Keira Brinton guides a morning practice to release self-doubt through breathwork and visualization. She uses the jack-and-the-beanstalk bean as a metaphor for planting yourself in faith so your potential can grow, then closes with a blessing for miracles and open pathways.

Good morning, my friend. I hope you are here in your PJs with me that you are ready to begin your day with a beautiful morning practice. The purpose of these practices are to drop you into your body, help you work with your angels, listen to God, create some miracles and make a difference in the world. Are you ready? Let's start. So I want you to sit up nice and tall today. I want shoulders down, crown as tall as you can. Close your eyes. I want you to imagine this beautiful light right above the crown of your head. You're going to breathe that light in and you're gonna breathe it all the way down your body, cleaning out any leftover tired, any overwhelm that you woke up with. Let it go out through the soles of your feet. You're gonna breathe that light in again and you're gonna push those shoulders down while pulling up through the crown, extending and elongating your spine. There we go. We're getting into the body. We're preparing. We're preparing to receive. So the body is our vehicle to receiving from the divine. So we prepare our bodies to receive. Now I want you to imagine that there is a star chakra or the divine. We're going to reach up and we're going to tether into divine energy through the crown and we're going to tether into the center of the earth, the earth chakra. We're going to do this by really creating a stability within the body. So I want you to close your eyes, I want you to feel this golden light in the center of your being. We're going to breathe in, it's going to go up and out through the crown of your head and it's going to go all the way up into the stars. And we're going to tether it to this brilliant divine light. Feeling yourself pulled up into this divine light, now you're going to breathe in again. See, that golden light in the center of your being is going to move down the body, out through the soles of the feet. It's going to tether into the center of the earth, the earth chakra. I want you to just notice that if you sway back and forth that you've got a tether above and a tether below, creating stability and support within you. Take a nice breath in. So let's call in all of our angels and our guides, invite them in and through the divine light to come and hold space with us, to guide us through this session, that we'll see exactly what needs to come through right here. Right now, in this beautiful morning, practice. And then we're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can hear. The light will touch our third eye so we'll have access to our all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Take a nice breath in. There we go. So in this beautiful space, I'm going to open my palms and I'm going to ask here, what is the work that we do this morning? This is something I do every day. I ask to receive. Okay, so I want you to imagine, if you can, a beautiful bean from Jack and the Beanstalk. Do you remember that story when we're little, this little tiny bean that was magical, that when you planted it into the earth, it then grew this huge beanstalk. Right? So I want. There's a message around this, this morning. I'm hearing it. Are you ready? Okay, so the message is this, that at times you may feel as small as that being. You may feel as though you do not have any worth. You may be your biggest critic, you may challenge your gifts, you may doubt your purpose, you may struggle liking yourself. And at times you may feel as though you are just a tiny bean. But the message this morning is that you are the bean that when planted, grows into this beautiful beanstalk. You are more than what you think. And all that is needed is to plant you. So how do we plant ourselves? We plant ourselves into faith and hope. That is the ground in which we plant ourselves. If we can allow ourselves to be completely immersed in and faith and hope, then the tiny seed that we may feel that we are gets to expand and grow into the potential of who we are here to become. So we're gonna do that. This beautiful morning. I want you to close your eyes with me and I want you to feel all this noise drop. If you've been dealing with self doubt, if you've been feeling unworthy, if you've been feeling like you are judging, you're criticizing yourself. I want you to see all of those as the barriers to the seed. It's like the outside shell of the seed, but inside of you is this brilliant, magnificent beanstalk, this brilliant light that is ready to grow and we just need to crack it. So with your eyes closed, take a nice breath in and imagine all the self doubt and all the criticism and all the judgment literally cracking off your. And then we're going to ask that you receive, right here, right now, you receive a vision of your future self. That you receive a vision of who you are here to become. And I believe that you will receive. Because the only reason why we don't receive is because we don't ask. So right here, right now, I want you to go into your heart and you're going to ask. You're going to put the question up to God and you're going to ask to be shown a vision of who you are here to become. Take a nice breath in and I'm going to be quiet. If you can't see and you can't feel, then we're going to ask that you will be shown this in the next few days. Whether it be in your sleep, whether it be right when you wake up in the morning, or whether it be when you're driving down the road. But that a vision of who you are here to become will be given to you. Now if you did see some visions, if you did hear a response, then I want you to just place it into your heart. Like this beautiful treasure that you place in your heart. And I want you to place your hands on your heart. We're going to plant these visions, whether seen or not seen, into your heart. And we're going to plant them with faith. Faith that they will become so. Faith that they have been given to you for a purpose and a reason. And hope. Hope that everything will unfold exactly as God has designed it to be. You're gonna take a nice breath in and you're gonna breathe out. You're gonna expand this light throughout your body, expanding faith and hope to move through the cells of your being, allowing it to plant the seed seed of who you are here to become. Clearing out all the self doubt and all the criticism and all the judgment that has found its way into your mind. We are clearing it out. It has no space inside of you now when you witness who you are here to become, it clears out the doubt. It has no room to participate with you. Faith and hope clear out all self criticism. Faith and hope clear out the judgments. What they wake up is your most beautiful divine light. So with palms up on your knees, shoulder back, I want you to imagine this light extending past the borders of your body. And this light that starts in this center of your being, extending past the borders of who you are. I want you to notice and feel the difference within you now. Notice and feel the difference from how you felt nine minutes ago. And notice the surety that now lives within you. It is only when we remember who we are, it is only when we ask for visions of who we are to become that the strength inside of us grows stronger. That our faith begins to be the water in which we swim. And we emerge as the humans we came here to be. We're gonna take one deep breath in. All right, my friend. May your day be filled with miracles. That pathways will be open for you. That all the obstacles in front of you will be cleared. And that when you speak, the words that you speak may create the miracles that you seek. And I will see you tonight.
