Morning Prayer I Letting Go I God is My Business Plan

This is a guided morning prayer / letting-go practice led by Keira Brinton. The session opens with body-waking movement and breathing, calls in angels and guides, then guides listeners to identify one persistent attachment (belief, pattern, relationship, money/body/business issue) to release. The practitioner visualizes unhooking tethers, wrapping the issue in light, placing it on an altar between the participant's heart and God’s heart, and asking angels to escort it to the divine to be healed or released. The practice closes with breathing, a sense of quiet, and a blessing for a day of miracles.

Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Why don't we wake up our bodies today? All right, so let's do a little shaking. Shoulders up. Open your heart. Oh, gosh. Shoulders up. Open your back heart. Open your front heart and back heart. Let's get some fire up in here. Okay, Breathing in. All the way to that lower belly. Again. One more. Right hand on your heart. Left hand on the front solar plexus. Feel those vibrations moving through your body. Opening up, opening up. Open up. Ah. Let's call in all of our angels, our guides, our leaders, those who are here to support us, those who are here who love us, who believe in us, who are here to open pathways for us. We're going to invite them all in and into the divine light to come and sit with us today. Got a little cozy just now. They all just came on in. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. Heard. The light will touch our third eyes, will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Breathing. One more. What is the practice today? The practice today. Ooh. Is letting go. Oh, I love that. I love that. I love that. Okay, so. So I'm going to get nice and warm here. I channel much better when I am warm. Okay. How are we going to let go today? Okay, I want you to. Okay. There's. There's one thing. What is it? Coming in. It's coming in. There's one thing. There's one thing. There may be many things, but we're gonna find the one thing today that you are holding onto claws deep. Don't want to let go. Maybe it's an old belief system. Maybe it's a pattern, an addiction. Maybe it's a relationship, a business deal. Oof. I want to just. That one caught me. Maybe it's something that you just. You don't want to let it go. You don't want let it go. Whatever it is, we're gonna pull out, pull our claws out of it. We're gonna wrap it in love, and we're gonna let it go. And sometimes when we let things go, they actually come right back, like a boomerang. Sometimes when we let things go, they leave, and we get blessed with better things. So what you're gonna do is you're going to take your hands. Oh. I'm going to pull them out of this warm blanket. It's freezing. Okay. You're going to take your palms and you're going to hold the thing in your hand, whatever it is, or do you see it? Your relationship to your body, let's let that go, right? If it's not healthy, let's let it go. Your relationship to money, if that's not healthy, let's let that go. Your relationship to business, to work, whatever it is, you know, hold it right here, see it, feel it, witness it. And you're going to let it know that you love it. I love you and I'm going to let you go. I love you and I'm going to free you. And wherever it's tethered into your body with the tether hooks, right, the ones we've worked on before, if you've never done one of those sessions, it's like a trampoline hook. It's like clocks in like this. And we can unhook it. We're going to unhook wherever the tethers are in your body. Unhook, unhook, unhook. Woo. We got some back here. We're going to unhook them all. We're going to wrap them all in light, hand them over onto the altar. The altar that is between our hearts, my heart and God's heart, your heart and God's heart. There's an altar between. Between our hearts. We're going to put it on that altar and you're going to look at it. You're going to look at it. It's almost like it's. It's like a parachute. That's what it looks like. It's like it has a center, which is the thing, and then it has like a parachute that's tethered to it, that's been hooked into you. And it's laying on the altar and you're just going to let it know, like, I love you. I love you. You have served me for many years. You have brought me results and I'm letting you go. I don't know if you felt that move all the way out the toes of your feet, but I did. So we're going to do that again. You say, I love you. Thank you for everything that you did in my life. I'm letting you go. Now we're going to ask that our angels will come and escort it. We've wrapped it in love. They're going to escort it over to the divine, to God, that it may be healed and made whole and cleansed. And if it is in our highest good that this thing comes back fully healed and cleansed, that it will. That if it needs to move on and be gone. That it will leave and that we are opening up the space and asking our angels. Open up the space for something better to arrive. Something better. There we go. All right. I want you to just breathe in and just feel the relief of not having that on your body, whatever it was. We're just gonna feel the relief. There we go. Breathe in again, then you're going to breathe out. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Notice how still you are. Notice the quiet in your body. When we let go of the energy of having to hold on for something, it gets quiet in our bodies. Quiet is the realm of miracles. Quiet means your mind is not running the show. There we go. There we go. There we go. All right, my friend, now this. This is a place to start a day in. This is a place to feel rooted and whole. The final piece before we leave today is we're going to ask the divine light to come through and pour cleansing and healing powers of love through any places where the hooks may have been inside of your body. They had already healed up. No, we're not going to do that. Pete feels whole. Take one more deep breath in and out. Heart, my friend, from this beautiful space of ease and peace, may you have a day of miracles. A blessed day of light, and I will see you tonight.
