Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Can you hear the birds outside? So excited. I'm so excited because, ah, this time of year when it starts to get crisp, the magic just flows through the air. So we're jumping in to this beautiful video at a beautiful time of the year in this beautiful tent. Are you ready? Are you ready for today? Because my heart is about to burst. I can almost not even breathe. That's how much excitement is in my heart this morning. I have no idea why. So surely this video is going to be so much fun. I have no idea what we're gonna do, but it is obviously delicious. So let's drop in, let's see. See what this excitement is in my heart. Let's see, let's see what magical practice we have today. Waking up my whole neighborhood because, you know, I live on a hill that overlooks the whole valley. They all got the drum wake up call. All right, so take a deep breath in. Stretch your arms up. Ah, looking down. Moving your head. Oh, my gosh. Open your heart. Open your throat. Looking down. Okay, we got this move coming in. Interesting. We're gonna stretch our, our hands. Oh, gosh, it feels so good. If you want to go a little bit deeper, put your head to the side. I love when my dance teacher Kira comes out. This is dance teacher right here. It's going to come up through the soles of your feet. It's going to, it's going to do this motion all the way up through your legs, all the way up to your heart. So ready, breathe it in. There's this lava energy underneath your feet. Breathing it in all the way up the legs, all the way the legs, all the way up the sacral, the navel, the lungs. And it's going to get into your heart. We're going to breathe it here. It's going to get bigger and bigger and bigger. And I want you to breathe in. Breathe it in. And then pour it out your heart. Breathe it in. Ah. Letting it rest on your body. All right. What is this excitement about? Oh, my gosh. Okay, so we're gonna call in our angels. We're gonna call them in to clear out whatever. Can't let me see it. I can feel it, but I can't see it. So first, I want to ask. We're going to ask that our. Our angels will be called in, those who are here to support us. Our angels who love us also. Guides. You have these special guides who love you. There are ascended masters, those who've been assigned to you. You're so important that you have guides that have been assigned to you. How beautiful is that? We're going to call them in, into the divine light to come and be with us. We're going to ask that light will clear our ears, that they will help clear our ears so that we can spiritually hear what needs to happen right now that we can hear. What is this excitement? What is this magic? What needs to happen today? We're going to ask that our third eye, this chakra that holds our gifts of seeing, hearing, knowing, feeling, all of our intuition, we will be activated with fire. Ooh. Like that. The fire will activate our gifts that they can come forward through light. And then we're going to ask that light will cleanse our eyes so that we can vision. We can see the visions so we can see what needs to happen. I'm going to ask that my lips will be clean so I can speak only what needs to be spoken right here, right now. Oh, my gosh. What is this? Can you feel? Are you, like, so excited right now? What is this? Christmas that's coming right now. Oh, my goodness. Oh, my goodness. Okay, so the first thing I see, which is not at all what I would imagine is the redwoods. Okay. Okay, so where are we gonna go with this? I want you to breathe in with me. What I'm seeing is there's such magnitude. I don't know if you've ever been to the redwoods, but the trees, oh, my gosh, they are so big, and you can feel the roots are so deep. And it is like, it's so magical to be in the middle of the redwoods. So what I'm feeling is the natural excitement and awe of being in the grandeur of the redwoods. This is the image that's coming. So the excitement and awe. That's right Here, It's the same energy. So what I want us to do is look around in our life and notice the redwoods. What is the grandeur? What is the awe that you could witness right now? And it can feel small. Like how just listening to that bird just now, I don't know if you can hear it through the recording, but it was so, so beautiful. Yesterday I went to this restaurant and I had the most delicious dessert I've ever had in my life. And I'm. I, like, I have a gluten allergy. So there's like a lot of delicious things I don't get to have. Most delicious things I don't get to have. And they. Everything on this rest, like, everything was gluten free. So first of all, that was like I just had entered into my heaven. But. But they had this. Oh, my gosh, this. This chocolate mousse that had a mango nectar agave, like, dripped all over it. And I. I mean, every bite was like, my whole body was like, what is this flavor? What. How am I getting this right? Like, can we find those. Can we find those moments of just like the redwoods? Ah, that's what we do today. Okay. Oh, my gosh. Today's gonna be so much fun because if you can find that in your day, in your workday, in the. The grind, can we find that today? Can we find the pockets of magic today? I think we can. I think we can. So, ready? Let's do it. Do this. We're going to find some magic. How are we going to find some magic? All right, so inside your heart, this is what I'm being shown. Inside your heart, you have a magic seeker. I've never seen this. This is so fun. You have a magic seeker, something that actually seeks magic. And when it finds it, it activates this love in your heart that ripples throughout your whole body. Oh, my gosh. It's so beautiful. So we just need to invite your magic seeker to go out. Yeah, love. All right, so we're gonna invite this magic seeker. We're gonna invite it to come all the way up, wherever it's been hidden inside of you. Wherever. Like at some age you said magic seeker. I'm too old for you, right? Like, there was some age that this happened, and it's tragic. May this never happen to little children, and it happens to all. But let's bring that little magic seeker back up and we're going to just let them go out and say, I ask that you guide me today, that you help me seek the magic Find the magic. Delight in the magic. Just eat the delicious magic. Let it come and be here. Let me see it. Let me feel it. Let it activate the love in my heart. Today is a day of magic. But magic activates love. Magic is going to activate your heart in a way that I mean my heart right now. I wish you could feel it. I hope you can. I hope I can come through this right now. So we're going to activate the magic seeker. To activate this profound love in your heart. We're going to invite our angels to help us. Help us see the pockets of magic in every tiny second.
