Why was it. What was the symbolism of it being birthed out of this flower? And I want you to drop in your heart and see if you hear anything.

What was the question again? I'm sorry.

That's okay. I'm going to invite your heart to listen. So because this is not going to come from your mind, it's going to come from your gifts. What was the meaning of your book coming up through a flower? So that's what we're asking the book right now. What was the meaning of this?

What I am getting right now is that my rose has thorns, and those thorns cut people.

Okay, tell me what else that means to you.

Those thorns that cut people. But the rose, the sacred rose has this magic where when I used to go and get like a. Like a bee, get step on a bee, and it was sting on the bottom of my feet, my mom would get rose petal and use that rose petals to kind of like help it cure or something. I don't know if there's any, like, scientific things, but she would use that rose petal and kind of help heal the pain. Like, I don't know what it is. Yeah.

Oh, my gosh. That's it. So that's it right there. Right. So here's the thing. Your book is the rose petal for people's pain. The book is the rose petal that pulls out the poison that gets stuck in people's bodies.

Oh, that resonates with me so much. You said that in such a beautiful way. I have never heard that said like that before.

I've never said. I've never heard it either. I just. That came there, right? Like, that's why I came up through in this rose, right? Like it's like, because it's like, hey, this is what I'm here to do. So now I want you to drop in with me and I want you to feel the presence and the essence of this book, this message. And we're going to ask it to show us what's. It feels like. What's the. Because, like, that's the purpose. That's the thing. That's why the book is here. But there's like another. There's like a sub. Reason, like a subtitle kind of feeling. Right? So it's like it's there to heal and pull out poison in people. It's there to be the ointment, the healing agent. But there's like a piece in it. What is this piece? Let's see if it will show it to us. So what I'm being shown, and I know this is like very. Okay, I'm not going to knock. Is something that people hear all the time. So it's very. Can be sound cliche, but it's not cliche. It's like legit real. Here. Your book is showing me that you show people the rainbows after their storms. So the book is you showing them the rainbow. Like, look at the beauty after the storm. That's how you heal their pain.

I don't have a cave, but the beach has been calling my name because I live right by the ocean. Yeah.

Yeah. So I'm seeing that there's something about actual stone, like.

Oh, my gosh.

Yes.

This weekend I went to the beach, and there was a cave, like, a small cave, and there is a little, like, outlet where you actually sit right by the cave.

That's very right.

That's very right.

Yeah.

Oh, my gosh.

Wow.

Yeah, I just. It was. That's the cave. That's the cave.

That's the cave. Your book is, like, showing me this cave, and it's like, this is where you write. So I want you to take yourself there. Okay. You're going to do the sacred creative process. You're going to get into your. Your. Your heart, you're going to call in your angels, and then you're just going to write. And I'm going to invite you to not write chapter one, chapter two, chapter three. Okay. You just bring it through. And anytime you get stuck, I want you to notice in your body if you're in your head or if you're in your heart. Anytime we get stuck, it's because we're in our head. Okay. So it feels like I'm also seeing there's, like, some. It's like Tai Chi. Ish. Like some Tai Chi, like, kind of movement. Especially, like, heart. There's a lot of movement that wants to come in through your rib cage. Yeah. So like, isolation, something like that, Right?

Okay.

Yeah. Moving. So when you get stuck in your book, move the rib cage. That's what I'm hearing. Okay. That feels good.

Yes.

I'm excited for this book. Oh, my God.

This is, like, touching every spot. And I just. The cave just, like, blew my mind.

Me, too.

When I say cave.

Yeah.

And I'm like, I went to the beach, but I did go to the small cave. They had a. Oh, my gosh. That's.

Yeah.

Wow.

It shows you that the books are just so real. Right. And it pulls it out of. It pulls it out of, like, it being a thing. It pulls it out of it being a to do. And you're like, no, this is like an. Like an actual spirit, like an essence. And they will speak and guide us and lead us, especially when we come from our hearts. So there's. There's something else showing up. Hold on. Okay, so here's what I hear is, like, there was some sort of, like, agreement between you and your book. Like, like a partnership agreement. Like, they're showing me, like, contracts, like, signed, like, kind of documents. So it's like, really owning, like, so what I'M hearing is there might be times in your mind where you're going to be like, who am I to write this book? There's all these books that are like. I feel like that could be something that you struggle with. And your book's like, we made this deal a real long time ago. Like, this is your book to write. This has to come through you. Nobody else can write it the way you can.

Yeah, that's true. Yeah. Yeah.

Okay. So remember that. So I'll tell you my story really quick. This story. This is my favorite story. Not really. I like a million. I say that. Every single one. But this is a good one for this topic. So when I wrote my first book, it's called the Hidden Gifts within the Trauma of Sexual Abuse. That's my past, right? Lots of. Lots of trauma as a child. I was asked to write that book. I was asked to write that book before. Me too.

Hit.

As I'm finishing up the book, me too Hits and I'm like, why am I publishing this book? Like, this is what everybody's talking about this. Like, you know, at that time, I'm a business. You know, I'm a mom of five kids. Like a massage therapist at night. You know, like, why am I writing this book?

Yeah.

In that moment, I asked Alexa to play my favorite song, which is Oceans by Hillsong United. Right. Love this song. And I listen to it every day. Alexa, play the song. And I was in deep prayer, like, God, why would you have me write a book on everything else? And Alexa plays the song by a different artist. Same words, same music. Hurt my ears. In that moment, I heard God say, you could be saying the same words, but coming from your voice, it's going to touch different people's hearts that they can't hear from anyone else's. Okay. So I want you to really land in that. That when you're writing, if parts in your mind. Noise in your mind shows up like, oh, this already been written. No, no, no. Your voice is going to reach someone's heart that nobody else has reached yet. Okay. It feels super important for you. Okay, so lots of movement in the ribs. I just feel it. Right. Like moving in the ribs. Okay. So let's just ask if there's anything else that your book wants to bring through. So what I'm hearing is that the book is also the rose petal for your pain. So you writing the book is going to be super healing.

Okay.

So use it. Like, use the book. It's saying, use the medicine that's within me that's what the book is saying. Yeah. Okay. That feels good. All right.

It feels. It touches my heart.

What are your thoughts? What are you feeling?

The rose petal to your healing. Is that. Is that what you said there? That's beautiful. And it gives me. When I hear that there's so much. So much beautiful things around it that that is wanting to share. That's in my heart that I haven't shared. Especially I have two young girls where. There's going to be pain in life. And how can I give them the tools to help them maybe suffer less, to help them mend their broken hearts, to help them, to let them know that this is life and that there's some beauty with every tear that falls down. There is beauty with opening your heart again after you've been hurt. And that it feels like all those emotions that we have, anger, sadness, pain, that there's. To feel it. Because when you really feel it, there's like you're alive. And I want my girls to feel like this is what it feels like to be a human. There's going to be sadness, there's going to be happiness. There's going to be pain. But also. How can. But there's beauty in the storm. You can't see what we're going through. But there's always. The sun always comes out.

It's the rainbows. It's the rainbows that you're showing them.

Yeah.

Oh, I feel it. I feel it just bursting from your heart, Rose. Oh, my gosh. That's your name. That took me a little bit there. Oh, my gosh. That's even so much more beautiful. Oh, my gosh. Wait, that's profound.

Yeah.

Holy cow. Okay, I want to tell you, this piece that just came in when you were just pouring light from your heart was your book said, this book. Okay. I don't know if it's going to make sense. I'm just going to speak and we'll find it. This book is like braille for people's hearts. Yeah. Heck, yeah.

Yes.

That's. Oh, wow.

That's amazing.

Yes. Right?

Holy cow. That.

Wow.

Yeah, I'll like that piece.

I love that.

Yeah. That's so good. Like, really getting that. Like, this book is so much more than words. It is literally going to be a language that the heart can understand.

Mm. Absolutely. Yes. Okay.

You gotta bring this through, sister. So we're gonna ask, when does this book get completed? Like, when are you done writing this book? And I do not want you to answer this from your mind. It has to come from your heart. And we're gonna invite your book to show you a date in front of your eyes. So you're gonna keep your eyes closed, and we're gonna let your book show you the date that it wants to be birthed.

For some reason, like Thanksgiving, because it's to give, and I don't know. That just showed up. Okay.

Okay. So now ask the question. Is Thanksgiving the day that you complete writing the book? Yes.

Or maybe even before that. Yeah.

So it's like Thanksgiving is the. Like, that's the last date it could be done by. So Thanksgiving or before. Right. Okay, so this is. Have you read Florence Scovell's work? Florence Covell?

Yes, I am a movement maker, yes. So I'm not done yet. But there is a line that kind of stuck with me, and it was the. I have wonderful work in a wonderful way. I give wonderful service and a wonderful pay. And I was, like, blown away by that. I was like, oh, I love that. So that came. That is coming to be my affirmation.

Oh, play with her. Florence is.

You know.

You know, we're. Me and Evan are republishing Florence's book. Oh, you guys are. Yeah, we're bringing it back. We're bringing it back. So Florence is a huge piece of my work, and she has a phrase to use. So this is what was coming through. It's like, if you could say every day I complete writing my book before, on or before Thanksgiving, 2022, under grace and imperfect ways. So what you're doing is you're opening up the pathway, right? You're like, it will be done before or on this day under grace and imperfect ways. And then what happens is you now open up. That's what I love about Florence's work, is she's like, don't cap it. Right. I don't know if you got to the part where the guy was like, I want to manifest $3,000. $3,000. And he did. But what he didn't know is that there was 10,000 more dollars that actually had wanted to come to him, but he had capped the blessing. Yeah. Open up. Like, we're not capping our miracles. Like, hey, let this be done on Thanksgiving. Or before, like, let this miracle be. And then that's when magic gets to happen. So put this on your wall. Write it on a poster board. Speak it. The last piece I want to do with you, as we complete is. I want you to drop into your heart, and I want you to feel as though the book has already been written. I want you to see yourself.

Who.

Holding it in your hands. I want you to feel how it's going out and it's in people's hearts. And I can. It's like. Oh. It's like I just all of a sudden saw all these people, and when they are opening the books and they're reading the books, it's like their hearts are learning a new language. Like, it's going in and it's healing hearts.

So why.

Just feels it's already been done. People are already reading it. It's already published. It's here. Yeah. I want you to feel that every day. I want you to feel as though it's complete every day. And this is going to bring it through even quicker.

Oh, my friend Rose.

Oh, my God. That. I had no idea. It's. This is amazing. Like, it went beyond what I expected. And what was trippy was the cave. I know, because I was like. I wanted to go to the beach. I was thinking of a different beach, but I went to the cave where there's this beach, and I was.

I mean, yeah. Wow. Right? It surprises me every time.

Oh, work.

Look at that. Wow. Yeah. What's so cool is that when it showed me the cave, I was like, who has a cave? This is gonna land real weird.

Yeah. I. I didn't. It didn't register to me until, like, what? I just. I just went to that cave and.

That your book wants to be written there. Like, wow.

Yes. And I could see myself going there as like, it's. That place is beautiful.

Yeah.

It's a small cave, but I can see totally see myself writing the book there, and I'm so excited, and I need to keep this momentum going. So I'm gonna go today.

And then we're going to pour light through you, this golden nectar, light from the top of your crown.

And it's just going to swirl down your body, all the way down to the soles of your feet. And we're going to allow this golden nectar to actually seep in through your skin, into your cells, down into your DNA coating, activating love. That love is at the very essence of every breath, of every word, of every step, that like a remembrance that you are love, that you've always been loved. And that's what you bring to the earth. So just breathing that in, wrapping you in light, handing you over to your angels, that they'll continue to keep you in momentum, that miracles will abound in your name. Thank you, my friend.
