Keira Brinton guides a morning prayer using breathwork, visualization, and invocations of angels and Kali to clear illusions blocking your progress. You place a problem between your heart and God's heart, then use violet light and a sword of light to reveal truth and ground it in your body.
Good morning. Good morning. Let's go. Let's do this. Are you ready? I'm ready. We're gonna drum this in today. Here we go. And take a nice deep breath in. We're gonna wake your cells up. Breathing in, breathing out. Loud exhale, here we go. In loud, exhale. And in and out. Today, my dear friend, we are clearing out illusions. Illusions get in the way, and they stop us. They stop us from momentum. They stop us from writing our books, from creating our businesses, from being a leader. They stop us from love, from joy. Illusions are not real, but they feel real. So today, we're going to take a nice sword. We're going to clear right through those. We're going to wake up truth. We're going to activate your power, going to unleash your gifts. Here we go. Shake those arms. Let's call in all of our angels, our guides, those who are here to support us, those who are here to hold us, to heal us, to lead us, to help us with our work. Call them all in and into the divine light to come and sit with us. So I'm going to actually invite the goddess Kali to come in and be with us. You don't have to believe in her. These are just ideas. Okay? But the idea of Kali is that she comes in and she clears out illusions and she wakes up your fire. So let's bring her in. Let's invite her to sit with us in and through the divine light, to help us. So I want you to just feel the team that you have that just arrived right here, right now to work with you. All right, so how do we find illusions? Because if illusions look real, then how do we spot them? Well, this is the backwards way. When an area isn't working in your life, there's an illusion covering the truth. When you can spot the truth, then you get your solution, but the illusion covers it. Okay? So I want you to look at an area of your business, at an area of your creativity, at an area of your sole purpose of area in your love life, your parenting, whatever it is. An area of your life that just isn't really working. Okay? You're gonna pick that area up, put it in your palms. You're going to place it right here between my heart and God's heart. You put it between your heart and God's heart. And we're going to ask to be that this problem, this thing that's not working is going to be wrapped in light. And then we're going to ask that the divine will touch our eyes so that we can see truth. That light will touch our ears so we can hear truth. All right, we're going to ask that we may see truth around this problem. We may hear truth. We're going to ask that the divine light will take a sword of light and pierce through these illusions so that the curtains will be pulled back so that the lies will dissolve, so that you may see truth as truth. So holding it right here. I hear better with my eyes closed. You do what feels best to you. All right? Okay. I'm seeing some things. Oh, man. I did not expect to see what I saw. Which I guess was actually the case. Right. For clearing out illusions, we're not going to see what we thought was there, obviously. All right, if you need a few more minutes, pause this video and keep doing this. Practice. But if not, I want you to imagine this beautiful violet light coming in through the crown of your head when you breathe in. And as you breathe out, you're going to breathe it over this problem, and it's going to be like blowing dust off of an old book. And all the illusions are going to disintegrate within the presence of that light. And all that you will be left with is truth. This is real, right? Like, this is real. This. There's nothing here. Okay? So I want you to feel that same symbolism, that when we clear off the illusions, there will be a truth there, and you'll feel it. It'll be heavy. Okay? So you're going to breathe in this violet light. You breathe it out, Breathe in the light. And out. So all that is left is the truth. And you'll witness the truth and see the truth and ask that this truth will help you be set free. You're gonna wrap it in love, hand it over to God. Ask God, like, I need you to help me allow this truth to be set free in my life. I need help letting this truth be rewritten in my body. Ah, there we go. From the crown of your head all the way down to the toes of your feet. We're going to expand the light of truth. So we're going to ask that any dark corners throughout your body will be cleared out with the light of truth. We're going to start from the center of your body, right at your heart, and breathing in truth, letting it move all the way down your fingertips. You're going to breathe in through your throat, Asking that the light of truth will expand through your throat, clearing out anything that's an illusion. Breathing in, letting it clear out your face. Ah. Third eye crown and into the belly, clearing out things that aren't true. There we go. One more sacral root all the way down your legs. Clearing out truth. Letting the light of truth clear out anything that's not true. There we go. We're gonna pour this beautiful peace groundedness, protected, safe energy through your body. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Oh, we're gonna ask your angels to hold you today, this beautiful day. They will hold you as you walk. As new truths have been shown. It may feel different to exist.
