Keira Brinton leads a guided meditation on releasing bitterness, which she describes as holding wounds in your back heart and repelling miracles. She uses a forgiveness chair visualization and wraps offenders in light, then closes with affirmations like "I forgive, I release, I return to love."

Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Ah, welcome. Welcome to this beautiful space. I'm celebrating you for creating this space in time in your life right here, right now. Just place your hands on your heart, just thanking yourself. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. There's something really important about saying your name. I don't know why, but it's very important. So I want you to say thank you and then say your name. So for me, it would say, thank you, Kira, for making the space and time to come here. You're going to say thank you, say your name, for making the sp. The space and time to come here. You're just going to breathe in. So we're going to clear a little bit of something off of the upper back. So whatever I'm feeling, we're just going to do. Maybe you feel it, maybe you don't. Also just turning my heat blanket on. It's fine. It's. It's fall now. It's chilly. All right, so there's something about the upper back heart that's calling to me. So we're just going to start there. So I want you to imagine this beautiful divine light right outside the back of your heart, and it's going to start magnetizing all the gunk. All the gunk out of your heart. And so while that's happening, I'm going to call in all of our angels and our guides and our leaders, everyone who loves us, everyone who is here to support us, we're going to call them in and through the divine light to hold this space in light, in beauty, in peace and joy. There we go. So now we're just going to keep letting whatever is on your back heart. So back heart is where we get. It's where we hold off our old, old wounds, the ones that we stuffed deep down in, like the closet that you just hurry and close the door really fast and then lock it. Right. It's kind of what happens in our back heart. So we're just gonna let all this. It's like a lot of bitterness is being pulled out right now, specifically behind the left shoulder blade. So we're just gonna pull out and pull out and pull out from the back heart. Pulling out and pulling out. There we go. Okay. So we're gonna just keep letting that be cleaning out. It feels like we get to clear out bitterness tonight. Interesting. Interesting. So if we just look at the word bitter, when you're eating something and it tastes bitter, what happens? And you recoil and you tighten your body, where if it's something sweet, your body's like, ah. Oh my gosh. I had the best thing today. The best thing today. It was the most delicious thing. It was a gluten free, dairy free chocolate pudding with, with a mango agave drizzled. Oh my gosh, like the second I took a bite, like my whole body was like, oh, my gosh. And just like soft, soft, soft, soft, soft, Right? That's what sweetness and deliciousness does. It makes us everything. Soft, bitter, makes us tight, pull in hard. So if we were to look at the emotion of bitterness, this is what's happening energetically to us. So when we're bitter, we're bitter. Now what happens is we're so hard, nothing good can come to us. So the bitterness is also the magnet. Let me reset the bitterness is the thing that repels the miracles. Bitterness repels miracles. Bitterness repels abundance. But everyone's going to feel bitter at times because we are human, part of being human. So there's no shame in it. Let's just clear that shit out, you know, like, it's just like, let's clear it out so that bitterness doesn't hold back the miracles that want to come to you. Like miracles want to come. They're like waiting to like pour into your heart and pour into your arms and pour into your body. But the bitterness holds them at bay. So let's clear it out. Right, so how are we gonna do that? I don't know. I don't know how we're gonna do it. Let's see. Okay, so I want you to, if you can tap your thymus, which is your sternum bone area right here, and you're gonna breathe into your body. All right. So there's something about warmth. Okay. Yeah, yeah. So we're going to use the warmth of the sun. Oh, the warmth of the sun. Softening, softening, softening, softening, Softening our bodies. Softening our bodies. And I want you to feel like wherever there's bitterness in your body, it's going to feel tight, it's going to feel clamped, it's going to feel shut down. We're going to invite the warmth of this divine sun, this divine light to come in and soften and soften and soften and soften and whatever sharp edges, they get filed down so they become soft and then they actually become a stable ground. So the sharp edges, once they are softened, filed back so that there's no pointiness, they become stable ground. Interesting. That is interesting. What does that even mean? I don't know. Let's see if we can find the meaning. Okay, we're going to clear out our ears, maybe because I just can't hear right. So we're going to ask the divine to touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. That the divine will touch our third eyes will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. That the divine will clean our lips. So we speak only what needs to be spoken. Okay. There's just. There's something about pokey edges with bitterness. I'm seeing, like a. A pokey crystal. I'm seeing. So I'm seeing some pokey, sharp edges coming out, and they're coming out of the back of the heart, and they're actually also coming out of the front of the heart. And you don't notice them until, like, someone accidentally snags them. Someone snags you. And then you're like, ah, that hurts so bad. Oh, that hurts so bad. So what happens is the bitterness creates an open wound so that if anybody does anything near these open wounds, you're gonna get it, like, gets ripped open. So imagine this bitterness is, like, actually keeping the wounds open. The bitterness keeps the wounds open. So how do we clear out the bitterness? Forgiveness. So we're gonna do some forgiveness. Okay, so I want you to look in your heart. What or who or where or when did you get hurt, which created bitterness inside of you? What are. What have you felt the most bitter around? Close your eyes. Drop into your body, and what do you hear? Are you going to take that situation, that person? You're going to place them. Where are we gonna put them? It feels like we get to wrap them in light, and then we're gonna place them. It feels like there's a chair. There's a forgiveness chair that we have. Sure, let's make it up. You have a forgiveness chair. You're gonna ask them to sit down on the forgiveness chair, and you're going to tell them that you forgive them. You forgive them for. Then name it. You forgive them for, then name it. I forgive. You say their name for what it was. I forgive. I forgive. I forgive you. I release and return to love. I release and return to love. There we go. You're going to wrap that person in light. We're going to ask God to just take them to wherever you would have them go. They'll be safe, protected, and loved. Now, is there another situation that needs to come up? That's a heavy one. Oh, that one, though. I don't know if I can pick this one up. Very heavy. Okay. I've got clearly Some work to do tonight. Here we go. We're gonna wrap this in so much love. This person, the situation. And then you're going to say, I forgive you for I forgive you. And then name why. And I'm just gonna be quiet for a second while you do that. Okay? Take a nice deep breath in. We're gonna wrap them in so much love. You're gonna say, I forgive. I release, and I return to love. I release and I return to love. Then you hand them over as they're wrapped in this love, over to God. Ah, there we go. There we go. There we go. So now, right here, I keep seeing this vision. And I couldn't find out what it meant until just now when I had my eyes closed. And it's so beautiful. What's so beautiful is if you've ever gardened before, you know that if you go and you pull the weeds, then the flowers grow better. Then the tomatoes grow better. But if you let the weeds overtake it, they choke the fruit. The fruit of the plant, the fruit of the flower, they choke it. And it dies. Bitterness is choking what you are here to create. Bitterness is choking your magic, just like the weeds. So I want you to just. Palms up, shoulders up, soft heart. And you're going to ask, right here, right now, Is there any leftover bitterness in my body that needs to be cleared out? Just go within your body and see. Is there any leftover weeds that are choking out your gifts, your creations, and your purpose? Just listen and hear. And if there are, then you're just going to wrap them in love and you're going to hand them over to God and say, I forgive and release. I return to love. I forgive and release. I return to love. There we go. Okay, in this space, we're going to activate the opposite of bitterness, which is. I don't know. I'm just going to tell you what I hear it is, which is unconditional love. Unconditional love. Love without conditions. Love without conditions. Take a nice deep breath in. Expanding it. Expanding. Expanding. One more. I want you to feel unconditional love for you first. Loving all of you. Loving all the parts of you. Loving you. Loving you. Loving you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You. So I want you to imagine that we're going to put some spiritual Neosporin on your hearts, your front heart and your back heart. So the spiritual Neosporin goes in and it just starts to heal the wounds, heals all the broken pieces, activates faster healing. So I want you to picture. If you can close your eyes, it's coming in interesting. It's a very deep blue color right now. So we're just going to allow this deep blue color to move in. Over the front heart, over the back heart. Cleaning and cleansing and healing. There we go. One more and out. Oh, good. Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake. Shoulders up and down. Shoulders up and down. Ah. Moving, moving, moving. Getting some energy going through the body. Oh. I want you to move and feel as though you have released the bitterness. Bitterness. I want you to say this out loud. Bitterness has no part in me. Bitterness has no part in me. Bitterness has no part in me. I forgive, I release. I return to love. I forgive, I release. And I return to love. Take a nice deep breath in. I wrap you in so much love and I will see you tonight.
