Morning Prayer I Loving Our Broken Pieces I God is My Business Plan

A guided morning prayer and spiritual practice led by Keira Brinton focused on vulnerability, breaking routine in ritual, and discovering beauty and gifts within personal ‘broken pieces.’ The session blends breathwork, gentle movement, a visualization of placing broken parts on an altar between the participant’s heart and God’s heart, a ‘prayer of light’ to open sensing and speech, and an invitation to share and reframe wounds into gifts through divine perspective and community support.

Good morning. Welcome to this beautiful, beautiful practice. I am so excited and so nervous because last night in the evening prayer video, I was shown to get rid of my whole beginning intro on these videos, which means that these videos just got even more vulnerable for me. And also every part of it is actually a dropped in received experience. So no more of the morning. The ritual of the sound. All the things, all the things, they all just got dropped. Now, that doesn't mean we're not using them. It just means that I use them when I'm shown. So we'll still call on our angels at some point. We'll take. Still do the prayer of light at some point. We will still probably use sound because sound is magic. But what I was shown last night, if you watch the video, you watch me being shown real time. Like it was a real struggle that these pieces are all essential. But we use them when we're inspired. We use them as needed. The ritual, the routine really shuts down the magic. When we drop into routine, we shut down hearing from God isn't that interesting. So if you were ever very routine in your spiritual practices, such as a checklist, you notice that, like, God doesn't exist in that. And I've always done that. At least in the last few years, I've really realized that. So it's really interesting that in this practice of my most sacred practice, I still had routine and it was deleting the connection. So the routine deleted the connection. So here we are. No routine feels a little wobbly and also like full liberation, full freedom. So here we go. I want you to just move with me for a second. Take some deep breaths into your lower belly, letting your ribs move. This time I want you to breathe in and I want you to feel it into your back ribs. Like I want you to feel it into that back area of your body. So breathing in. And out. One more and out. So I want you to lift your arms up, put your chin to your chest. Let's open up the ribs. Oh, my gosh. I'm realizing that this. This area of my body gets really stagnant. So we get to move it. All right, let's get some energy moving in the palms of your hands. Breathing in some light. Allowing light to move and ebb through the body. Waking up the. The interesting or waking up the broken pieces today. Okay, sure. Here we go. Happy morning. Wake up some broken parts. Here we go. Breathe it in. Letting the light move into all the crevices of your body. Getting some fire in the palms of your hands. Breathing in. Let's break up the broken pieces. The pieces that we push underneath rugs, the pieces that we hide. Let's bring them to the surface. Last breath. I want you to place your hands on your heart. I want you to feel the vibrations moving into the palms of your hands. Softening the heart walls. Softening the heart walls. So right here. I feel stuck. I don't know. What are we gonna do with these broken pieces? So what I want to do is I want to call in our angels, our guides. I want to call in those who can support this practice for you, for me. Those who can clear out the confusion, clear out what's not clear. Those who are here to support this session, this work, we're going to call them in through the divine light to be right here, right now. Okay? So what I'm being shown is you're just going to gather in all these broken pieces, and we're going to place them out on the altar right between our heart and God's heart. And it's almost like. It's like. It's interesting. They're broken and they're. They're not beautiful, but they're like hidden treasures. It's almost like we hide our broken pieces like you would hide a treasure. Okay, that's the word I hear. You hide the broken pieces like you hide treasure. But the broken pieces create suffering, and the broken pieces distract you. So we're going to bring all of them out, lay them on the altar, and wherever they were hiding, we're just going to ask that light will pour over where they were hiding so that it's cleaned, it's cleansed, it's cleared, it's activated and healing wholeness. So now we've got all these broken pieces. They're like. They're, like, rotten, right? Like, they. They're rotten because they've been stuck in dark places. They're, like, a little bit, like, moldy, and it's not beautiful. And there's, like, an embarrassment of all these broken pieces. Like, oh, my gosh, look at all this mess right here. I want you to close your eyes, and I want you to feel this. So this is not in your mind. This is in your heart. This is in your body. I want you to feel there's, like, a vulnerability in letting all the broken pieces out. And I want you to feel God looking at the broken pieces, and I want you to see them through his eyes or her eyes, or God is for you, right? The divine size, God's eyes. How are your broken pieces seen by the divine. What I see is this. Look, you see this? How magically sparkly that is, right? Isn't that beautiful? So immediately what I saw was that when I saw the broken pieces, they were moldy, they were yucky, they were jagged. And then when I saw it through God's eyes, they were this. Still jagged. This is actually a very jagged rock. But look at how beautiful and shiny and magical that is. And see, I love this stone because you see the heart, right? Like from here, there's no heart. From here, there's no heart. From here, there's a heart. See that? So what I'm being shown is that the way that we're viewing them, the way that we view our broken pieces, We can't see the beauty, but the way God sees our broken pieces. God sees the beauty. He sees the beauty in the broken pieces. So we're just going to sit and ask that we can be shown. Can we be shown the beauty that is within our brokenness? Can we be shown the magic that is within the brokenness? So I'm going to invite you to just open palm it, and we're going to pour some light over the heart. And I want you to just see and hear. Now, if you can't hear, we're going to clear your ears. So this is where the prayer of light is coming in right now. So we're going to ask that light will come and touch your ears so that you can spiritually hear what God is saying to you so you can spiritually hear the messages that are coming to you. We're going to ask that light will touch your third eye, that all of your gifts, your gifts of seeing, your gifts of hearing, gifts of knowing, feeling, understanding, will be brought here to the surface so that you have access to them in and through the divine light. And there's really no need to cleanse the lips, but let's cleanse them because maybe you can speak it out loud. We're gonna ask. The light will cleanse your lips so that you can speak the words that you are being taught. You can speak what needs to be spoken. All right, so open palm. What it. What is the beauty in the brokenness? Can you see the beauty in the brokenness? Have God show you the magic in your broken pieces and broken parts. Okay? So what I'm being shown is the power of ants. I love this. This came in once when I was doing a channeling session with someone. And now it's like this really beautiful analogy that gets shown to me. So the analogy of the ants and what I'm being shown right here is how we think that the broken pieces are too heavy for us to carry. They're too heavy. It's like they're too much. Those are the words. Like, these broken pieces are too much. They're too much. What God is showing me that when you partner with God, you become like an ant. The power of an ant. The power of an ant is that they can carry far more than their body weight. And they work as a crew. You're never to see one ant by itself. It's like, never an ant, just alone by itself. They're always in this community. So what I'm hearing is God saying. Saying God is showing me that when you hand your broken pieces over to God, it's not that they completely go away. It's not like. And now they are wiped out of your body. I mean, maybe, sure. Or it could be that. Or that God just helps you have the strength to carry them and that there's something about community which is. Like. Don't want to say this part. So let's say it, and then let's see if we can figure it out. So it's something like when we share our broken pieces with others, when we share broken pieces with others, the burdens are lifted and connection heals. That is beautiful. So when we share broken pieces with others, connection heals us and our burdens are lifted. It's interesting because most of the time, we just hide these broken pieces. We hide them. We hide them. We hide them because it feels safer. Because somehow it's like they are our hidden treasures that we hate. Oh, sorry, just knocked my light. They are our hidden treasures that we. That we despise. And so we tuck them in deep. But then we carry the burdens on our own. They're heavy. They're too heavy for us. They are too much for us. And they disconnect us. But when we bring them out, hand them over to God, the burdens are lifted. When we share them with those that we feel inspired to share with, that feels like an important piece. Those that you feel inspired to share with, that connection will heal you and that the burdens are lifted. It's a beautiful message today. So I'm going to hold my beautiful reminder, right? The beautiful reminder that your broken pieces are actually magic. That when you ask God to show you the beauty in your broken pieces, that you will be shown them. And I want to invite you to drop in for the last little minute here, and I want you to see the broken pieces back out on the altar, and I want you to tap each one with your hand, and I want you to tell them that you love them. I love you. I love you. I see you. I witness you. I love you. I see you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I want you to take your love and you're going to weave this beautiful blanket. So whatever comes out of your hands, you'll see the color. Whatever comes out of your hands, we're going to weave this love over and over and over and over these gifts. Oh, interesting. The broken pieces just turned into gifts. Did you see that? That's really interesting. So we're going to weave. Once you weaved your love over the broken pieces, they became gifts. Oh, that is magic. When you can love your broken pieces and your broken parts, they become your gifts. That is the message of today. That is magic. I love that so very much. To take a deep breath in. I want you to feel the divine's love swaddling you in the way that God sees you. Let's leave with some sound. I want you to take a deep breath in, and I want you to feel the sound move through your body, nurturing your nervous system, bringing you back into wholeness, Pouring light throughout your day, activating your gifts. All right, my beautiful friend. I love you. This was so much fun, and I will see you tonight.
