Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Are you ready? We're gonna do some really powerful work today. I want you to start. We're gonna shake things out today. So you're gonna take your arm and you're gonna shake your right arm. Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake. You're gonna shake your left arm. Shake, shake, shake, shake, shake. You're gonna shake your shoulders. We're gonna wake you up. We're gonna wake you up. Here we go. Here we go. Move your hip bones side to side. Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle, wiggle. De. Wake those cells up, my friend. Breathing in and out. Place your hands on your heart. Getting into the space of wholeness inside of you. We're gonna pour some light into the sacral chakra. Because today we are waking up creation. We are waking up creation inside of you. So let's go. You take your shoulders up, soften the heart. I want you to take your lower pelvic bones, and you're going to move them. You're going to rock them back and forth. We're going to open up the sacral tonight. Ooh, yes. This is going to be fun. I love when we open up the sacral. Lots of creation comes through. So, ready? You're going to open it up. You're to going to move it back and forth, back and forth. We're going to wake up creativity. The sacral chakra, which is your lower belly, is the realm of creation. So we're going to wake it up, wake it up. I want you to breathe all the way down into that lower belly. One more. There we go. All right. In this space, let's call in our spiritual team. We're going to call in our angels and our guides and those who are here to support us in and through the divine light. They will come and sit with us. They will hold this space. Ah, thank you, thank you, thank you. Do you feel the quiet that just entered? This is the quiet of support. That really powerful, dense realm is here for you, right here, right now. We're gonna let go of anything and everything that says you have to do this on your own. We're gonna let go of anything and everything that says there is no support for you. All of it. Not true. Because you have this beautiful spiritual team who is here to support you. And we are going to invite them to help us as we wake up your sacral chakra and wake up Creation. Creation is the salve. It's the self. It heals all things. So we're going to wake up the sacral Chakra, which is the seed of creation. Ha. Creation. Creation is the salve. It can be the self to our pain. It can be the salve to our. Oh, the darkness that we struggle with. Whatever you're dealing with, creation can be the salva that heals. Just wake that creation up today. Okay, so how we're doing do that is we're going to do. Ooh, I'm liking what I'm seeing. Okay. Okay, we're gonna do this beautiful golden light through the crown of your head all the way down to the sacral. And then I want you to see this beautiful golden orange light coming in just across from the sacral. So the lower belly coming in straight in. And then there's some coming in through the. So imagine if I could paint this picture for you. Golden light coming through the crown. Orange light coming through the front of your lower belly. Orange light coming to the lower belly through the lower back. Okay, so you've got like this. I guess it's kind of like a triangle, actually. Yeah, I like that. That's nice. So you're going to breathe in, breathe out, letting the golden light move through the crown of your head, letting the orange move through the front and the back. And they're all intersecting in the sacral chakra. Oh, this is magical. I've never seen this before. I like it, I like it. So you're going to breathe in and breathe out. I like to wiggle. It moves the energy. You can wiggle if you want. Breathe in and out. There we go. So we're going to allow these three rays of light to come into the sacral chakra and heal. We're going to heal any shame that's in the way. Shame. Shame shuts down creation. So we're going to heal the shame. Ask the divine to come in and just pick the shame up. Pick up those roots, pick up those thorns, place them in sphere of light, take them to wherever they need to go. And right here, right now, I want you to breathe out and let everything that's left in your body of shame leave your body like a dandelion when you blow it in the wind. One more, Feeling yourself getting lighter and lighter and lighter. With your eyes. You're going to move all the way down into that lower belly and you're going to imagine a golden egg, an egg of creation. It's going to be right in the center of your belly. Lower belly, sacral. We're going to breathe in and breathe out. And as we do, I want you to visualize this golden egg experience expanding throughout your body. It's going to expand your ability to create with ease. It's going to expand your divine gifts of being able to create anything. Expand it all the way to the tips of your body and beyond. So where your skin ends is not actually where you end. You end much farther than your physical body. We want this creation to expand past your physical body. So you're going to breathe this beautiful image of this golden egg. As you breathe out, I want you to visualize it expanding, expanding, expanding. Breathing in, breathing out. Expanding. One more. And out. You're going to place your palms up, and you're just going to ask God to show you what's one creation that wants to come through right here, right now. I'm going to be quiet. I'm going to let you listen. Now that you see it. Now, I want you to imagine taking both your hands. You're going to get some heat in between the palms of your hands. We're going to do three deep breaths in. And then I want you to take both hands. You'll place them on the lower belly. And you're going to actually imagine the energy of your hands activating this creation. We're going to feel as though the creation is already here. It's already been done. Okay? Remember, the bigger, the more fun. If it feels like this is something super easy to create, pick a new one. Okay? Don't pick easy. Easy doesn't require faith. Easy doesn't require miracles. Let's play in that realm. So pick something that feels impossible. Pick something that feels hard. Like I could never create that. Great. That's what we want to work with. Okay? So I want you to breathe in, breathe out. Breathing in and out. Expanding the cells of your body, Getting ready for this beautiful creation to be planted into your being. Breathing in, breathing out. Hands on that lower belly. Feeling the vibrations move through your lower belly, activating this beautiful creation inside of you. I want you to feel as though it's already been done. Whatever this creation is, it's already been birthed. Feel how it would feel if it was birthed. Is this your book? Written and published. Is this a program? A course? Whatever it is, I want you to feel as though it's already been done. So breathing in. And again. One more. And out. To this yummy, delicious space of feeling. Your creation is already here. I want you to take this creation, wrap it in light. We're going to hand it over to God and invite your angels to help this creation come to life, that they will partner with you. That this will be a beautiful partnership of birth. Beautiful partnership of bringing more light to the world. Mm. My dear friend, May today be a beautiful day of wonder, of miracles, of faith, expansive joy and light. May you step forward as a divine creator that you are.
