Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Why don't you place your palms on your knees, shoulders up, breathe into the ribs. And actually, I want you to place your hands on your ribs, and I want you to breathe in and breathe out and breathing in and out, waking up your cells, waking up your body. Hello, body. Hello, hello, hello, Hello. All right, we're going to place this beautiful shield of light around you to protect you and infuse you with light. We're going to call on all of your angels and all of your guides and in through the divine light to come and hold space with us today. Right here, right now, we're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eye. They'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken, spoken. Take a nice breath in going into the heart space right here, right now. What is the practice this morning? One more breath in and out. All right, all right, all right. So it feels like the energy of Joan of Arc this. This morning. And that energy is so bold and so brave and so fearless. And I want you to feel that energy. I want you to go into your heart, and I want you to look at where in your world right now are you only giving it 50%? Maybe you're giving it 60%. But, like, what would happen if you gave it a hundred percent? What would happen? So just breathe that in, wiggle your body, get all the way down into that lower belly. We're going to imagine this power rising from the lower belly. That's your sacral. Sacral chakra, the chakra of creation. I want you to breathe this energy up from that lower belly. It's going to come all the way up to the heart and all the way to the throat. You're going to breathe it in and out your mouth. Loud exhale, breathe it in. And one more breathing it in. And there we go. Hello. Hello, power. All right, ready? I want you to pick this thing up that you just had in your mind that, you know, if you could go 100%, full heart, full trust, full vulnerability, all the things, you're going to place it on the altar, and we're going to ask that God will expand your image of who you are so that you can go 100%. The only reason why you're not going 100% right now is because of how you view yourself. So we're going to ask God to expand the Vision of who you are right here, right now. And one more in and out. There we go. There we go. There we go. I want you to see the vision of who you are right here, right now, and what is available for you. We're going to ask that you will see this vision every day, that you will see who you are and every day. And this is going to allow you to play at 100%. It's not you doing more things. It's not you even being braver. It's just that right now, the vision that you have of yourself isn't big enough. It's not big enough. And so because it's not big enough, you're playing at 50%, you're playing at 60%. Hell no. Like, no more of that. We play at 100% because one, that is so much more delicious and richer when we play it 100%. But two, you're going to have wild results. We get wild results. We get wild results when we put wild effort in. And the effort isn't so much of the do, do, do, do, do. The effort is feeling and seeing yourself as this vision that God just showed you experience. Expanding your vision of who you are expands the capacity in which you play at. I like that. Take a nice breath in. And breathing out, of course. We're going to ask your spiritual team to come in to lead, to guide, to direct you, to open the pathways, to open your mind's eye, that you can always see this vision right here, right now, throughout all space of time. Right? Today's gonna be a magical day. Today's gonna be a beautiful day. I want you to imagine this golden honey coming into the crown of your head, all the way down to the soles of your feet, wrapping you in the most nurturing, divine love. And I will see you tonight.
