You are light. You are light.
Take a deep breath in. And as you take this breath in, I want want you to feel these words move into your body.
You are light.
As you let this breath come in through your lungs, I want you to imagine a beautiful, divine light, the highest order of light showering down over your body. I want you to envision that this light begins at the top of your head and it moves its way down through every breath, into your face, down through your neck, into your arms, and out your fingertips. As you breathe in, I want you to see the light radiating down through your heart, into your lungs, moving its way into the solar plexus and your navel, allowing this light to now move into your legs, your root chakra, your sacral. The light winds its way through the knees, the ankles, the feet, the toes. Take a deep breath in. I want you to imagine that you are now in a pool of light. Light surrounds your body. Light is below you, above you. The light is in front of you and behind you. Right now, you are immersed in light. The light moves like a small, gentle wave of water. It ebbs and it flows, rocking you into a gentle motion of peace. As you are submerged in light, the light begins to seep into your skin. This light now flows through your body with the blood in your veins. As the light flows with your blood, it cleans it. All the impurities, all the darkness, all the fears and any lower vibrational frequencies are immediately cleansed away. The light detoxifies your bloodstream and activates healing at a genius level. Take a deep breath in, allowing this beautiful process to take place. One more breath. You now see the light moving into each cell of your body. As you can see, some cells are tinted with darkness. Some cells are covered in burdens that are not yours. Some cells are paralyzed and forgot what they were doing. I want you to watch as the light begins to encircle each and every cell of your body. The light wraps each cell in love. The light cleanses the cell completely and activates its highest vibrational. The cell immediately becomes new. The cell beams with light from within and around. We're going to take three deep breaths as this quickening happens to each and every cell in your being. Breathing in. And out. And in. And out. And in. And out. Now allow your mind to pull outside of your body and look down. As each cell has been cleansed and activated to the highest possible vibration, light starts bursting from your body. The light expands past every layer of skin and now rests as the top layer of your body, the Light appears to be little particles of stardust brilliantly placed together to form the image of your body. The light is showing you your magnificence, that you indeed are more than this body. That you are a part of the divine cosmic wonders. You are one with the heavens. You are one with God.
You are light.
As you see this new version of yourself, the one who is light, the one whose light expands past her body, the one who is connected with the divine in every particle of her body being, I want you to see that you are more than darkness. You are beyond the realms of darkness. Darkness has no hold on you, for you are one with God, As you are one with the highest order of light. Darkness dissolves at the very sight of you.
You are light.
Every step you take, light pours down into this earth and clears the way before you. Your body is merely a placeholder for your light. It is a choice to be here in this body. And remember, you are not your body.
You are light.
As you feel the light that you are, you will expand through time and space to create and be light. Take a deep breath in. And as you breathe in, allow this truth to be remembered, to be known.
