LIVE Author Summit 3.1.2022

Keira Brinton and co-authors gathered live to discuss a 22-chapter collaborative book published by Freedom House. They shared rapid-writing experiences and reader responses, with proceeds supporting Brinton's Centers of Hope work for people struggling with suicide ideation. The session ended with a guided visualization.

Welcome, Welcome. I am so excited to host the second Pop Up Live summit for the newest book that was just released from Freedom House, which is collaboration with the Divine A Sacred Communion. We launched this book seven days ago and it hit bestseller on Amazon by Friday. So this book right here that we wrote in four weeks, launched it six weeks later, is out changing the world. We are getting messages after messages of people saying how this book is already changing their lives. We are in such a magic energy. And I welcome you all here. Whether you are here live, whether you are watching the replay, I welcome you into the sacred space. I'm actually in my sacred yurt. This is the space where I do holy sacred work. We are creating that for you right here, right now, wherever you are. If you're at work, if you're driving, if you're doing dishes, if you're in your sacred space, know that we're creating us creating this for you. So I'm really excited. We have a few of our authors on here today. Not everyone could come today, but a lot of them were there last week. I will be sending out last week's recording and today's recording to anyone who wanted to come to this event. So you'll be able to hear from all the authors and their journey in this book. So I just really want to honor every one of you ladies, brilliant, beautiful authors, for saying yes to this book in the craziest time of year and for writing your book so your chapter so quickly, so, so that we could bring this book to the world when we had no idea that last week the world was going to crumble. All the things that are happening across the ocean, everything that's happening in our country. We had no idea what last week was going to be. And yet we knew. I knew when I was shown this vision that this was to go live on February 22, 2022. And it was not easy to write a book and publish it in 10 weeks time time. But we did it and we did it because we did it guided by the divine. And this book is out bringing light, bringing hope. So just honor you ladies as authors. I'm so grateful that you said yes. I'm so grateful that you wrote your chapters. I'm so grateful you're here. So how today is going to go is. I'd love to just open it up to every one of you authors. You can share whatever is present for you if you want to share a little bit about writing your chapter, if you want to share what's happened since we've Launched. And what has the response been? Whatever is present in your heart, I'd love to hear from you. And then at the end, we'll open it up to any viewers that are watching that have questions and you guys can jump in and ask questions about book, about the authors. I'm going to invite Claire, who is the backbone of Freedom House. She is our publishing specialist. She's in the background of this call right now with her four little boys running around her feet. If you can put the Amazon link to this book in the chat, Claire, that'd be awesome. That way, anyone who's on the call, if you have not gotten your copy, then I'm going to invite you. Hold on, let me just do one thing really fast. I forgot to make Claire the host, so let's do that. Claire, you're now the host. Sorry about that. Claire's going to put in the Zoom in this chat in the Zoom Room, the link to our. Our book. Go grab this book and I'm going to invite you to grab like 10, because there are going to be people who need this book and you're going to have a copy for them. Angel, I see your handwritten. I'd love to hear from you.
Oh, I just would love to share my experience being invited to write with this book. I'm in the process of writing my own book and it's taking a little while. In the beginning of December, I received the invitation from Kira to participate in this collaboration book. And as I read through the message, what the book was, the theme, the title, where the proceeds from the book were going, it was a soul's yes. That's what I call it. I live by guidance. Is this a soul's yes or a soul's no? And that means my whole mind, body, heart and spirit is committed to something that's what I call a soul's yes. So I said yes to it before I really thought it through in my brain, because I just answered that souls yes. And what was fascinating to me was, was I sat down to write the chapter and just ask, what is it? God, you would have me write about what memory, what story, what experience? Because there are so many potentially that could meet this theme or title. What would you have me write about? And it just came through. The words came through. I spent a few hours on one afternoon writing it. Then I had an appointment. So I got up to go and the next day I came back and finished the chapter, like in just a matter of hours across two days, had the whole idea, all the pages had gone through and proofread it and edit it and submitted it. And why I share that, that was powerful to me, was when I am aligned with the divine, it is easy. Whether it's writing a chapter or parenting or being in relationship to someone or working with a client or anything in my life, I discovered, and it was reinforced through this experience, that when I'm in alignment with the divine, in other words, doing the will of my creator, collaborating to move truth, light and love through me and bringing it into this world, it is easy. It comes with grace and flow. And that is such an opposite or can be juxtaposed with where I spent most of my life. Up until age 38. Several years ago, I often felt like life was a struggle, like there was stress and I was overwhelmed. That was the majority of my daily experience was carrying those emotions, also resentment and frustration. And so the shift in my life that has occurred since that time has been reinforced through this experience as a co author in this book, that when we align or attune ourselves to what God has in store for us, which is always so much bigger than what, what our goals are for ourselves or what we want or hope or what we're planning on doing, when we can set that aside and turn to God and say, what would you have me do? In this moment that we align, it comes through with grace, ease and flow. I'm just so grateful for that experience. Thank you so much.
Angel, I love when you talk. You always just bring so much power and clarity. And I really love, I love that you bring this to light. And a lot of the authors last week shared this, of how quickly they wrote their chapters. And I think it really shows what happens when we get out of our minds and we ask to be a vessel. And every one of you who wrote in this, in this book, you were vessels. You were vessels for the message that you were here to bring. And I just feel that so strongly as well, why it came through with so much ease. So thank you for everything you shared, Angel. I would love to open it up to any other authors. I'd love to hear whatever's present for you. Want to talk about how exciting the launch was last week that we hit bestseller? If you've had messages come to you, how was it writing your chapter even if you shared last week? I'm going to invite you to share again because there are people here today who weren't at last week's and your stories are all so powerful and I would love for you to share them. So who would love to share.
Okay, I found the mute button.
Now I can speak.
Yes. Yeah. I'm glad to be here again. It's wonderful to see you ladies. Last week, I was really big on, like, as I'm looking through the book and I'm seeing each and every one of you, it's like, oh, each of you are a piece of me, a part of my personality. And I still feel that way. And I'm so grateful to get to read and experience myself through you guys, through your stories. So I love that experience in the book. You all are beautiful writers. So thank you for bringing your stories to light. As I, for some reason, I reread through my chapter. Oh, I was kind of shocked that someone I had bought purchased the book. And, hey, I read your chapter referenced. Okay, I will say a purse that I had written about, because I wrote about a purse, which is silly, and said, how's that purse? I want to see a picture of it. So I drew a picture of this purse for this person. But that was part of my story, my connection to God, finding that. And it was a little bit vulnerable and raw to hear that this particular person, they read about it, I was kind of shocked and amazed and hope that it gives them a good message. And the more I thought about, I'm like, oh, other people will read this. And it just kind of settles in, like they might feel how I feel or see my feelings. And it's kind of some exposure in that way. So some of the other work I do, I feel like I get really raw, and I'm just realizing how it impacts people and sharing this, as scary as it is. And I was delicate. I was, you know, I lightly referenced a thing or two and, you know, just tried to make it kind of brush the surface, but get you to know what went on for me and seeing that it makes that work, makes a difference for people has been huge and helps me to keep going. And some of my stuff that I put out recently has been called cringy by my loved ones. Okay, it was my husband, and it was me reading out of a journal. But this is. When we get raw like this, that makes a difference for people. They get to reflect back on them, see who they are and. And bring more to the table for them and awaken their souls, their spirits, awaken what's inside for them and say, you know, they can.
It's work.
We kind of have minds that judge. And so that's okay if you're judging the chapter, but it is planting seeds and awakening and opening things for people, regardless of, you know, your new relationship to God or your old relationship to God or your new relationship to yourself or what that used to look like and how that is now. So I am. I just want you, each of you, to feel empowered. Those of you who have written in the book and those of you who are writing and then those of you who are listening and reading through that book. This is a book of empowerment, bringing more light to the world while exposing some of our darkness.
Right.
So we kind of talked about the other day about the light and the dark and that it's really there. There's both components, and it's time to not hide anymore. So thank you for not hiding. Sisters, thank you for not hiding who you are and shining bright despite our awards and whatever things we don't think are pretty. So I just honor each of you for being here. Thank you. I'm so glad to be a part of this. I mean, I would say process, but, like, it's huge. It's so big. Thank you for lending the book. And it's so much more and the centers for hope. I can't wait to see all the things that are coming.
Yes.
Yeah.
Holly, you know, I just. I adore all of you so much, and I love. Holly brings this, like, real playfulness and joy into this space, and she brings something to the present that I think we really need to acknowledge, which is this book, obviously, is about the divine, but this book, you dance in the dark. Like, there is so much pain in many of our stories of how we find the divine. It doesn't happen most times, like us out picking flowers. Like, yeah, we can feel God, and we can feel these beautiful things and the sun rises. But, like, to really know the divine means you, like, have to hit rock bottom. And there are some pretty intense stories in this. And that's actually why I felt inspired when I was compiling this book. I was like, God, I don't think I can have some of these stories, like, mine and mine in particular. Right. Like, my story of suicide and. And the things that I had to deal with to find God. And the thing that came to me, God showed me, because I see in visions that God showed me a menu at this Thai restaurant that we love. And I saw, like, my favorite dishes, and they have, like, hot red chili pepper, you know, symbols by them. And, you know, they're spicy. And God was like, just put a symbol and next to the chapters that are spicy, that are really intense. And that's why there are some chapters where there's an image of a phoenix, which I thought was really perfect, because the image of a phoenix is that. That it. It's reborn from the ashes, and. And that's where light and dark gets to coexist in this space with the divine, that we have to know the dark to know the light. And I think you just put that so well and really brought that to the present. So I really thank you. Holly, is there anyone else that would love to share who was an author before we open it up to our guests to ask questions or.
Yeah, I would.
Kyra. Yes, Jessica.
So just kind of building on what Holly said, and this came to me just to share in this setting is, I think one of the things that stuck out when I read the whole book to me was. Was a sense of, like, belonging and that I think we all kind of struggle through our lives with this. Where do we fit? How do we belong? What do I have to do to belong? Who do I have to become to belong? And one of the things I found really comforting, both in my journey leading up to writing this chapter, but then also reading the chapter, is a sense of that we all actually do belong to the divine, and that no matter what we are, how we show up, what we look like, what we do in the world, our stories belong. And then, like you said, Holly, there's, like, little pieces within everyone's stories, which is what made me cry and stay up way later than I should have reading the book, because I would read parts and feel it, because I experienced that too, or I had. I've been through something. And so suddenly what feels isolating actually becomes connecting and creates connection and a sense of belonging with the other women in the book. And I hope that as other women read the book, that that energy comes through of, like, you, too, can belong like your story too. And what you can do in terms of collaborating with the divine can allow you to also be a part. It's not like it's an elite club. It's not. And I think you know that that openness is really powerful. So that was what came to me while Holly was talking.
I love that. Thank you, Jessica. And I think that is the power of this book, right? Like, if if one of us had written this book and told all the stories that we've created and co created with the divine, a reader would be like, wow, that person's just really holy, right? It would feel very elite. But when you have multiple stories, multiple ways, multiple women sharing their stories, all of a sudden these miracles become attainable and you realize that this is available for anyone and everyone, no matter what, no matter what you've been through. And most definitely, if you've been through some pretty hard crap, guess what? Join the team. We all have walked through some pretty hard pathways, but they've always led us to the divine. And so I hope that this book brings that to life, just like you're saying, Jessica, it brings it to life for the reader, that this is possible for anyone and everyone. And when we share our miracles, it awakens miracles for others. I'd love to hear. Randa. Yes.
I just have to say it's like a theme. Everything everyone's saying, those are my thoughts.
Those are my thoughts.
And something I learned a long time ago is that we really learn about ourselves as we listen to other people tell their stories or experiences. And I would say, like, even in biblical times, or when people would pass down fables, like, those were things so people could learn. And as I was reading this book, I learned so many things. I just started making notes of all the things I was learning about myself. And, oh, my gosh, God blessed me in that way, too. And I wouldn't have thought of that on my own, but because someone else expressed their story, I was able to think of that as well and make no. And also, it really opened my eyes to this concept that is really broad, that the divine and God loves everyone, right? But in this book, you can see God and the divine really love everyone. Every single person is cared for. And again, as I read these other women's stories, you can see that his hand or their hands are in everything. And so it just wakens that up inside of you. And I just want everyone to read it so that they can remember that they're not alone, that they are cared for. And oh, my gosh, the chapter where people get to write their own story.
Ah, it was such a surprise. That was so, so, so cool.
So cool. I love that. Thank you. Thank you, Randa, for sharing. I mean, yes, yes to all of it. What I think what you really bring to light is, like, you get to see how the divine, like, how God, how our angels, how they support everyone in this, in their stories totally differently, right? Like, we're raised to think, like, this is how God speaks to. To humans. And you read 18 different accounts and you're like, whoa, actually, God speaks to everyone in their own way. Everyone gets to work with the divine through their own gifts. And that, I think, is liberating. There's not one way, there's not one right way. And I Love that you bring. Just bring that. Like, everyone is so loved. So thank you. And, and I love that when I was shown like, this book is going to be, you know, publish on the 22nd and there's gonna be 22 chapters. And no matter what I did, I could not get more than 18 authors. And that's when I was like, who's the other authors? And God was like, the reader, Kara, the reader. And so that's why that's there. It's for the reader to join the sacred circle and write their story of how they collaborate. I'm glad you like that. I would love to hear. Nicole? Yes.
I love what everyone is sharing and I just want to piggyback on all the other amazing women. The thing that came to my mind the most was hope. And what everyone has shared is the extension that God has given all of us through his grace. And so I think when women pick that or men pick up this book, the group of women that have written it all looks different, it sounds different, we are different. But that to me signifies to the people that are going to be reading it that literally we are children, we are all different. God's children are different and he does speak to us differently. But because of the grace that we have all been shown, we all share that grace and that book carries that power within it through our examples, through the words. And it's not just. I mean, there's a host of other people that could share their examples, but I just think it's a beautiful thing to come to the realization and for others to be given the hope that like everyone has said that they're not alone, that we do actually that everything we do, it's for our own growth. And it's also for other people to help them up or to help in some way. We all are an extension of each other. And so I think the book is a beautiful thing because of that grace has been extended to us and continues to be so we share that through our words. And the very first thing I thought of because of what this book meant was I was going to need to share the ugly and the dark of what it looks like to have a child with suicide ideation. But in the moments that I really thought about it and prayed about it, that's not what God wanted me to share. So I think it's been a great journey because I would never ever have thought or said that I was a writer.
But.
But I do believe that when you are working with the divine, with God, he can make things happen, that we Cannot.
Thank you for sharing that, Nicole. That's so beautiful. This love, love that. And I just, I'm so grateful. I'm so grateful for all of you being here. I'm so grateful for you writing these chapters. So grateful that this book came through. Like this is magic. This is magic where work like it brings light everywhere. Just so, so, so grateful. And I know a few of you have mentioned the centers of hope. So the reason why this book came through was that I have this vision of creating physical buildings, centers of hope for people to go to, individuals who struggle with suicide ideation. I was asking God, how do I start raising money? And that's when I was shown this book. So all the proceeds that have come from this book and continue to come will go towards all of my efforts of creating these. And I'm really honest, I have no idea how to do this. Like this is very out of my realm of knowing. And that's the place where the divine gets to work. So how is it going to happen? I don't know. But I do know the next step and the next step. And I feel like that's kind of how this book came together. We didn't know how to do this. I'd never published a collaboration book and we were able to watch God pull it together. So lots of magic, lots of beautiful work. I want to read this, this message. Look at this. Angel said this morning a reader sent me her chapter. She wrote after reading this book. Angel, just speak on that for a minute. How powerful was that?
Such an incredible message to wake up to this morning and to see and feel the, the way that a woman was inspired by reading this book, to see herself because of the invitation in the book, to see herself as worthy and capable and able to, just like many of us who never thought of ourselves as being writers or that we had a story to tell. Then the very fact that there's an invitation in this book for people to pause and look inward and write their own chapter is really a spiritual invitation for them to witness their worth and value and their relationship to deity. So it was fantastic to read and just celebrate and to think, oh my goodness, I hope every reader takes that, that commission to heart and steps into the presence of the God that is right there. Right there. That for whatever reason we, as I have done in the past, or they might have been just turning their face from God, waiting, thinking they're having to work their way, prove their way or achieve their way into the worthiness to be in the presence of God, to commune With God, to collaborate with God, to stand close to God. That's how I used to believe. Like, oh no, I can feel you're reaching out to me with your love. But wait just a minute while I perfect myself and then I'll be worthy to join you or to feel you. And that's one of the biggest lessons that I write about in my chapter is the aha moment that I had been systematically rejecting the love of God, not even knowing it. That I was trying to wait for myself to get worthy enough of God's love. So I felt that in this friend's response today when she sent me her chapter and such a cute message. You know, if you'd like, like to read it, here's my chapter.
I said if I'd like to read.
It, I would love to celebrate and look forward to the books that come. The future books.
Lights my soul up. That lights my soul up. And I, you know, I'm going to share this because this is really, I think this is the message that's here today, which is when I was dealing with he like massive healing from childhood trauma. I was in such a really dark, dark space. This was a few years ago. And I remember going in to prayer and I received this vision and God was sitting outside my front door and I was like, oh my gosh, God's here guys, God's here, like wiping my kids faces and like hurry, clean the house, clean the house and like throw in some cookies. Like this is what my whole vision is. And then finally when the whole house is ready and my children are pristine, I open the door and God comes in and God just holds me and says, I would take you with your messy kids. I would take you with your messy house. I would take you with nothing to give. And that right there is the message of this book. Like God's like come, come messy, come broken, like stop trying to get somewhere, just open the door. And so I love that you share that because that that's what our stories share. Our stories don't share that. We, you know, I never say I met God in heaven. No, I met God in hell. I met God in my hell. And that is such a powerful. That is what this book shows. And I just so honor you for sharing that. Thank you, angel. So.
Kira.
Yes.
Just adding on to that like comment about like the meeting God like you asked about like what happened with the book launch last week. And for me last week was a dark, tough week for me and I mean had nothing to do with. Well, or maybe it did with the book launch, like, that wasn't why it was a dark week, but it was a really challenging week for me. Finding my way, figuring out what was going to come next. A lot of doubt, a lot of, you know, concern about the vulnerability shared in the book.
It's.
It's different than my first book that I published.
That's a little bit safer.
And so it really took a lot of effort to come back out of that and back into the light. So, like, it isn't always. It isn't always light. Right. And there are. There is all that darkness, and it's always. It's like the only way to get through it really, is to come back to the divine and let them bring you through.
Thank you. I'm sure if we were to ask all the authors, was last week super rad for you or did you deal with a lot of shit? I would say lots of my crap came up this weekend that I'm still processing. And that's part of this, part of experience. Expansion as part of sharing brings up the sparks, the spots that you can't hide anymore. And then we get to hand it over to the divine and say, please, like, I surrender this over that it be turned into something that's like fertilizer for good. And so I just really thank you, Jessica, for sharing that. Amy, I see your hand is up. I would love to hear from you.
Sorry. Yeah, I just wanted to piggyback on that, what Jessica was saying in that a lot of darkness hit for me as well, and. And I kept trying to figure out, you know, why in this pie that. Because the first day was this high and figuring, you know, like, just wanting to be in everybody's face and then. And then this just such doubt coming in and then worried about what people are thinking about your chapter and what you wrote and do you. Do you belong? And I had that sense of, you know, when. When the others were talking about belonging, I had this sense of belonging when I, you know, reading the whole book all the way through, had this. This beautiful sense of belonging with. Not just with everybody, all of the authors, but with God and that beautiful sense of, I matter to God and I am his child. And. And then I had a beautiful experience on Tuesday when. When we had our summit last Tuesday with my angels that I wrote about in my book. And. And they just came and they just stayed with me and celebrated with me, and I really felt their presence. And it was so. It was so beautiful to just have that confirmation of. Yes, you were supposed to write about this. And you were supposed to write about your experience, and it was. But it was just a beautiful, beautiful experience.
But thank you.
Thank you for sharing, Amy. Thank you. I love that. I love that they came and celebrated with you. And that's really like the power of what we're sharing is like this. This spiritual realm that feels very far unattainable is here, right here. And every story witnesses of that. And I really am excited because Susan just showed up and I wanted to share our story of. Of how. How she became a part of this book. So, Susan, I'm going to share my side, and then I will let you share your side because it was really powerful. I've worked with Susan for the last few years. I've known her for a very long time, and she's been in my coaching programs here and there. And we published her book, what was it, two years ago now, Freedom House published one of her. Just a powerful book that she wrote. And I sent the invitation to her, and I hadn't heard from her. And so I just figured it wasn't the right time for her to be in this book. And then that night, I had a dream. And in my dream, I'm from Arizona, Susan's from Arizona. And so it was really interesting because in my dream, I was standing like I was driving my car, and I knew exactly the roads that I was driving on. It was this road called Burke street between Lindsay and Gilbert. I'm driving on Burke, or it was like Burke in Houston. And I'm driving, and all of a sudden I see Susan's car. This is all my dream. And I get out of my car. I'm like, susan, Susan, I wanted to talk to you. She said, I want to talk to you. I'm supposed to be in your book. And in my dream, I was like, okay, fantastic. I'd love to have you in this book. So I sent Susan a voice message, and then, Susan, I'm going to let you share what happened when I sent you the voice message.
Can you hear me?
Yeah.
I'm sorry that I came in late. When Kara shared this with me, I said I was driving on. What's that other road, the name of the school, anyway?
Houston and Burke.
Yeah, Houston and Burke. My daughter lives on Burke. And I was driving on Houston towards the school, which used to be called Houston. And I don't know why. Kira came really strongly to my mind. And I made up my mind right then that, yeah, I was going to call her and I was going to participate. I wasn't sure I'd been struggling about it. Should I spend the money? Should I? And it's always, you know what? The money will come. When you work with Kira, it always happens. And Kira and I have shared a lot of. With another group and where's my darling Randa anyway? We did some work years ago with her parents. That there were so many things that. And in our listening of others, we get ourselves. That has stuck with me forever. And even though I don't know very many of you in the book, when I read your words, I know that I'm included in your community. I know that you're that way with other people. But I also know that if I came on here today and said, guess what happened? They won't come, the angels won't come, or whatever, I said that there would be this community of women available. And again, it's been really miraculous. And I'm really, really proud of the work that everybody did in their own individual ways. And I believe absolutely God loves us with all of our messiness and our. All of those things. And we're all beautiful to him and even when we're being ugly.
Right?
So I'm just. I'm so excited and thank you for sharing that because it was really. I don't know, it was one more moment of. And we had a moment, what, a month ago? No, January 5th. We had a moment too. That was like another. Like we showed up in each other's physical space.
So, yeah, it's. It's pretty remarkable to watch how in my vision, you were not my vision. In my dream, at night, you were on those roads. And when you received my message and you knew you were supposed to be in the book, you were on those roads. And it's like we can't even make that up. Like we literally couldn't make this up. And that's really the power of when we co create with God magic. Like that happens. I mean, just even this event that you and I were at a month ago, 10,000 people were there. And I had been praying. I had been praying. This is totally off topic, but I feel like I'll share this. I've been praying for. I just really needed a hug from a mother. I had been dealing with all this really hard stuff with my teenagers. I don't live near my mother. I don't know very many people in Idaho. Like, I just need a mother's hug. And then I show up to this event with 10,000 people and how is it that I run straight into you and you sit next to Me. And you took your arms and you held me in your arms. And God said, I gave you your mother's hug. And in that moment it was like, right? Like anything's possible. We just have to ask and trust and it comes through in these beautiful moments. So I'm just so happy you're here, Susan. I'm grateful for you in this book. There's magic here. So thank you. Thank you, Susan.
You're welcome.
I think we've heard from every author. Did we miss any authors by chance that I didn't see? Okay, fabulous. So what I would love to do is now that the book's been out and maybe those who are here have read the book, maybe you haven't. But if you have any questions, if you have any stories you want to share, like join this circle, share your stories of working with the divine, I would love to just bring you in. And if you want to unmute, I know it's kind of scary to share, but if you want to, I'd love to hear whatever is present for you guys. Anyone? Oh, Lauren, I'm so happy you're here. How are you?
I am great.
I am jet lagged as hell and I missed last week, so I was so excited you were doing this again. First of all, I want to say hi to Holly because Holly and I connected through you not too long ago. And that was way cool.
And I saw her and I was.
Like, wait, I know her.
I'm.
I just. I read the first six chapters while I was on vacation and I was promising myself I wasn't going to do anything work related and I just couldn't not read it. And it's already been life changing. It's been. And I've been doing spiritual work for years at this point, but it's been clarifying for me. But it's also, it's a community that does this whole thing about everybody belongs. And I've always loved being in communities when I needed help or support or cheering on. My first experience with that was when I was in college. And I'm going to get teary now because this is super important to me. I didn't even know what was going on. But my dad's an alcoholic, he is hitting rock bottom. My parents have separated. I'm depressed. I get a little slip of paper in my college mailbox that says one of the deans is starting a group for children of alcoholics. I literally was like, I have to act on this. I didn't even know it was a message from the divine. But it so clearly was because I made my way up to his office right then. He was totally welcoming. I met this entire community who was going through the same thing I was. I thought I was alone. I wasn't. And it enabled me to then 12th step, my dad. And he was dry for 20 years. When he had, when he died, I made great friends. I have been an advocate for a lot of people who have parents who are alcoholics. And it was all because of this little slip of paper that arrived at the perfect moment. So if I had been in your book, that would have been probably what I wrote about. I didn't know it was divine timing at the time, but it was absolutely. I was ready. It arrived and perfect unfolding. So thank you all for writing. I can't wait to read the rest of the book. I'm going to be recommending it to my mailing list because I think so many people can, like you all have said, can really benefit from knowing we're all loved. We all have access to the divine at all times and there's some wonderful ways to do that, you know, to help people see how it can happen. So thank you.
Wow, Lauren, thank you for sharing. Thank you, thank you, thank you. That just brings so much richness here and what a beautiful story of how the divine worked for you. Just so simple and yet life changing for you, for your dad, for so many people. Wow. Just really honor you and I'm so happy you're loving the book. I mean, as authors, does that just light your soul up?
It does, it really does. And I will have to say that the chapters I've read so far are beautifully written and I'm a very picky reader. So way to go ladies.
Yay. Oh, I'm so, so celebrating. Thank you, Lauren. And I'm so excited. Audrey's put in the chat that she would love to share. I would love to hear. Audrey, I miss you in my life. How are you?
I'm sorry I don't have an image here because of the computer I'm using. I want to thank everyone. I haven't read the book yet and I can't wait to do so. And just being here together with all of you and know it's like palpable. How the divine isn't just in our lives, it is our lives. And it came to me while I was listening to everyone in invitation. What if we fully recognize that the divine isn't something we relate to, but it is actually what we are.
And.
The amount of power that would have because all of the doubt and the pain and.
And.
Things that we are from feeling separate would disappear and we would have all that power too, to really shine. That's what I thought when I listened to everyone.
I love that, Audrey. I love that. I'm so grateful you shared that because that really is. That's the awakening, right? Is when we realize the divine isn't out here. We have to go and grab like the divine is here within and we have so much access to that power. So, Audrey, just thank you. Thank you for sharing. That is so beautiful. I just love to open it up. If there's anyone else may have a question or a thought, you're welcome to share. To complete today. Trying to feel into what's the way I think I would love. Okay, okay, here it is. That takes a second. All right, so I want everyone to close your eyes. Everyone who's on this call, everyone who's watching the replay, just close your eyes. And I want you to think of one thing in your life that maybe you don't have the answer to. Maybe you are struggling with. Maybe it's decision that needs to be made or it's confusion or it's like healing or whatever it is. There's something in your world right now that you could probably use an answer to, right? And sometimes, I don't know if this happens to you guys. Sometimes my hardest decisions, God leaves like, I can't hear, I can't feel, I can't receive. And. And this is the place where we get to really lean into trust. So there's a. There's a sentence that I love so deeply in the song by ocean, not oceans. Hillsong United sings a song called Oceans and it's spirit lead me to deeper waters where I cannot stand. And that is the place where we get to feel the divine. It's not when we are like, yeah, I got this. I am standing up here and everything is going well. It's when we get led to the deeper waters and we don't really know how we're going to keep our heads up. That's when we get to meet God. That's when we get to meet the divine. So I want to just have you land into that, split in that space and feel into you, writing your own story of co creating with the divine on this subject, whatever it is, and really like taking it from your heart and placing it on a spiritual altar in front of you of true surrender. Like, I am in deep waters of this subject. God guide me then to the next step and just really take A minute to feel into that. And it's not actually like, God, show me the solution, God, show me the answer. It's like God, show me the next step. So I'm going to give you a minute to really feel into that space. I'm going to play some sound bowl while you do that and then I'm going to invite you to write down whatever shows up for you.
Sam.
Sa. All right, Coming back into the space, whether you received an answer or not, I want to just create, create this possibility with you that you can put things on an altar, spiritual in front of you. You don't have to have physical altar, just place it in a way where of true surrender and asking the divine to co create the next step to co create what needs to happen next. And when we play in this area, and I say play because this isn't like forced energy, this is like experiment energy. This is a place we get to experiment with God and allow for miracles to open up. This is the place that we don't know, that we don't know. It's literally a place of miracles, that this is how we get to create a life that is always in co creation with the divine. So my heart is just so filled with gratitude to everyone who said yes to writing this book, who jumps on my crazy visions that come and I'm like, great, you have three weeks to write your chapter and you all did. And that this book gets to be here. And I just invite everyone who's watching replay who's here live. If you haven't gotten it, go get it. I just ordered 20 that I can just start giving to people because there are so many people who keep coming to my mind where I know that this can be that piece, that one piece that can literally be the catalyst for good in their lives to bring more peace, to bring the belief that miracles are real and that we are not alone through the path that we walk. So, so much love. I'm going to open it up. If there's anyone else who has one last thing to share, I'll invite you to. Otherwise we'll. We'll close this with a little visual. Is there anything else? Just burning on anyone's heart?
Yeah. Okay. So right away for me, God does get quiet when it's like really big stuff and if you haven't read my chapter, you'll see what I'm talking about. But he was really loud right away for this one and I actually got, if you can see it, like a little visual. So there's. I was the Question was, why?
Why?
And he's talking about that ocean. So I see an ocean, and I'm, like, treading water, and that's hard. But then God kind of comes from underneath me in a wave and lifts me up, and I kind of place my question on this altar, which is the top of this mountain, and it just turns into this glowing red heart, and it's like, nighttime, and I feel comfort, and I'm just like, I don't need to know. And he's. And I'm going to get the answers anyway. I just. That was the visual that came through. It's kind of silly, but there's a heart up there. It's nighttime and stars, and the vast world is before us. And, you know, hand it over to God and co. Create, collaborate.
There you go. I love that, Holly. I love your visions. Holly receives so quickly in visions. It's been such a joy to coach with Holly. I love watching immediately. She just receives a vision of what. What is there. And I just really honor you, Holly. And listening, right? Yeah. Because it's easy to push away, like, oh, I made that up. Oh, my brain just. I have this amazing imagination. That's how most gifted people, we, like, put that in that category. But I believe that if we just trust, like, no, I just saw a vision, and I can call it a vision, and I can really believe that God gave me this vision. Now it becomes a tool in our life. And I really honor you for. For honoring your gifts.
Thank you.
Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes. I want to. I like to end with a visual. I never know what it's going to be. I'm not going to lie. I always get nervous when I say this. I'm like, do. Is something going to show up? Do you guys ever feel that? What if nothing shows up this time? So I just know. I'm just acknowledging, like, that's really where it is for me is like, I never know what. What God's going to pour down and if God will. But I just play in the realm of trust. Like, so much freaking trust in my life. I have so much trust with the divine because that's the place where I find safe. That is my safety. So I'm going to really, like, invite you guys to just kind of breathe into your bodies and we'll see what shows up as we complete this beautiful call. And I'm feeling like there's definitely going to be more of these. So just know that. That this is beautiful, and we'll be doing more of these in the future. So Take a deep breath in. Okay, okay, okay. So here's what I'm seeing, is that I want you to visualize yourself next to a volcano. And you can feel the eruption happening and it feels like it's actually going to destroy everything. And you can feel like the ashes landing on your skin and it feels very hopeless. Like the avalanche. Not the avalanche. The lava is coming. The lava is coming. But then you look up and instead of ash, it's golden flakes of light. And I want you to see that when you open and look up, everything shifts. What once felt hard, what once felt like this is the end, this is so heavy. Lava is coming to destroy that. When you looked up, you saw that it was not ash, but instead it was golden silver specks of light coming to heal, to cleanse, to activate your gifts, to bring you in to this divine collaboration that is always available for you. So just take a nice deep breath in, letting that land in your body, your mind, a remembrance that when we look up, everything can shift and change. With that, ladies, and just sending you so much love. So happy you showed up today. I'm so grateful we wrote this book. Thank you everyone who came as participants. You all added so much goodness and deep love and energy to this group. So thank you for joining our sacred circle. And with that, I hope you have the most magical Tuesday. And I'll see you guys on our next pop up live summit. See you guys. Yay. That was so beautiful. Let me hit stop record real fast. Oh, I have to claim the host real quick. Hold on now. We can do that.
