Morning Prayer I Be the Mirror I God is My Business Plan

A short guided morning prayer/meditation led by Keira Brinton focused on centering through breath and sound, invoking angels/guides, and cultivating self-compassion. The session emphasizes that how you treat yourself becomes the mirror for how others treat you, includes practices for releasing shame and grounding, and a visualization of a golden-love waterfall to ask the body what it needs. It closes with placing requests on an altar and a blessing for the day.

Good morning, my friend. How are you? So grateful to be here with you.
I've got my heat pack, my heat blanket. I am cozy this morning.
Let's start out with some beautiful sound. I want you to take a nice breath in.
You're gonna breathe out. Gonna breathe in.
And out.
Let's let that sound wake us up. It feels like we need a little bit rounder sound right now. Okay, so let's round this out. Here we go. There we go. Now we're talking.
Beautiful. Beautiful. Almost dropped that ball.
Let's not drop that ball. All right, let's start. Today, our hands above our head, palms together in prayer. Pushing your palms together. It's not going to feel very good. It's going to feel really tense in the shoulders. Great. That's awesome. I want you to take your chin up and breathe out and take your chin down. Let's do it again. And now opening up the arms. Opening up the arms.
Ah.
Feels so damn good. Oh, there we go. That automatically brought us into our bodies. Can you feel that? Like, the pressure and the sting. A little bit of coughing. Maybe it's waking up your lungs. Ah. In our bodies. Now let's call in your angels and your guides and those who are here to support you specifically with your work, your purpose, your mission. We're going to call them all in and into the divine light to come.
And sit with us, to hold space with us.
And we're going to ask for really clear guidance on what this session needs to be. Oh, I hear it. It's coming in.
Whew.
All right, here we go.
Let's just.
Let's just bless our bodies. So let's ask. That light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear, hear God, hear our angels, hear our divine self. That light will touch our third eye chakra so that we can have access.
To all of our spiritual gifts of.
Seeing, hearing, feeling, knowing, cleaning our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Okay, this is a good one today. This is a good one. All right, so I want you to close your eyes, get into your heart, and just listen. Do you ever wonder. Do you ever have the words come to you or the thoughts come to you? Like, oh, I wish someone would treat me better. I wish I would have a better relationship. I wish that I would be treated with more love. Like anything in that area.
Right?
So if that ever has landed in your area of thoughts or feelings or words or experiences, we're just going to wrap that in light. Ooh. Okay, so there's a Lot of energy. I always yawn. So if you yawn, it's not really because you're tired, it's you expressing the energy at your body. So woo. This has a lot of energy. So you're going to wrap that all those thoughts and all those experiences and everything in light and we're going to just put them on the altar. And like God, I need you just take that. That was a heavy burden to carry. And then we're gonna close our eyes and get into our heart.
And then I wanna bring you into this place of truth that how you treat yourself is the mirror that others will then treat you.
So I want you to go and just go back through your days and notice. Have you been treating yourself with love.
Compassion, with grace, with tender, with mercy, with ease?
Or have you been running yourself ragged like a prisoner? Have you been pushing yourself way past your abilities, your limits, your time? Have you been ignoring the signs of your body, ignoring the signs of your mind, ignoring the signs of your heart? Have you been pushing yourself way past.
Your body's requests? And if you have, this is where we get to say, oh dear body, I'm so sorry. I love you, I'm grateful for you and I will listen to you. You're just gonna breathe in and you're gonna breathe out and you're just gonna really honor yourself with compassion.
And then we're gonna let go of any shame or any anger or any resentment towards ourselves or over pushing, overdoing. Always living in burnout. Always living in fear and lack and stress and worry.
Just a lot of compassion and letting.
That all leave your body out through.
The soles of your feet. Letting the bitterness leave the resentment, leave.
The lack, the fear, the worry, the upset, the burnout, the overworking, the over pushing, the ignoring the neglect, letting it.
All leave the body. Now I want you to imagine this waterfall of golden love that's going to come into the crown of your head and it's going to move down your body, moving through every single cell. Loving your body. Loving your body. Hello body. Hello body. Hello. Now that your body is filled with this golden love, You're going to ask your body what it needs right now. You're to going going to ask your heart what it needs right now. What do you need? Oh what do you need? What do you hear? What do you hear? It's needing something. My body's asking for me to have some hot tea and a book in my swinging chair. It's like stop Kira, stop. Can you be? It feels so loving to me. But feels loving to you. Now, what you should be doing, what you have to be doing, what you have to be grinding on? Like, what is your body asking of you? What's going to make you feel loved? How do you treat you in such a way that it becomes the mirror of how everyone else treats you? Can you treat yourself so tenderly, so lovingly, so passionately, so kindly, so intently, where neglect is nowhere to be found, where burnout is nowhere to be found, but instead a deeply nourished and loved self. When you master this, everybody will mirror impact to you. That's beautiful. All right, so we're just going to.
Place this thing on the altar that.
Your body has requested. We're going to wrap it in light. We're going to ask your angels to open up space and time so that these. This can come to pass, that this can happen.
And then I want you to just let your body know that you are.
Here for her or him. You are here for you. And that you will show up better in connection with yourself, in honoring yourself and loving yourself. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Feels so good. There we go. Notice your body, how different it feels because it feels seen and heard and witnessed by you. This is a beautiful, beautiful practice today.
May your day be filled with so.
Much love, and I will see you tonight.
