Morning Prayer I Inspired Action I God is My Business Plan

A short guided morning prayer and visualization by Keira Brinton teaching how to discern "inspired" ideas from habitual mental chatter. Participants are guided to ground through breath and visualizations (soft green grass vs. a busy street) to feel the difference between divine/intuitive inspiration (grounded, stable, felt once or twice) and non-inspired thoughts (frantic, repetitive). The practice instructs listeners to use this bodily barometer, choose ideas that feel aligned, ask for the specific action to take (listen → receive → do), and then act—leading to faster, higher-vibration outcomes. The session closes with a call to angels/guides and a blessing.

Good morning. Breathe in with me and breathe out. Today's practice is powerful. It is on how to receive inspired action. So this practice is in the sitting up position. I want you to really open up your chest, really ground through your sit bones and. And push your shoulders down. There we go. You're going to breathe in and breathe out. We're going to breathe in again and we're going to breathe out. All right? So in this beautiful place with your eyes closed, I'm going to take you through a visualization. I want you to notice or visualize that the ground below you is soft grass. Soft, warm, green grass. And I want you to just take some breaths in and let your body get grounded into that energy. The energy of the earth, the energy of grass, the energy of warmth, and out. And in. And out. I want you to visualize that peace still staying there. And then I want you to visualize standing at the side of a road with cars going really fast in all different directions. Notice the difference in the energy of what it was in the warm, green grass to being on the side of a very busy street. Just notice the difference. Breathing in, breathing out. And in and out. Now open your eyes and I want you to feel how it felt in your body to be in both of those visions. This is very important. I want you to physically feel the difference in the grounded energy and the frantic energy. If you ever wonder if the ideas and inspirations coming to you are from the divine, if they are inspired, or if they're just chatter, this is the difference. When it is divinely inspired, when it is your intuition, your inner knowingness is going to feel like the grass. It's going to feel grounded, it's going to feel stable, and there's going to be some safety in it. And it's only going to come once, maybe twice. But every time it comes, it brings this energy, a real, grounded, safe energy. When your ideas or thoughts are not from the divine and not intuitive, not from your inner knowingness, they're going to feel like the street. Chaotic, noisy, frantic panic. And it's going to feel like it's on replay over and over and over again. This is how you know what is inspired and what is chatter. I want you to take a nice breath in and let that land in your body and breathe out. And now that you have this barometer to test your ideas and inspiration, every time a thought comes to you and you wonder, is this inspired or is this the noise from my mind, you're going to come back into this remembrance. How it Felt to be in the warm green grass, how it felt to stand on the side of a chaotic road. And you get to feel what is the feeling of this inspiration? Is it grounded? Is it solid? Is it frantic and panicked? And when you can notice that you can delete the things that aren't inspired and, and then you take action on the ones that are. So when you get the ideas and they're grounded and they're stable, even if they don't make sense here, right? Like God doesn't give you ideas that are reasonable and that you can figure out. Because if you can't figure it out, what do you have to do? You have to lean in. And so much faith, you have to have so much hope and belief. So we are given visions that feel mightier than us, that feel bigger than us, so that we can have more faith, so we can have more belief. So when you receive the grounded inspiration, that's when you ask. You go into prayer and you ask then what's the action that I need to take for this inspired idea? Intuition. What's the action? You're gonna listen, you're gonna receive, and then you're gonna do, listen, receive, do. This is the recipe. I want you to just breathe in and I want you to go into your heart and I want you to feel into any ideas, inspirations that have been coming to you in the past 48 hours. First thing that comes to you, that's the one. I want you to take it and I want you to check through the body barometer. How do you feel around this idea? Does it feel frantic, panicked? Does it have fear in it? Then we toss it out. It has no place here. This is not inspiration. This is just old patterning and old beliefs and old chatter being recycled over and over and over. We have no time for that. If it comes in grounded, sturdy, and usually only once, maybe twice, then you know this is inspired. And then you ask for the action that's going to follow that inspiration. When you start living this way, pathways open up, doors appear, miracles pour down. This is the path of miracles, of faith filled, wild action, miracles. So this is collapsing time for you because if you take action on the ideas that aren't inspired but that are of old patterns and old beliefs, this is when you start going down the path that isn't the right path. It's not the path that's leading you where you need to go. And that's when we get burned out, that's when we get fearful, that's also when we get stuck. So we're collapsing time so that you never even have to go down that path. You can just differentiate between the paths. And you always take action on the most aligned, high vibrational path for you. Collapse time. So I want you to breathe in and breathe out. I want you to feel that ease in your body. It's like I just gave you back weeks, months, years of your life, right? No more going on the path that doesn't serve you. Breathing in, breathing out, Moving your neck around, opening up, opening up the throat, Feeling the relief in your body. It's like someone just gave you a roadmap. And that roadmap is the Divine. The Divine is giving you a roadmap. When you can listen, you can feel it in your body. You can ask for the action. You get to where you need to go faster, with more help, with better results. So I want you to breathe that in as we close this up, really remembering the shift between the grass and the busy street, committing to always feeling into that what is the feeling connected to the idea or inspiration. And then take action on the path that is in your highest good. Breathing in all the way through the ribs and all the way out. We're going to call on your angels and your guides. We're going to ask them to hold space for you so that you can be more aware of inspiration, so you can hear what needs to be heard every single day of your life. And that. And that you will walk on the pathways that are unfolding in front of you, that are in your highest good. One more final breath in, wrapping you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet, sending you off with all of my love and I will see you tonight.
