Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. We have powerful work to do today, so I want you to just drop in with me. Shoulders up, soften them back. We're gonna pour this beautiful warm light over the heart. Softening the heart. Softening the heart. Allowing this beautiful softness to move down your body, all the way down to the soles of your feet. Ah. We're going to pour this really powerful light through the throat chakra, clearing out all the mess. The mess of when we hold back our voices. The mess of when we worry about what people think of us. The mess of pleasing others who. Let's just clear that mess out. Ready? Breathe that in. Breathe in the warm light, letting it move through the throat. Cleaning it out, cleaning it out, cleaning it out. All the way down to the center of the earth. Breathing in the light. All the way down. All the way down. All the way down to the center of the earth. There we go. All right, so we're gonna just put some really beautiful golden sunlight around the throat chakra today as we're gonna be doing some work around your voice. We're gonna be doing some work around living the life. You want to live life. Living the life where you are a holy hell. Yes. To everything that you do. That is what we're doing today. So let's call on our team. Let's call on our angels, our guides, our leaders, our teachers, our helpers, all those who love us, all those who support us, all those who are here to support our purpose and our work, expand our gifts. And we're going to spend specifically call in the goddess Freya. So the Goddess Freya is. She's the goddess of discernment. She's the one that taught me this message of the holy hell. Yes. So we're going to call her in as well, and into the divine light to come and sit here with us, to hold this space with us. We're going to just clear and cleanse your body. So I want you to imagine this beautiful light above the crown of your head. You're going to breathe that light in. It's going to be so, so brilliant. That's either the color of violet or it's the color of this really beautiful bright blue. Okay. Palms up, shoulders back. Heart soft. Breathing it in through the crown, moving it through your body. Breathing in, Moving it through the body. Hello. I see you. One more. All the way down. Cleaning everyone's ideas, their thoughts, their beliefs of you, their opinions, their judgments. We're clearing all that out of your body today. So leaving your cells, it's leaving your codes, it's leaving your DNA no longer has place inside of you. Right here, right now, you get to be free. Ooh, it feels a little wobbly, huh? When those other people's judgments, opinions of us can actually hold us in some way, when we release it, it can feel wobbly. That's okay. Wobbly is the place where we begin to learn to new newly walk, where we begin to take new steps. So now let's just prep our body to receive. So we're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear our team. We can hear God, we can hear our own divine self. We're going to ask the light will touch our our third eye, that we'll have access to all of our gifts of seeing, seeing visions, hearing God, knowing and discerning, feeling truth, all of our spiritual gifts and into the divine light that they'll be brought all the way up to the surface. Ask that light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken, that the words that we speak will activate new realities for us. So we're going to go right into the throat today. The throat chakra is the space when it's not functioning highly. We worry about what other people think of us. We worry about pleasing people, we worry about the others judgments of us. There's a lot of like concern around how we are seen. When the throat chakra is functioning, it allows us to be our bold, beautiful, brilliant selves no matter what. This is where Florence Scovel Shin's Law of Non Resistance comes into place. The space of Law of Non Resistance. Nobody's words, nobody's thoughts have any impact on me. I want you to say that out loud. Nobody's thoughts, nobody's words have any impact on me. I am who I am. Say that out loud. I am who I am. I stand boldly, I share fiercely. I am cherished. I am cherished. I am seen and I am whole. Just as I am letting all these new truths land straight into your body, activating the newness of this, activating this is your reality. So I want you to imagine, just imagine this beautiful golden sculpture. It can be whatever you want it to be. It could be a heart, it could be a warrior, it can be Unicorn, I don't care. A golden statue. And I want you to imagine that it is pure gold of the highest, highest frequency of gold. And people come and they throw arrows at this gold. What happens? I mean the arrows just like, they just fall to the ground. There's no puncturing this gold. What? Nothing can break this gold. Men come with swords and they try to hit the gold. The swords break. You are now this gold. You are this strong. Words, judgments, thoughts, beliefs, opinions from others have no hold on you. They ricochet off. As you are of the strongest, purest form, I want you to just feel all of this landing into your body. Because for you to create success in your work, for you to be the leader that changes the world, you must become this strong inside of you. You must be the gold that repels you are the gold that nothing can penetrate. Take a nice deep breath in. I want you to feel the strength in your body right now. In seven minutes, notice the shift in your body. This does not take years. This does not take hours. Friend, we did this in seven minutes. Come back and do this anytime you feel wobbly. Anytime someone's judgments want to come at you, come back and do this. Practice. You don't even have to watch me. Just go into your heart and go into the throat and wake up. This strength releasing other people's thoughts, feelings, opinions about you that they go straight to the center of the earth. Never ever to attack you again. You are more important than these fears, than these lies, than these illusions. Your work is of the highest nature. Stand boldly in who you are and in who you are here to be. So, breathing in, breathing out. Breathing in. Breathing out. We're just going to invite all of your beautiful angels, the guides who are here to support you, that they will show you who you are. That they will open the pathways for you to be this every single day. That anytime you forget, that they will come back in with tethers of remembrance to hold you strong in the vision of who you are. Breathing in, breathing out. Right, my dear friend, I'm gonna wrap you from the crown of your head all the way down to the toes of your feet with this beautiful honey nectar. It is a nectar of love that comes from the Divine Mother. It is a nectar that reminds you of how deeply loved you are for all of your weaknesses and for all of your strengths, for all of your faults and for all of your greatness. You are loved, you are seen. You are held in all of it, letting that nectar move through your body. Ha. It is warm. It is kind of comforting. It is healing. It is a salve. Take another breath in, letting move all the way down, all the way down, all the way down. Until it finally leaves through the soles of your feet. I want you to notice that when this leaves, it moves into the Earth. And it begins to create an extraordinary amount of growth around you. It changes the environment in which you are in. Pathways begin to move to accommodate your purpose. Beauty arises to help you feel good. And the pathway is there to activate your success. So beautiful. All right, my dear friend.
