Good morning, my friend. Welcome. Morning. I'm so tired still. Are you so tired? That's fine. We're gonna shake things up. We're gonna move things around. Let's wake up our bodies. Yes, let's do that. Let's get your hands together, breathing in and breathing out, letting it move all the way down through the soles of your feet. Breathing in. Ah. Okay. Looks like we're gonna do some throat work this morning. Throat work feels like a lot of work for the morning. But you know what? It's not my choice. I just get to be a vessel here. So let's breathe in and breathe out. There we go. There. We. Hope you're humming along with me because you're waking up the throat chakra. So the throat chakra, this is the place of. When we're not speaking our truth, when we're not being seen, we. When we're afraid to be seen, we're afraid about what other people think about us. It's like a real rickety place, but I like the snapping. It's coming out. Here we go. But when this place is activated and thriving, cleaned and cleared and activated, it's the place where you speak boldly. You speak your truth. You allow yourself to be seen. Exactly who you are in all the ways. It's so magical. So let's clear that up tonight. Let's call on our angels and our guides and those who are here to support you with your purpose, your mission, your work. We're gonna invite them all in, in and through the divine light to come and hold space with us, grounding us all the way into our soles of our feet. Let's ground us into our sit bones. Ooh, I like this little rock method. Let's do this. Oh. Oh, we're getting a little salsa in here. All right. Moving the body. Moving the body. All right, so we're going to place this beautiful, beautiful shield of light around you to protect you. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears. We can hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes, will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Open that up. Yes. Feel safe. So damn good. All right. Throat chakra. Where in your business are you not speaking truth? Where in your work are you not being seen exactly as you are? Where can you expand further? How can we break the borders and the lines that keep you tight? Let's move, let's ebb, let's breathe let's expand. I want you to be your most brilliant self in all capacities, everywhere. There is nowhere in your life that you are to play small. If there is a place where you're playing small, time to shift that. Because you are here for massive work, and that means you are this everywhere. When someone knows you, they know you. When someone hears you, they hear you. No more filters. That's interesting, that word comes out, but really, what like we have live in a world where everyone puts filters on their phones. Ah. But there's also these filters that we place over our heart, over our minds. We're afraid to be seen and be heard and no more. Because it is a cost to humanity. Your gifts, your purpose, your light. You are here to do marvelous things. And when you don't show up in all your brilliance, it is a cost to humanity. It is a tragedy. No more hiding. And we're playing small. That shit is done. Okay, let's clear this out. So I want you to imagine this beautiful light right outside the throat chakra. It's gonna magnetize all this gunk. Ah. Oh, my gosh. Whoa. There's some grief coming up for me. Oh, dear. Oh, I love that. You know, I'm just right here with you. I'm not leading you. I'm just doing this. And you happen to be doing it with me. So we're going to ask this divine light to pull out all the things that are not light and truth, that are keeping your voice quiet, that are keeping you hidden, small, and. Clamped. We're going to ask the divine to gather all this in from your throat chakra, place it in a sphere of light, take it to wherever it needs to go. We're going to clean it, cleanse it, clear it all the way out of your system. It has no place inside of you. The vibrations of your gifts expand so far that these lower vibrations cannot exist within your presence. They cannot exist within your brilliance. Ah. Loud exhale. Let's go. Ah. Here we go. Open your palms. Listen. You're going to ask God to show you a vision of yourself. The vision and the version that is you, that is so brilliant and magical and wise and deep and round and all the things sacred, holy, powerful. And we're going to ask the divine light to actually come and pour through the throat chakra to expand it into the vision that you were just shown. That that vision becomes so ins of your body here and now, that this vision becomes opened for you. And every. Every step you take that this vision becomes reality. With every word you speak. In this moment, right here, right now, all is yours as you show up in the level and intensity and expression that the Divine has shown you to be. So take a nice breath in. Ah, what a beautiful morning. Practice today is going to be freaking magic, my friend. You are safe to speak your truth. You are safe to be seen as the wild, brilliant, beautiful, wonderful, extraordinary human that you are. And remember that this is actually what creates your protection. You being all of you is your protection. Hiding all of you is where you actually aren't safe. But being all of you is like this armor of light that comes around you that you are unshakable. You are unbreakable. And the law of non resistance becomes so for you. Ooh, I loved this. Practice was not hard at all. It was magical and easy, right? All right, go forward. Go move some mountains.
