The speaker leads listeners through gentle neck/shoulder movement and breathwork, invites divine light and angels to create a protective shield, guides a visualization down the body (crown to root chakra), and gives a concrete five-day journaling practice using the prompt "I feel safest when..." to help listeners identify and create pockets of safety. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. I want you to take a nice breath in. So happy you're here. Let's take our ear to the shoulder. And our ear to the shoulder. And again and again. There we go. And chin up and chin down. And chin up and down. There we go. Getting some movement in that neck. Oh, it feels so good. Rolling back your shoulders, opening your heart. Breathing all the way to the lower belly and out. All right. On this beautiful morning, we're gonna invite the divine light to pour through from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet. Clean, cleaning, cleansing, clearing the pathway within you, around you, below you, beneath you, creating a shield of light that will infuse you and insulate you with light. All right, so we are going to. Safety is the word that's coming. So let's do practice on safety. So we're going to ask that the divine light will open up our pathways of hearing. That we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. That we can have visions as we ask the light to bless our third eye. We can have visions of what needs to be said and done and created. That light will cleanse our lips. So we speak only what needs to be spoken. Let's call on your angels and your guide and those who are here to help you to this morning in our practice and into the divine light to come and sit with us. Let's fill our hearts with so much warmth and so much light. Let's ask God, how do we work on safety? You cannot expand unless you feel safe. You cannot really grow until you are held in safety. Ah. So what we're going to do is we're going to just go down through the body from the crown of the head, and we're going to move and eat. I want you to go back to when you felt the safest. When did you feel the safest? Listen and listen. When did you feel the safest? All right, I want you to go there, and I want you to sit down and I want you to ask your inner knowingness, what can I do to help people? What can I do to help people feel safe? What can I do? I want you to open your palms and just listen. What is the first thing that comes to your mind? So this is the place of safety. As you follow the inspiration that you just saw, you're going to create a place of safety for you and for those that you serve. Safety is what allows us to be vulnerable. Safety is what allows us to expand. Safety is the baseline that you want to build everything off of. So you're going to listen to what you need to feel safe. You're going to listen to what you need to teach other people how to feel safe. And this becomes a journaling practice. A journaling practice of every morning or every night writing the words, I feel safest when. Fill out the blank. I feel safest when. And as you do this, you're going to start to pattern your mind to find those pockets of when you feel safest. Because when you feel safe, you are able to create success. You're able to feel and give love. Safety is the language that creates all the miracles that we want. You gotta feel safe first. So I want you to have this be like a five day practice that you just simply write out I feel safest when and then insert the answer. Okay, so I want you to just breathe in. We're gonna pour that into your root chakra, which is at the base of the spine. This is a place where we feel unsafe and unmet when we are not functioning at our highest levels. So I want you to just take a nice breath in asking your body, what do you need to feel safe? What do you need to feel safe? What do you need to feel safe? Breathing in and breathing out. Breathing in and breathing out. I want you to say, just channel it through. I feel safest when. And say it again. I feel safest when. And you want to fill these in? Okay. Then you're going to request that all of your angels will come and hold space for you. That you will find these pockets of safety every single day so that you can create that energy for others to live into. Final breath, in and out. We're pouring light through you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your your feet. Waking up fire. Waking up creation. Waking up light. There we go. All right, my friend, I will see you tonight.
