Good morning, my friend. So happy you're here with me. Welcome to this beautiful space. This is my mom's house. I'm on a work trip right now, and I am committed to not stopping the momentum. So we are gonna drop into flow right here in this beautiful space together. I want you to take a nice breath in, place your hand on your heart, and I want you to breathe out. And I want you to not let it through your mouth. Tonight, I want you to keep it in your body so it's like. Like this. Let's try that again. One more. Bringing your body into this really beautiful, warm, soft space. I want you to place your palms up on your knees, raise up your shoulders, open your heart. Oh, so beautiful. All right. Or you just move your neck. Let's get some energy and oxygen into our necks. There we go. There we go. Oh, it's so beautiful. So in this place, let's call in all of our angels and all of our guides and those who are here to support us, those who are here to hold us in so much love and light. We're going to invite them in to come and hold this space, to show us visions and to show us exactly what needs to happen this morning. And ask that light will touch our ears, our third eye, and our lips so we can hear what needs to be heard. You can use all of our spiritual gifts. We speak only what needs to be spoken. Take a nice breath in and let this one out. There we go. So we're going to open up our palms. We're going to ask to be shown. What is the practice this morning? Morning. So immediately I'm shown a Ferris wheel, and I hate Ferris wheels. They're so scary. So it's interesting. I was shown the Ferris wheel and I was asking, why am I being shown this? And it was, it's time to face that one thing that you're afraid of. But it's like, not fear. It's like an excited fear. It's an excitement. Like, it's an excitement, fear to go on a roller coaster or a Ferris wheel. Like, God, I'm so afraid. And I'm also kind of excited. Right. So there's something in your life that's like that where you might feel nervous, afraid, want to do it, but you can't. You want to do it, but you can't. Right. I want you to place your hand on your heart, and I want you to just feel into that, letting it just land in your body. There we go. Okay, now I want you to, with your eyes closed Ask to be shown what is the benefit? Why would it be a benefit to you to lean in and to do that thing, that thing that feels so scary? Why would it be a benefit? Why? Just listen in, listen in. Is it you finally writing your book? Is it you building that business? Is it you creating that podcast? What is it? What's the thing? And what is the benefit of you actually doing it if you actually getting on the Ferris wheel? Right, we just feel that come in. And then I want you to let that benefit be louder than the nervous fear. I want you to focus on the benefit. Focus on the benefit so much. We focus on the thing that we're afraid to do, and we don't focus on the end result that might actually be possible if you do it right. So if you're afraid to launch your podcast, then you need to focus on what's the impact? Well, that podcast is going to go in multiple people's ears. It's going to change their lives, and it's all going to ripple goodness into the world. Well, that benefit totally trumps the fear, the excited fear. Okay, so if you are afraid to launch your book into the world, well, let's look at the benefit. The benefit is, one, you're going to become a published author. Two, you're going to change so many people's lives. So I want you to place your hand on your heart, and I want you to see, feel, hear, witness the benefit of you moving through this fear. And we're gonna let that be our main focus. So we're gonna ask your angels to help you remember that that's the focus. The focus is the benefit, the impact, what it's going to do. You're gonna just breathe that in, and we're gonna let that come up to the surface, and we're gonna ask that the divine light will just clear out that fear that's right in the way. Just clear it out, clear it out, clear it out. Okay. Breathing in and out. All right, so on this beautiful day, I want you to take one action towards this thing, whatever it is. Maybe it's that you just ask for help or you reach out or like one thing, one measurable action towards the thing that you've been afraid to do. All right? You're going to lean in, full heart, full trust, and you're take one action. I want you to receive what that action is right here, right now. Ask to receive. Ask to receive. God divine. Show me my one action that I can do today towards this thing. First thing you hear, that's your answer. Breathe in, breathe out. All right, my friend. It's gonna be a great day. It's going to be a fantastic day. I want you to place your arms up and rolling it back, getting back into your body. May today be a day of wild excitement and bold actions. And I will see you tonight.
