Good morning, good morning, good morning. Welcome to this beautiful practice. We're gonna dive right on in. We're gonna wake up flow. We're gonna wake up your heart. We're gonna do some beautiful work today. You place your hands on your knees. I want you to roll back and forth on your sit bones. So you're gonna go forward. Oh, backwards. You're gonna go side to side. We're gonna get really grounded with our sit bones, Okay? I want you to just notice how it starts to shake your energy down. Move those ribs, Move those ribs. Oh, we're doing a little dance today, huh? I like this Breathing in. There we go. All right, you're going to reach over and let's round the back. Yeah, we got a lot of dance moves coming in today. Round that back. Oh, looks like we're gonna do some work in the lungs today. All right, so let's call in all of our angels and our guides, those who are here to support us with our work, our purpose, our mission. We're going to invite them in into the divine light to come see, sit with us, to hold space with us, to show us visions, to show us exactly what needs to be done. This morning, we're going to ask. The light will touch our ears, our third eye, and our lips. We can hear what needs to be heard, access our spiritual gifts, cleanse our lips, so we speak only what needs to be spoken. Hand on your heart. Take a nice breath in and out. So I said that we were going to do some work in the lungs. The lungs hold grief. They hold sadness. And when we experience grief, it's always going to hijack our days. And grief is there for a purpose, but if we let it stay in our body, then it actually weighs us down. So I want you to imagine this beautiful circular warmth of the sun, right? Just like this beautiful warm sun. And I want you to imagine the sun being wrapped around, like a floaty device around your lungs, okay? You have, like, this donut of sunlight around your lungs. We're going to do some breaths, and as we breathe, I want you to imagine the sun soaking up the grief, because grief energy is like water in a sponge, makes it heavy. Okay? So we want to let all the grief start to be like condensation, melting, not melting. What's the word? You know. You know what it is dripping off your lungs. Okay? So you're just going to breathe in and breathe out. And. Out. One more. And out. There we go. Letting it leave the lungs. Ah, there we go. So anytime you have grief, you're just gonna do this practice because grief is there for a purpose, but then we have to let it move through us. And this is a way to just let it kind of melt off of. Of our body, just drip off. I want you to notice how you can breathe better in your lungs once you notice your shoulders moving up and down. All right, we're gonna twist and turn. We're twisting the lungs out right now. Again and out. Really letting your lungs move, letting them breathe. Whatever you've been grieving, I want you to place your hand on your heart. You're going to breathe in. We're going to wrap this grief in. So much love. We're going to hand it over. Hand it over. I wrap it, wrap it, wrap it in light. You hand it over to God. You're going to really tap into this beautiful place of surrender, letting the grief leave your body. What I'm hearing is it's really beautiful when it rains, unless it fills something up all the way, like a house or your shoes, right? It's like rain needs to come to cleanse the earth. But when rain becomes a problem is when it fills something up and it gets stuck. Grief is here to cleanse and clear you. But when it gets stuck in your body, that becomes a problem. So that's why we gotta move it out of our lungs, move it out of our body. No longer carrying the grief. Gonna breathe in, you're gonna breathe out. There we go. All right. Now that you have freed up all this energy, it's going to give you space to create today. It's going to give you space to open up new pathways. Create, be enlightened. Be in joy. Allow yourself to be in those beautiful places. Allow yourself to let the grief go. Today is going to be a day of beautiful miracles. All right, my friend, I will see you tonight.
