Good morning. Welcome to this beautiful space. We're opening up to extraordinary things today. We have the sound of building, so we're welcoming the sound of building. We're welcoming the new fresh rain that's hitting my tent this morning. And today we're gonna drop in and we're gonna see where we go. So I want you to just take a nice deep breath in with me. We're going to sound us in with some beautiful singing bowl sounds. I want this to wake up your energy today. Wake up your vibrations. So breathing in. Deep breath in. Loud exhale. Let yourself have a loud exhale. Ah, there we go. There we go. Now. Oh, open up your heart. Yawn. Let the energy go. We're going to start off the sacred creative process. We're going to ask. Ah. This beautiful divine light will pour through you from the top of your head all the way down to your toes, cleaning off any exhaustion, cleaning off any leftover tired feelings, cleaning off any overwhelm from yesterday or for the day ahead. We're going to breathe the light in. We're going to wake up your light, your passion, your energy, the vibrations within you that are here to make a difference. We're going to let that light exit your toes, going up and around your body, so filling it back up at your toes to be an added form of protection, to infuse and insulate your body with light. There we go. We're going to call in all of our angels, our spiritual team, those who are on your board of directors, those who are here to support your work, your mission, your purpose. We're going to call them in, in and through the divine light, to connect. Come and sit with us, to hold this space for us. Oh, just breathing in the sound of the rain. This beautiful, beautiful morning. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears, that we will spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Breathing in, breathing out. Today is a day of waking up, divine energy within you. So this is the best video. On a day where you're tired, on a day where you're sluggish. I want you to come back to this video. It's gonna be short, it's gonna be fire. And we're gonna wake up the energy inside of you. So I want you to breathe in. I want you to go down into your cells and I want you to notice them and I Want you to just kind of sit with them. There's a little bit of a drag in their energy. They're moving really slowly, and I want you to see that they're a little heavy. They're a little heavy today. So we're gonna go directly into the nucleus of the cell. Okay, Right into the center of the cell. And I want you to imagine this beautiful, divine light coming in and touching the center of the cell, the nucleus of the cell. And this light is going to burst like electricity through this cell. And I want you to do a deep breath in, breathing in. You do a fire breath out like this, and in and out, and then and out. We're going to do a breath like this. Breathe three times. In, out three, and in three, and out three. One more and out. And I want you to feel if you can shake your shoulders, shake your fingers, wiggle your toes. Ah, there's some more energy waking up in your body. Move your torso side to side. We're going to move the ribs, moving the spine, getting the fluid moving through the spine this morning. One more. All right, now, from this space, I want you to just take your energy, your focus, down to your sit bones. And from the sit bones, we're going to focus the light taking you all the way down into the center of the earth, rooting you in, tethering you in, to the center of the earth, holding you there. I want you to feel the light moving all the way up through your body, through the crown of your head, tethering you all the way up into the star chakra, holding you there. I want you to notice your body. It feels alive, feels awake. I want you to look at your cells, and they're moving. Like they're actually moving. They're moving quicker with more energy. And from the very base of your pelvis, your sacral chakra, I want you to breathe. Breathe in. We're going to wake up a fire that's going to go all the way up into your front solar plexus, which is right underneath your. Right underneath your sternum bone. So we're bringing fire up from the sacral, which is your very lower pelvic region. And you're going to breathe fire all the way up into right below the sternum. So, ready? Breathing in. And as you breathe out, I want you to feel a fire waking up right underneath the sternum in the front solar plexus. Breathe that fire back up and out. Do some loud breathing today, friends. One more. All right, now, this final breath, we're gonna breathe it up and it's gonna move out through the heart chakra into your arms and into the palms of your hands. So breathe the fire all the way up. Gonna go up into your heart, into your arms, into the hands. One more. Breathe it up, breathe it up. One more. Place your hand on your heart and your hand on the front solar plexus. You're gonna feel this moving through. Today is a day of energy. Today we have awakened your vibrations to today. You are here to make a difference, to place your foot on the ground and let it ripple light throughout the earth. To breathe and breathe out light, to speak and change other people's lives. Today is a day of divine energy that is awakened within you down to the very cells of your being. Today's a day of movement, of brilliance, of awakened energy.
