Morning Practice I Heal Rejection I God is My Business Plan

Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Are you ready? Let's wake up your cells. Let's wake up your body. Let's wake up your heart. Let's see what our practice is today. So I want to take a nice deep breath in. Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle your body. Let's move around the heart. Let's get the ribs going. There's something really powerful about moving the space around the physical heart, Right? So we're just going to move the ribs. Get some energy, some motion moving through the space in your body. Drop your shoulders up and down, up and down. Ah. I think we're going to do a little bit of a. Let's do the gong. That feels right. I want you to take a nice breath in. We're going to allow the sound of the gong to move through your body and to wake up your light. Here we go. Breathe in again. Final one. There we go. Nothing like shaking up your morning with a little bit of sacred sound. Let's start with calling in our spiritual team. We're gonna call in our ang angels and our guides, those who are here to support us, those who love us, those who hold this space for us to grow, to heal, to be the leaders that we are, to be the change makers that we are. We're going to call them all in and into the divine light to come and sit with us, to hold space with us. So when I dropped in this morning and asked, what is it that you need? I heard that I needed to just take you through a visual, which means I have no idea where we're going to go, which is always just like really magical and also humbling. I hope we go somewhere. I'm just kidding. We've seen time and time and time where we're always guided, but we want to clear the body and open up to receive so. So that we can hear exactly what we need to hear. I can hear and you can hear. So we're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear, hear God, hear our angels, hear our higher self. We're going to ask that light will touch our third eyes, will have access to all of our spiritual gifts, our gifts of seeing, visions of hearing, knowing, feeling. All of our spiritual gifts will be brought all the way up to the surface and in through the divine light. We're going to ask that light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Feel that? Like that. There's power in that. Speak only what needs to be spoken. That the words that we Speak will actually move mountains, change the face of the earth, and create miracles. Ah. We're gonna pour this beautiful warm light over our heart chakra. Softening, softening, softening. So we're going to pour this love through your body. So there's just this really beautiful golden. Like it's a white pitcher filled with golden love. And we're just going to pour it through your body and imagine that you have holes throughout your body. And this love that's being poured in is filling up all the holes. Holes. It's filling up all the holes. So we're just going to fill up all the holes first. Okay. We get holes from just pain, right? The human experience. So much pain that shows up. Maybe rejection creates a lot of holes. Not feeling wanted, not feeling loved. Rejection seems loud. It feels like that's what we're going to be doing today. We're going to be doing some work around rejection. This is a big piece in our life. Especially if you're an entrepreneur, especially if you are a business owner, rejection is kind of part of the path, right? Like, you're going to do sales calls and you're going to sell product and. And like, it's just kind of. It's just par for the course. That does not mean that it's easy. That doesn't even mean that you ever get used to it. So we're going to work through rejection today and the holes that it leaves in our bodies and when we have holes in our bodies that it almost calls forth more rejection. So if we can fill the holes up with love, then we aren't so vulnerable. And vulnerable in not a good way. Right? Like, there's like, the vulnerable that's, like, really delicious and wonderful and opens our heart and brings things in. When the vulnerable I'm talking about is, like, breakable. We want to fill in all the holes so that you're strong and sturdy, so that when the winds come, you don't fall. Right? So let's go and through this visual, let's see what vision shows up today for rejection. So I want you to take a nice breath in from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet. Goodness. All right, so rejection, the pain lives in the heart. So we're going to go into the heart. We're going to move in through the heart space. And what I'm hearing is that rejection creates barren land. Nothing can grow in the land of rejection. Nothing grows in the land of rejection. So when we live in the land of rejection and we Want growth and we want success, and we want abundance, and we want all the beautiful things. None of them can grow because rejection creates barren land. Land that is dry, land that does not receive water, land that cannot grow anything. So really acknowledging that rejection is holding you back from all that you want, allowing rejection to come in and stall you, stop you, halt your momentum. All right, so we're gonna go into that heart chakra right now. I want you to imagine. There's a pathway that's just lined with black river rocks. So we're going to walk that pathway. I'm not sure where it's going to take us, but we're just going to keep walking, walking the pathway of the dark river rocks. And it's. It's going downhill. So we're kind of taking slower steps because otherwise it feels like we're going to slip. It's like if we walk really fast, we're just the river rocks. We're just going to slip. So it's just really careful steps. Careful steps. Careful steps. Ah, interesting, interesting. So what I'm hearing is that when you've been rejected, it makes you careful afterwards. So the boldness that is your magic, the boldness that calls forth abundance, doesn't matter exist because you're super careful. And when you're careful, you go slow. And when you go slow, you lose momentum. So rejection is actually stopping your momentum. Oh, my goodness. Yes. Rejection is stopping your momentum. So how do we clear it out? Well, imagine that right above where you've been walking on these river rocks is a dam. And above the dam is this beautiful, beautiful raging river. And the river is a cleansing agent. And we're going to open the dam. And as soon as we open the dam, the river starts to flow down this pathway of river rocks, and it picks you up. And at first, it might feel like you get tossed around a little bit, but the tossing is the cleaning. We're going to allow this beautiful, divine water to clean out the rejection. Clean out the rejection that's been stuck in your heart. Whoever's rejected you throughout your whole entire life, from the beginning until now, anybody, everybody who has ever rejected you, we are cleaning it out of your system right here, right now. Cleaning it out. Cleaning it out. Cleaning it out. Do three deep fire breaths. Clean it out of your body, has no space in you anymore. I want you to feel yourself begin to rise up to the top of the river. And before you know it, you're just floating. You're floating on the top of this river, moving in the momentum of this divine light, allowing yourself to feel ease and peace. The sun is just shining on you all the time. The leaves are giving you shade when you need. Ah, there's so much peace here. There's so much rest here. There's so much love here. And I want you to say out loud three times, I am wanted. I am wanted. I am wanted. I am received. I am received. I am received. I am loved. I am loved. I am loved. Ah, there we go. Oh, my goodness. What a powerful, powerful visual. I want you to imagine from the crown of your head all the way down to the toes of your feet that this desire for you that you are desired, that you are loved, and that you are wanted, it just comes from the divine. You are so wanted, exactly as you are. I want you to feel that. Wrap you from the crown throughout every cell, throughout every muscle, throughout every DNA code, throughout every piece of your body. Ah, that you are wanted. That you are loved, you are desired, that you are received. Ah, wrapping you, wrapping you, wrapping you, putting you into this beautiful space of want, desire, love. Today is a day of yeses. Today is a day of love. Today you are wanted. I will see you, my dear friend, tonight.
