Morning Prayer I Choose Your Feeling I God is My Business Plan

A short guided morning prayer/meditation led by two speakers (Keira Brinton and a partner) that grounds listeners in the body, calls in angels/guides, and uses a central visualization contrast—lying in a soft, heavenly blanket versus lying in sharp thorns—to teach emotional choice. The session instructs listeners to notice when they are in the "thorns" (worry, fear, stress), use breath and a hand-on-heart practice to release to God, and deliberately shift into bodily actions or sensations that feel good (sunlight visualization, soft textures, breathing, dancing, singing). The piece ends with grounding and placing a shield of light for protection; the speaker frames this as a trainable habit to receive more good.

Good morning.
Good morning. How are you, my friend? Let's start your day out in flow. Let's start your day out in this really beautiful practice. I want you to move your ribs back and forth. You're gonna take your shoulders up, and.
You'Re gonna open that heart.
Softening the heart. Softening the heart. And out. Ah, there we go. There we go. Grounding you into your body, Calling in all of your angels and your guides and those who are here to support you, to hold you in so much love.
Gonna invite them in, in and through the divine light to come and sit with us. We're.
We're going to ask for their guidance this morning. We are gonna ask that they will show us exactly what needs to be done in this session for you today. We're going to ask that light will.
Touch our ears, our third eye chakra.
Our lips, that we can hear the.
Divine, hear what we need to hear. Use our gifts to be able to.
See visions, to hear, to know, and then speak. Speak only what needs to be spoken. Take a nice breath in. All right? Okay. I like this. Okay, you ready?
So there's a visual that's coming in.
So I want you to close your eyes. I want you to feel into this with me. You have two options. One is that you can be wrapped in the softest, most delicious, warm blanket. Like, it's so soft.
It feels like.
It feels like the heavens. It feels like clouds. You have that option. You have another option of laying in.
Stickers, like actual briar stickers that are. They're sharp and they hurt.
Okay, we have two options here.
And immediately you can open your eyes immediately, wouldn't you say? Of course I'm gonna pick the soft blanket. Of course. Of course. Why would I want to lay in stickers and thorns when I have the option to lay in a cloud?
Obviously.
But here's the message is that how often do your thoughts and the way that you feel represent the thorns? How often are you in the thorns with worry, with fear, with stress?
You're choosing the thorns.
You actually have an option to feel.
Good, but you have to train your.
Mind and your body to feel good. The thorns, they actually are like a default. The worry, the stress, the fear, the chaos. It's more effort to try and get into the soft blanket.
But once you're in the blanket, it rewrites you.
And you're not going to go back to the thorns, except sometimes you will. Then you have to remember that, oh, it feels better to be in the soft blanket. Right? So your Assignment today is to notice when you are in the thorns with your thoughts, with the way you feel. And if you are, how do you.
Move over into feeling better?
So these are really powerful concepts when you can move into feeling better.
What is that thing?
There's something that's going to move it. It's going to, like, tip the scale, and you're going to move over into feeling better. Okay, so is that you notice that you're in the thorns, and you close your eyes, put your hand on your heart, and you take a deep breath, and you release it over to God. You release over all this worry, all this stress, and then you do something that feels good. So if that's breathing deep, if it's dancing, if it's singing, if it's going out in the sun, if it's. I mean, I'm always on soft things. That's like a big part of how I always feel good. These are, like, the softest clothes in the whole entire world. These are my pajamas. But the softest, soft softness helps me feel good. And if my body can feel good, then my thoughts can feel better.
Right?
They work hand in hand. So if my thoughts feel bad, then I actually feel panic in my body.
If my body feels good, it can move my brain into feeling better.
So they work together as partners. So your job on this beautiful day is to notice when are you in the briar, when are you in the thorns?
And how do you move from the.
Thorns to the soft blanket? Okay, so I want you to close.
Your eyes, and I want you to imagine this beautiful warmth, sun. The warmth of the sun coming down. It's moving into your body. It's landing into your cells, it's landing into your bones, your muscles, and it's just. It's warming up everything. And all the panic and all the worry and all the fear and all the stress just melt off your body down into the earth. And the warmth of the sun wakes up. Peace, calmness, ease, love, joy, content. Mmm. We're going to ask your angels to help you keep this energy. You will keep this right here, right now, throughout the day. And at any time you head over into the thorns, your angels are going to help you move over to the soft blanket. They're going to help you with your thoughts. They're going to help you with your body. We're going to get you into feeling good.
The more you can train your body.
And your mind to feel good, the more you can receive good. You are a magnet for all that comes to you. Let's be the magnet that brings in all the miracles. Okay. All right. Take a nice breath in, breathing out. Grounding us. Grounding us.
Move from your sit bones. I want to get you grounded.
There we go.
All right.
We're going to put this beautiful shield.
Of light around you to protect you.
Today and infuse you with light, and I will see you tonight.
