Morning Prayer I Soft Heart I God is My Business Plan

A short guided morning prayer led by Keira Brinton focused on raising vibration and keeping the heart soft. The practice uses breathwork, body grounding, visualizations (cracking ice around the heart, transferring pain into the divine's hands), and affirmations to release old pain and invite divine love, abundance, connection, and protection.

Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Today is going to be a fast, quick video. Today is going to be a day of how do we raise your vibrations so that you get better results everywhere today? All right, so let's start with our arms up. Deep breath all the way in your lungs. Oh, hi, lungs. Breathe into them. And out. One more. Open that. Throw open that throat. There we go. There we go. There we go. Let's just rub our heart, bringing us into our heart. Oh, today's practice, man. All right, I can see it. It's already here. All right, so let's start by calling in all of our angels, our guides, our leaders, like those who are here to support you in your mission, your purpose, your work, and those who just love you. We're going to invite them all in and into the divine light to come and sit and hold space with us. So breathing in, We're going to ask. The light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear what needs to be heard. The light will touch our third eyes. We'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts. The light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Take a nice breath in. And breathing out. Today. It's not what I thought it was. Why do I ever say what it is? I don't know. Today is about keeping your heart soft. Oh, damn. Right? Like, this is so hard. It's so hard because we open our hearts and then it feels like they get hurt, and then we wall them up. When we wall up our hearts, we wall up abundance. We're literally shutting out abundance. We're shutting out joy, we're shutting out connection. These practices lately, they're making me cry, every one of them. The practice is, how do we keep our hearts soft, even in the midst of the possibility of pain? Okay, so how do we do this today? First, we gotta crack it. Okay? I want you to just keep your head on your heart. Just gonna keep it here the whole time, just saying, hello, hello, hello. And I want you to imagine that if you were to throw a rock on an icy pond, that's not all the way sealed shut, right? Like, it's not solid, but it's icy. You would watch the crack moving through the pond. So I want you to just breathe in and breathe out and breathe in and breathe out. We're going to allow this really beautiful divine love to come and just first crack the walls around your heart and all the memories and all the. And all the experiences that say, don't have a soft heart. Everything, everything Everything that tells you to not have a soft heart, we're going to just let them melt down your body, letting them move into the earth. We see them, we feel them, we honor them. And you're bigger than them now. Like you've expanded past the shape of those memories and those experiences. So just gonna let them drop off your body. Okay, so now I want you to imagine the divine. So whoever the divine is for you, if that's God, Christ, divine mother, I want you to imagine them showing up and placing their hands on the front heart and the back heart. And all the leftover pain that's stuck in your heart, we're gon let it just magnetize out into their hands. Maybe there's the pain of not being loved, the pain of not being wanted, the pain of not being seen, the pain of not being heard, the pain of not being witnessed, the pain of being alone, the pain of disconnection. All these things, they wall the heart up and they keep us shut down. They keep us actually stuck and stagnant. So I want you to just do three breaths, letting all the pain seep out of your heart, front heart and back heart, into the divine hands. If you yawn, if you hiccup, if you cry, let your body do what your body needs to do. It's releasing the old pockets of pain. Let it do what it needs to do. Right here, right now. We're then going to ask that instead of them taking out, they're going to pour in. So we're going to ask the divine love, divine light to pour in the most extraordinary, delicious warmth love. You're gonna breathe it in now. And as you breathe out, you're gonna let it soak into your heart. You're gonna breathe in their love. Breathe out. Let it soak into your heart. Breathe in, breathe out. Soaking in, soaking in, soaking in. Ah, so, Del. Let your body do what your body needs to do. Let your body do what your body needs to do. And we're going to ask that the divine light will pour this veil over your front heart and your backyard to protect you. You can keep a soft heart so that you can receive. You can receive abundance. You can receive connection. You can receive more clients. You can receive love. You can receive support. Bringing it in, receiving it in. I am open to receive. I am open to receive. I am open to receive. All right, we're gonna wrap your heart in so much love. Hello, hello. Hello. My heart. I see you. I hear you. I love you. Say that again. I see you. I hear you. I love you. I will not shut you out. I will receive you in all right, my friend, I'm gonna wrap you from the crown of your head all the way down to the tips of your toes with the most delicious love. Today is a day of miracles. Today is a day of soft heart. Today is a day of receiving all the good that is here for you. I will see you tonight.
