Morning. How are you this beautiful morning? You excited to do a practice? I am so excited. I can feel the practice coming in. I want you to stretch your neck side to side. We're gonna get into our bodies. There we go. Shoulders up. Open your heart. Open that throat. There we go. Wiggle your chest. Move your rib cage back and forth, back and forth. Hello. Hello, heart. Hello. Always giving the heart some space. Place your hand on your heart. We're going to invite this beautiful, divine light to come through the crown of our heads. Ah, cleaning off anyone's energy that's still holding on to us, letting it go all the way out the soles of your feet, breathing in the light and letting it move all the way down your body. Cleaning, cleansing, clearing the pathway. One more. There we go. We're going to create a beautiful shield of light around you to protect you today. This is a protection for the day, and it's going to infuse you with light throughout the whole day. Okay? So let's call in all of our angels, our guides, our leaders, those who are here to support you specific specifically with your purpose, your mission, your fire, your gifts. We're going to call them all in and into the divine light to come and sit with us, to hold this space with us. There we go. Ah, there we go. We're going to ask for their help today in our practice, but in. In our work day, so it feels like there's. I can't give it away. It's not time yet. I see the practice. It's coming in. All right, so let's ask that light will touch our ears so we can spiritually hear. The light will touch our third eye. They'll have access to all of our spiritual gifts of seeing visions, of hearing and knowing the truth. We ask that light will cleanse our lips, that we speak only what needs to be spoken. Ah, there we go. So beautiful. Okay. Okay. So I want you to take a concern in your business, all right? This, you know, this is God is my business plan. Let's take a place that you're stressed about, you're worried about, you're concerned about. I want you to go into your heart. Just feel what it is. Is it finances? Is it you getting a new employee? Is it getting more clients? Is it figuring out a system? Like, what is it that you have a worry or concern around? And it's like taking up energy in your body. Okay? Now that you see it, you're going to pick it up, you're going to wrap it in line, you're Going to put it on the altar. There's an altar between your heart and God. You're going to put it right there, and I want you to literally give it all over. God, I need you to take this. I need you to solve the problems. I need you to bring in the finances. I need you to bring in the clients or the employees or whatever it is that you're needing. You're going to just say, God, I need you to take this. And then we're going to ask your angels that they will help you continue to surrender this over today. And then I want you to go in and I want you to say, thank you. Thank you, thank you. And then repeat after me. I am so deeply grateful that God has solved this problem. And then name what it is. I don't know what yours is, so just name it out loud. I am so deeply grateful that God is taking care of everything. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am so deeply grateful that today I get to focus on joy, connection, family, love, because God is taking care of this for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I. Full heart, full trust this. I am secure. I am stable. I am whole. One more breath. All right, so in that space of surrender, gratitude is the thing that seals it up. We surrender it, and then we seal it up in gratitude. And today, anytime this creeps back in, you're going to hand it back over to God, and then you're going to be in gratitude that it's taken care of. How you feel is the results you get. So if you can feel peace around this, it's going to pull in the results of peace. There we go. All right, my friend, now that you're in this beautiful place, I want you to imagine the divine light coming through you from the crown of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet, grounding you, bringing you into a place of wholeness and aliveness. Asking your angels to open up pathways today for your business to be completely taken care of while you stay in the intention of love, connection, family, play purpose.
