Hey, my friends, it's Monday. And not just any Monday. Today is International Women's Day, which is my favorite thing ever. Over here at Freedom House, we only publish women's books because I'm so dedicated to liberating women's voices through published books. And today, my friends, not only are we celebrating this, that we get to introduce you to one of our newest authors over at Freedom House, Susan K. Manning. She is one of the newest authors to be published. She wrote this amazing journal poetry book, so she calls it that because she says these poems are like a journal into her life. And they're so powerful, they're so amazing. This book is called An Angel Stood Before Me. I mean, if you just look at this cover, it is so beautiful. Isn't that so beautiful? And this book is just dear to my heart. I believe every single person will find a poem that they find themselves in. They'll find themselves in one of these poems. And when you find yourself there, there's something magical that happens when you realize that you're not alone. This is one of the most liberating feelings to get that you're not alone in how you feel or what you're going through. And something that I love that Susan brings forward in this book is really awakening to the angels around you. Those who are in your life, those you see walking down the street, those who've been placed at a certain place at a certain time to impact your life for the better.
