Good morning.
Good morning.
Good morning. You ready? Let's do this. Let's drop into our bodies. Let's create a magnificent day, and let's see what the practice is. Because you know and I know I never know what the practice is until we drop in.
So we shall see.
Let's start with some sound. Take a nice breath in and breathing out. Breathing in and out. Letting the sound clear out any stress that you may have about the day ahead. Letting the sound wake up your gifts. Feels like today is a day of sound. We have a lot of sound that wants to come through, so we're going to do a little bit of drumming. So sound is one of the fastest ways to change your vibrations. If you want to feel differently, sound will take you there. So that means chanting. That means sound bowls, that means drums get a lot. I have a lot of different sounds here. So we're going to do a little bit of my fire drum. It's one of my favorite drums. I want you to allow the sound to move through your body and clear out any blocks that you might be having. And also, we're going to invite the sound to. To nurture and nourish your nervous system. So take a nice breath in.
Interesting. Interesting.
Today's practice is all about sound. So I'm going to play a bunch of my sound that I don't know if I've. I don't think I've ever played this for you. This is my ocean drum, and this helps the nervous system. So today feels like a total nervous system. Reset. We started with bowls. We did a little fire drum. I want you to just close your eyes. We're just gonna call in your angels and your guides to hold this space with you today and into the divine light to help you wherever you need help, and that the sound will be exactly what you're needing. So if you're feeling burnt out, let the sound regenerate you. If you're feeling like your fire is gone, let the sound wake your fire up. All right. Sometimes we're way too much fire, and sometimes we're way too much water. We're going to just like. Let's bring in this middle ground. You ready? Okay. So I'm going to do a little bit of sound with my ocean drum. I want you to close your eyes and let the sound move through you.
It.
Oh. Feeling it all today. There's a lot of energy moving through the body. I want you to place your palms up on your knees. Ah. We're gonna do. Oh, we're gonna do A little chanting.
Wow, this is an interesting practice today.
Okay, so your voice is the sound that heals your body. So when you chant, you heal your body. When you sing, you heal your body. So I want you to place your hands in prayer position, thumbs against the sternum.
Let's see if you can see me.
A little bit better. Elbows out. So no, none of this, like, elbows out.
Firm.
We're pushing against. We're holding this tight. Like, this is actually with intention. Not just like. Like. Like we turn the. The hose on and there's water flowing. We're turning on the energy within you and allowing it to flow. Okay, so we're here. We're going to do a. I am not a singer. I do not have pitch. Okay, like, that's not what this is about. This is about you hearing your voice and allowing it to. To actually, like, vibrate your body, to bring you into a place of higher being. Okay, so, ready? Take a nice breath in. Close your eyes. Shoulders back, pushing down against each other. The palms of your hands. Thumbs against your sternum. Shoulders really far away from the ears. Breathing in. Follow along. O.
My.
Oh.
My. That last one.
Keep those lips closed and let it vibrate through your lips. Breathing in, oh.
My. Last round. O.
My.
Relaxing your arms. Noticing how different you feel in six minutes. How sound can quiet the mind, heal the nervous system, and bring you back into a really grounded place. So I'm gonna play a little bit more sound. But in this moment, I want you.
To ask God, what's the number one most important thing that you do today?
Most important?
First thing that comes to you.
That's your answer. You're gonna write it down, okay? So you're gonna breathe in.
Asking to be shown what the most important thing. The most important thing for you to do today. Staying out of the mind and into the heart.
There we go. In this beautiful place, we're going to ask your angels to help you do this one thing and to keep your nervous system grounded, nourished, and feeling whole.
What a beautiful practice today. That's the first time we've ever done.
All of that sound. So that was really fun. I hope that you feel a difference, and may today be a day of miracles. There's a mantra I want to lend you as you go about this day. Place your hand on your heart, and I want you to say out loud, everything that comes to me is good. Everything that comes to me is good. Everything that comes to me is good. Everything that comes to me is good.
Mmm.
There we go. It's delicious. All right, my friend. I will see you tonight.
