Morning Prayer I Be Held I God is My Business Plan

A short guided morning meditation by Keira Brinton that leads listeners through a visualization to feel held, nurtured, and healed by a loving Divine Mother figure. The speaker invites angels/guides, asks listeners to breathe and imagine a soft room with a deep white chair, to wrap in a golden blanket and be rocked in the Mother’s arms, and to hand over grief and burdens. The practice is presented as a tool to use when grieving, feeling lost, or carrying heavy emotions.

All right, welcome. Welcome to our morning video. Today, today. This is our morning video. Got a little one in my arms and it feels like today we get to feel rocked. All right, we get to feel rocked today. How many times do we wish that we could be in someone's arms and be rocked? And today that's what the message is. As I was sitting here rock with my little one and I knew that this video needs to be made and it was like that's what gets to happen is we get to feel rocked today. So I want you all take a nice deep breath in. Breathe out. Breathe in, breathe out. Now. Yeah, this isn't a two year old. This is my seven year old. And there's something beautiful about being able to be no matter what age you are, feel rocked, feel held, feel nurtured. This is a place that we get to come into when there's grief, when there's hardship, when there's struggle. The one way to move through those is to feel nurtured, to feel held and loved. So we're going to go into a visual today. I want to call in all of our angels, our guides, our leaders, our teachers, our. Our helpers, our healers, those who love us, especially the divine Mother. She's so this is her role for us, is to really nurture us. We're going to invite her to come and sit with us, to hold this space with us. And I want to take you into a visual. So I want you to close your eyes and drop in, into your body. I want to take you to this vision, the vision of this really soft room. When I say soft, the energy is soft. So the energy is soft, the lighting is soft. And there is this beautiful, beautiful, beautiful white chair. And it's so big, it's round and it's deep and it's the softest chair that you could ever imagine. And on this chair is your divine Mother. And she invites you to come and sit next to her. And she has the most beautiful, soft golden blanket. She asks you to wrap yourself in this blanket and then she's going to invite you to sit in her arms just like this. And she's going to just hold you into her heart and she's just gonna rock you and she's just gonna remind you that you are not, that you are loved, that you are nurtured, that you are held, that she loves you, that she is here with you. Ah. And that she is here to nurture you. We just take a nice deep breath in. Letting yourself feel rocked, letting yourself feel held. Letting yourself feel seen and heard. And any grief that you have in your body, we're going to allow it to just leave your body. As her love comes in and heals the grief. As her love comes in and wraps you in the softest love. And anything that's really hard in your life right now, I want you to just hand it over to her. Just ask her if she can hold it for you. Ask her if she can take it from you. Ask her if she will loosen your ties of carrying the burdens. I want you to feel her just take her her hand on your face and kiss your forehead. And just let her hold you and rock you. And know that even if things are hard, and even if you're scared that you are held, just take one more breath in and out. We're gonna wrap you in so much love today. I want you to take one more breath in, wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes, and come back right here, right now, and open your eyes. And I want to share with you that this practice is a practice to go into when you feel lost, when you feel full of grief, when you feel unsure of who you are, of where the ceiling or the floor is, when it feels like things are breaking. They can come in to a mother's arms and be held. So you can come into a mother's arms and be loved. No matter what age you are, no matter who you are, the Divine Mother has a space for you in her arms and in her heart. And it is the most healing space you can be. So today, may it be a day of love, of being loved, of being nurtured, of being nourished, and of letting go of the burdens that you're carrying. So beautiful. All right, my dear friend, I will see you tonight.
