Good morning. I want you to take a nice, deep breath in. You're going to breathe in all the way down to the toes. So here we go. Breathing out and in and out. Letting your shoulders drop to the ground. Moving your right ear to your shoulder. Sighing, let everything drop. Left ear to the shoulder and let it drop. I want you to put your focus right at the third eye. And in this space, I want you to take your attention to wake up energy in the third eye. So I want your palms up. And if you don't know how to do that, that's fine. They don't expect you to. I want you to just close your eyes. I want you to breathe in and imagine. Actually, I want you to take your left hand and just touch your third eye, and you're going to breathe up energy straight to that third eye. So you're just going to breathe in, and you're going to bring it right into that third eye with the intention of waking up your gifts. You're going to breathe up again straight to that third eye with the intention of waking up your gifts. There we go. One more. And out. All right. So in this beautiful place, this marvelous place of activating your gifts, we're going to call on your spiritual team and invite them to hold this space with us in and through the divine light so you can hear exactly what you need. You are going to receive what you need. Take a nice breath in and out. If you yawn, let yourself yawn. It's such a way to release energy. Release it, release it, release it. All right. So before I sat down, I went into prayer, and the image that I got was interesting. I want you to imagine what it would be like to be barefoot and prick your toe on a needle. What would happen to your foot? What would the immediate thing be? Pull it off right away, right? It's like your immediate reaction. If you step on something sharp, your foot will always pop right back up and it gets you moving, right? So the message that came to me this morning is that we have needle moments in life. We have moments that hurt, that are like pricks on our tender feet. And we want to cry about it. But what we don't notice is that they're there to get us moving. They're there to get us in action, right? So this place of true action usually has what we call an inciting event. So one of my favorite books of all time, I can never remember the name of it, I think it's a thousand years and a million miles. He talks about the inciting event. It's an event that pulls you forward to get where you need to go. So today I want you to just notice that if you've been in a pinch, if you've been in an area of, like, pain, I want you to look at it as. It's the inciting event getting you to move. It's the needle. It's the needle in the vision I was shown today to pick you up and move you forward, right? So you're gonna place your hand on your heart and you're gonna breathe in and you're gonna breathe out. And I want you to just notice what recently have you felt the pinch or the pain or the needle that got you out and moving. What was it? And right now you might be seeing it as like, this is the worst thing that's happened. This isn't working for me. Why aren't things getting better? I want to reframe it with you. I want to reframe it, okay. I want to show you that it's actually the inciting event getting you to go where you need to go. One of our greatest enemies is being comfortable. It's one of our greatest enemies. It's the thing that's going to hold you back. It's going to keep you in stagnation, comfortable, keeps you small. But we really like it there. We want to stay there, right? Like, that's not really how God works. God's like, I prepped you for something. Get off the damn couch. God swears with me, it's fine. But I want you to feel that, right? Like this thing that you're going through right now that feels uncomfortable, it feels painful. It's like, oh, it's like stepping on a needle. I want you to ask to be shown why, like, what is it propelling you forward to do? What is it? What is it being the inciting event for? Maybe you'll see it, maybe you won't. But if you can reframe it to be such, it's not going to have the low vibrational frequency of being a thorn in your foot. Instead, you're going to use it like fuel. And it's going to fuel you to do the next thing. It's going to fuel you to take the next action, right? So I want to have you take a nice breath in and I want you to breathe out and you're going to breathe in and you're going to breathe out. And I want you to just place your hands on your heart and just ask to receive answers around this pain point, this pinch the thorn in your foot. Receive insights. What is it here to push you to do? There we go. If you don't see it, we're going to ask that you be shown it throughout the day. Today, as you go about your work, your creations, your business, your life, that you are able to see the purpose in this moment. You're able to see the purpose. You're able to see why you're in this uncomfortable pain. Because it's here that's really going to crack you open. To become what you're here to become. Comfortable never cracks us open. And it's like we have to get cracked open because there's something inside that wants to be unleashed. That only can be unleashed when you are cracked. All right, so take a nice breath in. Breathing out. Placing your hand on your heart and right underneath your sternum bone, grounding you back in your body. I want you to honor yourself. That you know exactly what needs to happen next. No matter what your brain says, no matter what the fear is, you know exactly what needs to happen next. Breathing in, breathing out. There we go. I'm going to ask that light will be poured through you from the crown of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes, grounding you in this love. Grounding you in the hope and faith that there is a future much brighter than you could even imagine. And that if you can take action, you will get there sooner. One more breath in. Breathe out. All right, my friend. I'll see you tonight.
