A short spoken clip by Keira Brinton advising that leaders of mastermind groups must carefully select participants because they are responsible for the group's energy. Letting one negative person into an otherwise high-performing group can undermine the whole mastermind; maintaining strict boundaries and acting as gatekeeper preserves alignment, confidence, and abundance.
I get to choose who plays in my mastermind because I'm responsible for the energy of my mastermind. So If I have 10amazing humans in my mastermind and I let one bad egg in, which is an energy sucker, a victim, a fearful human who doesn't want to take action, if I let that egg in, the whole mastermind falls apart. So it is, like, of the upmost importance that I hold the boundaries so clean on who comes in. And that's how it is for you. You are the guardian for your team, you are the gatekeeper. You say who comes in and who doesn't, and that's going to give you so much more power in your body. And also it's going to bring in abundance because you're going to be in such high alignment.
