Morning Prayer I Expand Success I God is My Business Plan

A spoken guided morning prayer and visualization by Keira Brinton that centers on creating a felt sense of safety to support creativity and business success. The practice uses breath, sound (drumming), oil/anointing, tactile cues (blankets/heat), and a detailed daisy-field visualization that forms a protective "safety" bubble, plus embodied movement and mantraing ("I am safe with me"). The work concludes with a blessing encouraging creativity, vulnerability, and divine support.

Good morning. Good morning. How are you today? Ah, it's bright and early. It's actually super chilly, so I'm going to put this little blanket around me. Just feeling so cozy this morning. So excited that you're here. God is my business plan. This beautiful space, a beautiful practice to nourish our bodies, nourish our souls, connect to the divine, work with our spiritual team, create massive success in our businesses and change the world at the same time. So welcome here. I'm so excited for this. I can feel today's practice. I can't see it, but I can feel it. And it's really delicious and it's really comforting. So I'm just going to place that out here on the table before we. Before we dine. Let's see. Going to start with sound today. Let's see. Let's see if I can get my Mary drum. Oh, she's working today. She's working today. All right, let's start off with sound. Sound is what clears our system. So if you had a great night's sleep, but you're a little groggy, this is going to clear out some grogginess. If you didn't have a good night's sleep and you're tired, this is going to wake up some energy. So use the sound to do whatever it is that you need. So breathing in, Breathe in and out. Make sure you get all the way into the lungs, all the way out. Breathing in. And hold out. Hold and in. Hold. Regular breath in. Oh. Oh, I missed my merry drum. It's been a week, I feel like, since she played, so that was lovely. So grateful for sound. So grateful for my drums. I love them, I love them, I love them. All right, let's start with the sacred creative process. So we're going to use some oil, place it on your hands. Take a nice deep breath in, letting your body know that we are dropping out of the mind and opening into receiving. Ah, There we go. All right, we're going to use this beautiful, divine light to pour through the crown of your head. We're going to let it move all the way down your body, cleaning out anything that's not serving you. Ah, there we go. One more breath in. Allowing the light to wake up. Your gifts of seeing, hearing, feeling, knowing. All of your intuition, all of your inspiration, awakening, awakening, allowing it to move out through your toes, going up and around your body and creating a beautiful shield of light around you, sealing it up at your toes to be an added form of protection to infuse and insulate you with light. We're going to call in our angels, our guides, our leaders, our teachers, our helpers, our healers, the ascended masters who've been assigned to us, those who are here to support our work, those who are here to support our message, going to invite them to come and sit with us to hold this faith, to hold this space with us, to guide and lead and direct us. We're going to ask, the light will touch our ears, that we will spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes, will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. So breathing in, breathing out, Moving your neck around. Let's get some oxygen through the body. All right, so today, what is this delicious practice that we're doing today? Let me see if I can hear. Okay. So today the practice is on safety, on feeling safe. One thing I know about feeling safe is that when you can feel safe, you can do scarier things. When you feel safe, you can share and be more vulnerable. When you feel safe, you can create at deeper, profound levels. So feeling safe is so important. Feeling safe is the thing. It's the thing that's going to help you catapult forward. It's the thing that's going to help you birth the book that scares the hell out of you. It's the thing that's going to help you make a video that's super vulnerable. Safety is the magical piece. It's the piece that's been missing. So today, let's dive into how do we help you feel safe? So for me, it always starts with blankets and heat. I don't know why that's my thing. Maybe that's not your thing. You get to feel what helps you feel safe. So I want you to find a comfy place, which I'm sure you already are in. And if you can bring a blanket around you, I softness. So texture is really important because what's happening is we are telling your nervous system to calm down. So if you have something soft. So this is a very, very, very soft, soft blanket. I have another soft blanket on my legs. It's a heated blanket. I want you to pause this video and I want you to just find things that feel good. What feels good to you? What feels good? Maybe you're like, he definitely doesn't make me feel good. Cold makes me feel good. Then put a fan next to you and turn it on and lay down with no blanket. Whatever feels good. So that's What I want you to go find, take two minutes, right. And come right back. Okay. So now that you're back and you have the things that feel good, trying to feel into how we walk you through this, it feels important that you lay down. So if you can lay down on a pillow, I'm just going to speak like you have blankets on you, because that feels good to me. All right, So I want you to close your eyes. I'm going to close my eyes with you. We're going to go into this beautiful visualization of safety. So I want you to just first notice the skin. So if you're under something that's soft, I want you to move it around. Move around the softness, feel it on your skin. Ah. Let your skin just enjoy it. Enjoy the sensation of the soft. I want you to just take another breath in noticing that wherever you're at right now is a safe place. It's a sacred place. It's a place where you come and meet God. It's a place where you come to do holy, sacred work. This is a safe place. It's your place. Wherever you're at right now, this is your place. Just breathing in, breathing out. I want you to imagine that where you're laying, all of a sudden, you are transported into a field of white daisies. And, like, it's a really interesting field because there's no bugs here, and there's nothing that. It's just you and these flowers. There's nothing. It's. It's pure, it's clean, it's clear. It's only. It's only you and these white, beautiful flowers. And I want you to feel the warm sun. It just starts pouring down. And it's not too hot, but it's warm. It starts to just kind of touch your skin. And then the warm and soft wind starts to blow. There's a little hint of cool breeze coming through it. And I want you to feel all these daisies. They're all just kind of like moving and swaying around your body in this wind. And I want you to feel the earth below you. You're barefoot, got some shorts on, tank top. Your hair is on the earth. Your head is on the earth. You can feel the beautiful earth below you. You can feel the daisies that are right by your hands. And you just notice how safe it is here. You're the only one here. No one can ever find you. This is your safer, your sacred, safe place. Your sacred, safe place. And you just feel the movement. You feel the movement as the daisies dance. In the wind you feel their movement and yet you feel the stability of the earth below you. Like how solid it is. It's so solid. Feeling how deeply supported you are by this earth. So supported, so supported, so held. The earth is holding you and then the daisies are reminding you of movement. So it's both. You get to be supported and you get to move. You get to be supported and you get to move. There we go. I want you to see that in your body as we breathe. We're opening up space. For you to feel safe within you. Room for you to feel safe within the, the form of your body. And I want you to say out loud, I am safe with me. I am safe with me. I am safe with me. I am safe here with me. I want you to slowly roll to your right side and you're going to push yourself up until you're sitting. You're going to be in cross legged position and I want you to keep your eyes closed because you're still there. You're still on the daisies. You're still, still on the earth. You roll back your shoulders. You feel the sun is pouring on your heart. So the sun is facing you, it's pouring on your heart, it's kissing your cheeks, it's blessing your third eye. And you look down and there is one daisy that is just magnificent. It's like almost like sparkling. It's so beautiful. And you're going to pick up that daisy and pick it out of the ground and you're going to hold it in your hands. And as you hold it in your hands, this warmth from the daisy actually expands into your heart and it brings this healing vibration of safety. There's like this golden love that's pouring from the center of the daisy and it's moving straight into your heart. And then it kind of like radio waves throughout the whole body and creates this bubble around you. And it's almost like you could go underwater in this bubble. It's almost like the daisy brought you oxygen. That's what I'm seeing. So the daisy is bringing you the oxygen of safety, allowing you to be in this bubble at any time, to come in, to feel safe, to feel loved, to receive breath. Just taking some breaths in and feeling the safety. And there's like this rock that's happening in my body. So if you want to rock, it's almost like the movement of the flowers in the wind. And yet my sitz bones are so stable. So it's allowing my body to know that I can move and be Rooted. I can be in any situation and be safe because I'm safe here with me first. So breathing in, breathing out. All right, so now we're going to actually place the daisy back into the earth. And it's. I know this is not possible in our world, but it's possible in this vision. The earth then holds the daisy and brings it back into wholeness, and it gets to return to its growth. So as we finish, I want you to see all the love and all the magic from this whole field of daisies. And it starts to swirl. It's coming from all of them. It swirls you from the bottom of your feet, moves up your legs, over your. Through your hips, around your hips, around your torso, around your heart, around your throat, around your jaw, around your third eye, all the way up through the crown and out. I want you to feel how safe you feel right now. You are safe. You are safe. You are safe. Slowly open your eyes. That was so beautiful. Thank you for walking through that beautiful vision with me. I hope that this brings a day of just absolute miracles, because when you can feel safe, so much creation gets to happen. I'm just sending you so much love, so honoring you for being here and doing this work. May today be a day of safety, a day of wonder, a day of magic, and a day of creation. And I will see you tonight.
