All right. Good morning, my friend. Today you are in my office with me. So my morning prayer videos have turned into more late morning prayer videos because my personal prayer practice has actually gotten longer lately, and so I haven't been able to fit in these videos right from my bed. So here you are, you're with me in my office, my beautiful lava painting behind me, and we're gonna do a prayer video this beautiful morning. So. So I want you to just take a nice deep breath in and breathing out and breathing in and out, letting go of any noise in the mind, of any noise in the body, anyone's energy that's connected to you, letting it all the way out the soles of your feet. You're gonna breathe in. One more breath in. We're gonna let this wake up. Your gifts, your purpose, your mission, your magic. Waking it up, waking it up, waking it up. I want you to envision this really beautiful shield of light around you to protect you and to infuse you with light. Ah, there we go. Let's call in all of our angels, our guides, our leaders, those who are here to support us, those who are here to hold space with us, to hear us, to guide us, and to work with us. We're going to call them in and through the divine light to come and sit with us right here, right now, so we can see exactly what needs to be done. We're going to ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. We're going to ask that light will touch our third eye chakras so we can have access to our gifts of seeing visions, of hearing the divine, of knowing and feeling truth. We're going to ask that light will cleanse our lips, that what we speak will be our truth. That's beautiful. Sounds like we're gonna do a little throat chakra today. What we speak will be our truth. Interesting, that phrase. I want you to drop your eyes into the throat. So the throat chakra is the place where we speak our truth. This is a place in which we are seen for who we really are. But most of us, the throat chakra is not functioning at the highest level, which means it's hard to speak our truth, which means that it's hard to be seen for who we really are. And it means that it's easier to play small and to dim our light, dim our gifts to make other people comfortable. Right? So when you place your hands on your heart and you're gonna breathe out, all right, how are you gonna do this. There is some visual coming in. Let me see if I can gather some of the pieces here. Okay. So I want you to imagine with me that you are in this. It's really beautiful. It's like a field that has baby's breath. You know what baby's breath is? That really beautiful white flower that looks like, a little bit like, I don't know, magic. It's like you've never looked at baby's breath. Just Google baby's breath. It's like this really beautiful, wispy white flower. Okay. So you're in this huge field of baby's breath. And it's super interesting because the vision that I'm seeing is that the sky is really dark, but because of the white, baby's breath of the field where you're standing is filled with light. Huh. Interesting. So I'm going to ask, what does that represent? Oh, okay. Okay. So what this is representing is the light and the dark that you are. That you can be all light and have all this shadow inside of you, but that you are all light, even with the shadow. And that means that anytime you speak your truth, it may feel like parts of your shadow. It may feel like parts of the dark. Like the things you want to push down. You don't want to tell these truths. You don't want to speak boldly. You want to just tuck it in, tuck it in. And you want to just play in the realm of light and pleasing and making people feel good. Like baby's breath. But it's both. And it's that you are all light and you have these dark pieces. Dark doesn't mean evil. It just means that there's shadow parts. They're the places that we don't want to look, but. But they're the places that when we do look, holds our treasures. We can't be all light. We have to be able to see our light and our dark. And when we can be with our light and our dark, we're able to speak more fully. We're able to let other people see us more fully, which is what opens and heals the throat. This is the place of expansion. So I want you to take your hands on your heart, and I want you to speak out loud these words. I love you. I love all of your light, all of your magic, all of your gifts, and I love all of your dark, all of your struggles, all of your weaknesses, all of your faults. I love all of your light, and I love all of your dark. I love you. I love you. I love you. Take A nice breath in, breathing out, letting that love filter through your body. I want you to imagine if you've ever seen a pitcher of water that you pour water in and then it has a filter that filters the water out so that the water is clean and clear at the bottom of the pitcher. I want you to imagine this filter. So close your eyes. I want you to imagine there's this filter and all this love is being poured through your body from the divine, and it's filtering out all the rocks and the dirt and the rubble that don't want to feel loved, that say I'm not worthy of being loved, that say I'm not lovable. I want you to let all the love move in. And everything that says you're not lovable gets filled, filtered out. And as soon as it's filtered out, it just gets disintegrated into the divine light. It has no access to you. It has no access in you, around you, above you, below you. It is completely cleaned and cleared from off of you and your being, Allowing you to feel this divine love move through your body, securing you in this love, landing you in this love, holding you in this love for all of your light and for all of your dark. Here we go. All right. We're going to wrap you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet, grounding you in this love. And we're going to ask your angels to open up space and time for you today for you to speak your truth, for you to be heard, for you to be seen as you are and loved and witnessed for who you are.
