Good morning. How are you, my friend? If you're watching this video real time, today is the day of love. Today is Valentine's Day. And so, I mean, I never get to really choose what we do here, but I did have a request with the divine that we can do a practice on self love. Let's see. Maybe. Maybe we can. Maybe it's something totally different. We shall see. Let's. So let's start by getting into our bodies. Take a nice breath in and out and in and out. Getting into your body this beautiful morning, Allowing your voice to be a healing agent for your body. Let's call in your spiritual teams. Let's call in all of your guides, your leaders, your teachers, those who are here to help you right here, right now in whatever you are going through and whatever you are experiencing that your angels can be there to comfort you. We're going to ask. The light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes, will have access to all of our spiritual gifts. And the light will cleanse our lips, so we speak only what needs to be spoken. There we go. All right, so we're going to open up, Dropping into the heart. All right? Okay. So see a little vision coming in. So I think it's going to lend towards self love. But we shall see. All right, so I want you to close your eyes, I want you to get into your body. I'm going to take you through this visualization that's coming up. Okay, so the image is of soil and these beautiful fresh new podlings are sprouting from the ground. And I want you to just watch, like if you could fast time their growth. They have these beautiful little green shoots that come up out of the ground and then they get taller and taller and taller. And then all of a sudden this little bud of a flower appears. And soon a huge tulip or a huge rose blooms from off of this plant. You know, it's interesting is what I'm seeing is that there were some bugs that came and they ate the leaves a little bit. And the stem is drooping because the flower is so heavy. But the flower only is the flower. The flower is only the flower. It's not worried about the leaf that's missing some pieces. It's not worrying about the droopiness of the stem. Instead it's just. It's just literally like rising to the sun and soaking in the beauty of the sun. And the flower is just the flower. It loves being the flower. And then we pull outside of it and you walk by the flower garden. You don't notice the stem that's drooping a bit or the leaves that got eaten. Instead you just notice the bloom and it brings you so much joy. You know where we're going with this? You are the flower. And maybe you have things about you that feel like your leaves got eaten by bugs or that your, your stem is drooping a bit. Maybe there are things that you struggle with about yourself, maybe personally in your, your. Your behaviors. Maybe you have some actions that you want to change that you beat yourself up about. Maybe it's your looks. But today's lesson is so simple, like, none of those things matter. You are the flower. And the more you can open up your heart up to the divine light and receive that beautiful light into your body, you will remember who you are, which is far more than any of your weaknesses, far more than any of your mistakes, far more than any inadequacies or imperfections. Remembering who you are is a call to self love. So the more you choose to rise and to shine, to share your beauty in the world, the more you remember that it is your soul that is who you are. This body of yours has changed so many times since it came to this earth. It has moved and ebbed through all the ages and all the different phases. And it is a beautiful, beautiful vessel that you get to take with you. But your soul is the bloom. Your soul is the bloom. It is the flower. And it is so perfect and it is so beautiful and it is so loved. I want you to take a nice breath in. I want you to just imagine being that beautiful flower. Imagine, ah, opening up to the sun, soaking in the rays. Imagine bringing joy to those who walk by you. I want you to let go of anything and everything that takes you away from loving yourself. Anything and everything that hijacks your attention and makes you criticize and be hard on yourself. We are letting go of all of that this morning and we are waking up the realization that you are perfect just as you are in all the brokenness and in all the gifts, in all the light and in all the dark. You are perfect just as you are. Take a nice breath in and breathe out, letting it land all the way down into the cells of your body. Rewriting this in you self. Love is when you see yourself. Remember yourself for who you really are. When you boldly shine, even with all of the weaknesses and even with all the imperfections, you are the bloom. All right, my friend. As you go about this day, letting that land in your body, allowing yourself to remember who you are and that it wakes up the love inside of you. All right. I will see you tonight.
