Good morning. How are you, my friend? You're here. You made it. Would you place your hands on your knees? And this time you're not palming it up. You're going to hold your knees and you're going to put your shoulders back. And I want you to push your heart forward. And you're going to breathe right into that heart and breathe out. And breathe in and out. Let's do one more breathing in. Ear to your shoulder. Ear to the shoulder. Hello, body. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. All right, we're to going. Going to take your hands. Why don't you place them on your heart? We're going to take your eyes down into the heart space. And we're just going to sit for a second with your heart. And I want you to just ask your heart if it has any messages for you. Are there any messages? Is there any wisdom? Is there a need that your heart is asking of you? Drop in and just listen. Just listen to the heart. Hmm? The message right here is that everything is for your good. So if you're going through heartache, strangely for your good, if you're going through stress, somehow, whatever you're going through is for you. Everything is for us. When we look at it that way, when we can see things as a gift, even the hell, even the hardships, even the pain, as gifts, they actually become gifts. So that's the message. Today. I want you to just drop in with me. Just call on your angels and your guides and those who are here to support you with your work and your purpose and your mission and your heart. We're going to invite them to come and sit with us, to hold space with us, to hold us in love, hold us in wonder, to hold us in joy. Thank you. Ah. We're going to just prep your body to receive. We ask that light will touch our ears so we can hear. Hear God, hear the divine, hear our angels. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. I want you to pick up one part of your life that maybe feels like you don't see why it's happening. You don't see the purpose. You don't understand. You're gonna wrap it in love, and you're gonna put on the altar, and you're gonna ask to be shown how this is for your good. How is this for your good? There we go. Listening, listening. How is this for you when you see it? When you hear it when you feel it, the first thing, that's your answer. Don't go back and forth wondering. It's always the first. It's always what comes first. So just really letting that land in your body, like, seeing it, pulling ourselves out of the situation to allow God to show us how this is for our good. You're gonna breathe in and you're going to breathe out. Now, all the pain and all the suffering and all the worry and all the stress is connected to this situation. I want you to imagine it being pulled out of your body, suctioned out of your body, wrapped in a light, and then handed over to God, to your angels, to support you, to hold you, and to allow you to let it leave your body. Today is a day of completion. We complete the suffering, we complete the pain. We see how it was for our good, and now we release it. So, breathing in and breathing out, why don't you place your hands on your heart and you're going to repeat after me. I am so deeply grateful for. Name the incident, the situation. I see how this was for my good. And then you're gonna speak out loud. How you saw it was for your good, taught me to be aware. Taught me to trust. It taught me to love. It taught me to listen to my body. What was it that it taught you? Then you're gonna say, I forgive and release and I return to love. I forgive and release and I return to love. I forgive and release and I return to love. Noticing your body, noticing the peace, the groundedness, the light that is within you, around you, above you, below you, beneath you, in front to behind, acknowledging that everything is for you. You have everything you need. Breathing in, breathing out. All right, my dear friend. May today be a day of wonder, a day of completion, a day of miracles, and a day of deep, compassionate love. I will see you tonight.
