Morning Prayer I Change is Constant I God is My Business Plan

A short guided morning prayer and meditation by Keira Brinton that leads listeners through breathing, calling in angels/guides, and a visualization of a mountain split between sun and storm to illustrate that change is constant. The practice emphasizes grounding, hope, malleability to change, and preparing for both good times and hard times with faith and presence.

Good morning. I hope you slept well. Feeling rested? Let's do this beautiful practice this morning. I want you to just place your hand on your heart. Let's just give it some love. We're gonna breathe into that lower belly, and you're gonna breathe out. You're gonna breathe into that lower belly, and you're going to breathe out. Perfect. One more, and there we go. Let's call on all of our angels, our guides, our leaders, those who are here to support us, those who are here to hold us in so much love, to lead our paths, to help us create, to help us stand in our power and our purpose. We're going to call them in and into the divine light to come and sit with us, to hold this space with us. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears, that we will spiritually hear what needs to be heard. That light will touch our third eyes, will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Breathing in, breathing out. And in and out. There we go. It's in this beautiful space. I'm inviting you to open up your heart. Let's drop in together, and let's see where we go today. All right, so I'm going to take you through a visual, all right? So I want you to close your eyes while you drop in your body, and I want you to imagine that I take you to this mountain road. It's from the back hills of these mountains, and it looks. It overlooks this huge mountain range. I want you to just stand there with me as we look at this huge mountain range, witnessing the beauty, the grandeur of it, how huge it is, and I want you to see that. I'm going to point out to you that on one side of the mountain, it is sunny and beautiful, and on the other side of the mountain, it is a storm. There's actually storm clouds and there's rain, and there's this wild divide between the two of them right down the center of the mountain. So if you were to go up the left side of the mountain, sunny, it's beautiful, it's warm. But if you were to go up the right side of the mountain, you'd be stuck in the rainstorm. But the only way that we know this is because we're so far away from it, and we can see the mountain and we can see both sides of the climb. But the person that's on the right side of the mountain has no idea that the storm is actually going to stop when they get to the top. The person on the left side of the mountain has no idea that when they get to the top they're going to enter into a storm. But both. But what they don't know is that one is going to be leaving the storm and entering into the light while the other is in the light and is soon going to enter the storm. But they both end and that you can return to both. There's not only one. The sun doesn't always shine and the storms cease. The problem is, is that we're in. When we're in either one of them, we have some expectation that it's going to last. We have an expectation that the sunlight will always be there, that it will always be this magical thing. Or we have the expectation that the storm will never leave and that we're stuck in the storm clouds. The only thing constant is change. And when we can fully breathe that in, the only thing constant is change. We no longer get upset. When you can lean into the trust that the good times will shift and then they'll come back again and the hard times will leave and light will return. It is a practice being in the place of hope, faith and change. So just breathe that in and breathe out. We're gonna use this, look at it towards business that when things are going well, that we actually always are prepared for what is ahead. And when things are going bad, that we actually prepare for the miracles ahead. We get to live in the paradox of change. The good and the bad always together, letting go of our expectations and being in the moment and whatever you are present to. So you're going to breathe in and you're going to breathe out and you're going to breathe in. And we're gonna ask the divine light to pour through your body to help you be malleable, to help you shift and ebb and move with all the changes that are bound to happen. We're gonna ask this divine light to plant seeds of hope within your body that in the hard times, hope will move you through. Ask that seeds will be planted in your body of groundedness. That in times of miracles and magic that you will. You will be in the place of truth, creation and groundedness. So breathing in and breathing out, we're going to ask our angels to open up pathways in front of us so that we may be able to create, that we may be able to be stable, that we may be able to be in hope and in the place of miracles at all times and in all places. We're going to pour light through you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet. Wrapping you in this divine love. Wrapping you in momentum today. Wrapping you in groundedness. Wrapping you in hope. And allowing you to have a higher viewpoint. A higher viewpoint that allows you to see both sides of the mountain, no matter what place you're in. All right, my dear friend, sending you all my love, and I will see you tonight.
