Good morning. Good morning. I'm so excited about our practice today. Let's dive right on in. Because today's practice is the thing you do before you send out an email, before you send out a social media post. This is the thing to lift your vibrations before you put your work into the world. So let's dive in. Ready? Arms up. Push them down. We're getting some breath into ourselves on this beautiful morning. And out. Let's bring our ants up into palm to palm. Circular motion. Breathing all the way in from the soles of your feet up to your heart. Ready? Let's go. And out. Bring it all the way up from the earth into the heart. Here we go. And out this time you're gonna breathe it all the way up to the crown of your head, allowing it to move out the crown of your head like a beautiful golden waterfall. Here we go. Breathing in. And ah. Place your hands on your heart. Feel the vibrations move through your body. Opening up the body. We're opening up the body to feel magnificent. You want to feel in your highest vibration before you put out your marketing, before you put out that email, before you push send on that social media post, before you text a client. This is the spiritual law of abundance. We get ourselves into the state of beingness that we want to be in. Who do we want to be? Be her. Be him before you ever send your marketing material out. Okay, that's what we're doing today. Do this practice every single time. All right, here we go. I want you to breathe in from the sacral chakra. This is your lower belly, the low womb. You're going to breathe it up because this is creation, this is joy, this is bright, ferocious energy. Can we bring that up? Okay, so we're going to do. Is I'm going to. Am I going to sound this in? Yes. Yes. Let's sound this in. All right, so I want you to take a nice deep breath in from that lower belly up. Breathe it all the way up. And one more out. All right, in this space right here, right now, I want you to envision who you are in the next 10 years. Who are you in 10 years? Who's this brilliant, magnificent person? Are you owning a multi million dollar company? Do you own a billion dollar company? Are you changing the face of the planet? Do you have five children? What are your dreams? Who are you here to be? That is who I want you to be right now. That's the person who sends the email. That's the person who posts on social media. That person, not the Version, that's you today, okay? We're doing it from your future, higher self. So you're gonna breathe that part of you up, and we're gonna breathe fire and life into her or him, whoever you are watching this, okay? So as you breathe in all the way up, I'm going to be quiet. I want you to feel that future version of you. Ah. Be that version of you. All right? We're going to invite your angels, the guides, the leaders, those who are here to be with you in this existence, those who are here to help you with your purpose and your passion. We're going to invite them all to come and sit with us, to hold this space with us. As soon as we close this up, you're going to send your email, you're going to do a social media post. There's one last piece. I want you to think about the person who needs this work right now, the person who's struggling with whatever it is that you solve. There's something you do that solves this for them. I want you to think of them, I want you to pray on them. We're going to call in your angels and we're going to ask that your angels will pray on them in their life. That pathways will be open, that they will find this work that you are about to put out. They'll find this email, they'll find your social media post, whatever it is, your ad, your Facebook ad, whatever, that they're going to find it and that it answers the problem. It gives them the solution. All right? So just breathing in, I want you to do that. Ask your team. Invite your team. You say angels, guides. I invite you in and into the divine light to help me find these people, the ones who need help with. Fill in the blank. And you're going to ask. That light will be prayed. Prayered. I feel like that's not a word, but I like it. That light will be prayed over them. Okay? That light will be prayed over them and that your angels will open up pathways for them to find your email, your ad, your social media posts in the most miraculous way. It will come into their heart and they will be so relieved and we're going to just pour light over them, that they will find it, and that this future self who is doing the ad, who is writing the post, who is writing the email, that you will be the magnet for them, that you will know exactly what they need to hear. Right here, right now. Take a nice breath in, breathing out. There we go. All right. I'm gonna pour magic light over you, my friend, from the top of your head, down your toes, inside, outside, up, over, around, below, beneath, above, all the way through your cells. That you remember who you really are, that you remember that you are that future version right now. You are the seed for that future version of you. You are already that. Now remember.
