Morning Prayer I Healing Broken Parts I God is My Business Plan

A guided morning prayer/meditation led by Keira Brinton focused on healing childhood wounds through visualization and divine light. The speaker leads breathwork, invites angels/guides, and guides a visual of gathering fallen “star flakes” from childhood and placing a formed shape into the heart to fill holes and restore wholeness. The piece ends with grounding, blessing for the day, and an expression of love.

Good morning. Hello. Hello. You made it here. You got up. You did whatever you had to do to create this little pocket today, and I honor you for that pocket. I honor you for creating the space and the time to be here. So let's drop in to our bodies, and let's see where we go today. Take a nice breath in. And out and in and out. If you have an essential oil, I use the same one every time I do spiritual work. It helps me drop in better. I use rosemary, and we just breathe in, breathe out. If you don't have any essential oil, just breathe with me. There we go. All right. We're gonna pour light through us from the top of our heads all the way down to the soles of our feet, wrapping us in light, wrapping us in love, infusing our bod with peace. There we go. Okay, now let's call in our angels. Feels like we're a little colliewampus here. Hold on. Okay, let's call in our angels, our guides, our leaders, those who are specifically here to help us with our work and our purpose and our mission. We're going to call them all in and through the divine light to come and sit with us, to hold space, space with us. Take a nice breath in and breathe out, feeling the support of your angels. Okay, we're going to ask. The light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips. That we speak only what needs to be spoken. Going to soften our heart. Soften our heart. Soften our heart. Okay. All right. So a visual is coming in right now, so I. I'm not sure where we're gonna go with this, but let's go. Let's always dance with them, right? So I want you to imagine this beautiful. I'm seeing this beautiful image, so I want you to see it like you're watching a movie. Okay. It's so pretty. Okay, so it's an image of. Let's say it's you when you were little. So you around age 6, 6 or 7. And I want you to imagine you and there's these. These steps that are in some water. And you can you just jump from step to step, and you're skipping and you're singing and you're twirling, and you look down, and there are these little tiny star flakes. I don't even know what they are, but they're like little pieces of stars that have fallen from the sky, and they're in the water. Oh, I've never seen this. This is so beautiful. So you're gonna pick up each piece, and each piece is like wonder. It's like magic. It's. You're so excited, and you start to just gather them up, gather them up, gather them up. And your arms are starting to get very full. So you try and figure out, where can you put all of these little baby stars? Where can you put them? And you realize that no matter how hard you try, when you're holding all of them together, the pieces are falling off. Pieces are falling off. And so you're always losing little star star flakes. And you had the thought that if you could sit down on the stone and you could put all the star flakes together as one, you can hold it stronger and you can take it with you. So you sit down and you look at all these star flakes and all this light, and you start to wonder, what shape do they want to go into? So every one of you is going to receive a different shape. So I want you to just feel into what is the shape that you are creating with all of these little star flakes. I'll play you some sound while you listen. So the shape that you are going to be invited to create is going to have some profound sound symbolism for you. And I want you to imagine that just by. With intention, seeing the shape, you're going to allow that shape to come through and to be made whole. And then I want you to see that actually you don't carry it anymore. You just place it into your heart, and your whole body starts to explode with light, and it heals whatever pieces needed to be healed at that age. Oh, that's so beautiful. I love that. So whatever age you saw yourself as the hole that has been there for whatever reason, whatever trauma or whatever hard thing that you experienced at age that created a hole inside of you is now gets to be filled with this beautiful, divine light, this starlight, breathing in, breathing out. When you just feel this light expanding through your body, Feeling any and all holes. And again. And out. One more. And out. There we go. Okay. We're going to pour light through you, solidifying and placing seams around this work so that it stays and that it continues to flourish and continues to expand and heal and fill all the holes that are within you so that you can be a full love, full heart, full expression of your divine self. So breathing in one more. There we go. All right, my friend, today is going to be a sturdy day. Today. You're going to be grounded. Today you will feel more alive, more powerful than you've ever felt. Because we just filled up a hole that has been there since you were 6. Today is a day of miracles. May miracles pour down over you. May they never cease. May your heart be soft and open so that you can receive all of them. All right. Love you. Love you. See you tonight.
